Utmost thanks to Daniel and Jay for their work! Never doubted them and if you are selling I'd recommend you see them.

Absolutely shocking experience, extreme disappointment on every level. Purchased a house in Mill Park, not only did the tenants not leave upon settlement, Ray White said I was being unreasonable for charging the previous owners rent. Ray White neglected to allow me to do a walk through then the agent Daniel Nardella avoided my calls. They have to be the worst real estate agents did side of the Northern Suburbs. I would be cautious buying if they are the selling agent and I would ensure that your conveyancer enforces the previous owners to leave the premises. I wouldn't let them sell a dog kennel, let alone a home, especially at today's prices. There are so many better agents on this side of Melbourne, I urge people looking to ensure you look at agents selling other than Ray White. The house was left damaged, the range hood fell broke as I pulled it out and lots of other things that I'm embarrassed to mention. These people should not be permitted to sell houses. I am sick in the stomach and I spent almost 1 million dollars. When you spend this kind of money you expect better service than what these imbeciles provide. My family and I are distraught over the experience. Do your selves a favour regardless if you are selling or buying. What a pack of absolute criminals.

ALERT FIRST HOME BUYERS AND NEW TO MARKET. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE ALWAYS ABOUT MONEY. AND YOU ARE JUST A TOOL TO MAKE THEIR CLINET MORE MONEY OUT OF GARBAGE. I have dealt with this agency while buying our firat home. since it was out first home i was taking time in decision making. after few auction they started making me feel inferior. since they were major seller in mill park. i had no other option but going to action for property listed by them. Finally they force me to buy house pretending it is best in my budget. Agent name Lisa reginato, had no much of idea about this property. on final inspection different agent came who had no idea if house has heating and how it is work. I did not even get enough keys for house. when i ask for key they suggest to change locks. we still do not have idea how our oven works if it is workig. we do not have any details around security system. not even master code for system. i had to come up with lot of extra cost. Never dealing with this agent (TERMITES ) again. Reagrds, to those in raywhite mill park who made me fool.

I had put my house with Ray White Mill Park for sale. The person I originally dealt with moved on and Brayden Field replaced him. Basically, the agent bullied me into paying the marketing fee though I had not sold the house or withdrawn from the market. As soon as they recieved the marketing fee they took my house off the market without informing me. I only became aware of the issue through a friend and when I contacted Brayden he said that they did so because I did not extend the exclusive term with them. I had told him that I still wanted to sell the house through them and wanted them to continue but I think they opted to cover up their incompetency through withdrawing it from the market. This is unprofessionalism in its true sense.

However, despite their work rate they always fitted in with us, they came to see us outside of our work hours which made the whole process much easier. From a rental perspective, my email went totally unanswered and they advertised a property at $370 then after the open inspection and a heap of people turned up they then increased the rent to $395 without saying anything, very very poor customer service even as a prospective tenant I’d not apply for anything from this real estate company.

For the property inspection, the lady came and take photo for the whole house. She saw the oven is not clean as i had to cook breakfast for mine kids. Then she say the oven is not clean and will want to sent me a notice. It is any interference with your peace, comfort and privacy. This is so wrong as being treat in australia.

Couldn't recommend Serge more highly! After a failed auction of my mums property we handed it over to Serge and the result was outstanding! He made us feel comfortable and very quickly gained our trust and delivered on all he said he would and more. Very happy. We will always deal with Serge when it comes to our real estate.

I’ve had a pleasant experience this far dealing with Ray White but in particular with Serge Angilletta while searching for home to purchase. He is a real professional, honest and a genuine salesman. I would highly recommend Serge and would trust him to sell any future homes I have to sell.

No tenant deserves to live with this. Termites were treated after 2 months of waiting and now still waiting for this to be replaced. Also have leak issues with kitchen roof and lounge room windows and of course not being fixed. Bungalow porch is rotting away and yep you guessed it NOTHING.
