I had an awful experience with this agency and DO NOT recommend it to anyone especially the rental team. The staff in the rental department were extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my family. Marie and Sam who were from the rental department were looking after my house. I only let them manage it for 2 months as their customer service was terrible. It was so hard to try to get in touch with them. I would have to call several times, texts them and email them and they would take days to respond. They had terrible communication skills and did not tell me what was happening between them and the tenant and kept deducting fees from the rent money without any approval from the owner. There was also no invoice attached to the emails as to why fees have been deducted. The water bill which should have been changed to tenants name after they moved in was not done and the bills were send to my own house instead. Overall I had a trouble experience and don’t recommend this agency to anyone especially if you want your house to be rented. :)

Metz and Ayesha are incredible! I've dealt with a lot of real estate agents as either a buyer, seller or renter and always feel like they are only interested in themselves. Lock down a deal, get the commission and move on. Most, if not all, have left me with a pretty sour taste in my mouth at the end of the experience. Metz sold us our family home, and from the first inspection through the whole purchase process he showed genuine care in making sure both parties were happy and taken care of. Buying a house isn't something most people do often so it was awesome having Metz on hand to answer questions and help guide us through the process, even after the papers were signed and he had no obligation to do so! He's just a really nice guy. If he's still in the game 10-20 years from now when we sell up, I'll be actively seeking his services purely so he and his team get the commission. Shame we couldn't rate Brett and Britt more than 5 stars. They were both amazing, professional, caring, helpful and understanding in the sale of our family home of 22 years. As a first home buyer, this was the worst experience ever! Settlement was an absolute nightmare, poor communication and completely unprofessional! We too were also promised a gift which NEVER came. To be honest, not surprised as by the time we picked up the keys, Brett had cut all communication with us. We purchased the home with a generous offer he benefited greatly from. But after the contract was signed, it was all downhill from there. Not even a handshake. The WORST experience!!

Brett was great, friendly, approachable and easy to deal with. He listened to what we wanted when we sold our home. He made sure he was available when we needed him and was happy to help with our many questions. I would have given 5 stars, however, in the last month leading up to settlement we suddenly didn't hear from him or anyone from the office, not even on the day of settlement.

Unfortunately, the communication was poor when we needed urgent assistance regarding our tenancy. The agent we had didn't get out of their way to help us during our tenancy, which led us to be disheartened on multiple occasions with their service. The price for the rent compared to the condition of the house was unreasonable. Leasing with them was overall a challenging experience.

Sam and Jess are both amazing. They were able to guide us through the whole process and were very supportive of our situation. We we about a month away from having our first baby and the 2 of them blew us away with their professional as well as their genuine care. Alwqys checking in and giving us the best options.
