Very rude office who never get back to you. I sent an enquiry saying I was unavailable for the listed inspection times and could I arrange a different time. NO response. I continued to check for new inspections online and called the office to see if they had any information as to upcoming times, the girl who answered the phone didn't have a clue and didn't even ask for my number to call me back when she had some information. FINALLY found a suitable inspection time on the website went to inspect the property and the agent left me waiting for 5 minutes outside as the door bell wasn't working. Surely an agent should be at the door to welcome people rather than sat inside??? The agent wasn't personable at all and the time I was there felt very rushed and uncomfortable. That same day I e-mailed an application for the property to BOTH the admin e-mail and personal agent e-mail and asked for confirmation of receipt. 2 working days later I hadn't heard anything from either e-mail address confirming receipt. I called the office to see if they had my application and was told the property had been leased!!!!! Appalling customer service!!!!! Doesn't take long to A) acknowledge receipt of and email and B) to actually inform people the property has already been leased. It takes so much time viewing properties and this particular one was just a waste of time and sounds like they already had a pending tenant at the time of viewing. I will not be using or recommending this office to anyone. Sort out your systems. I

I WILL NEVER LEASE MY HOME THROUGH THIS AGENT, NOR RENT ANY PROPERTY ADVERTISED THROUGH THEM BASED ON MY BELOW EXPERIENCE. I could not be less impressed with an agency as I am with Ray White Port Phillip Real Estate. As a home owner currently looking for a high-end rental property, I could not be more disheartened by the SERIOUS lack of customer service, transparency and honesty this office has displayed in the last few days. After arranging an inspection of an apartment, the auto-responses confirmed everything was locked in for today's inspection. Yesterday I noticed that Domain had the apartment listed as Leased. I called the office to double check and was assured the apartment was still available and my inspection today would go ahead. I had no less than 3 emails confirming the inspection, and 1 SMS. 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment today I received a SMS to say the inspection had been moved to Saturday at 10am. I called the office and was subsequently told the property has in fact been leased. What an absolute disgrace. Had the office been honest that an application was in process there would have been no issue. What a shame this office does not operate on basic values and ethics.

ATTENTION - WORST RENTAL DEPARTMENT EVER - Do not allow this motley group of nonprofessional agents rent out your property! Unprofessional and disorganised group that cant get their story straight! My partner and I were looking for a local agent to rent out our existing property and decided to check out the Ray White rental process experience. While on our way to the property we received a text advising the Inspection had been cancelled and rescheduled 48 hours later. We then make a call to the Ray White office to find a bubblegum chewing up-start at the other end of the line who advised that the property is no longer available. TIP: Work on your communication skills, it's one of your most valuable assets.

I moved the management of my rental property to Ray White Port Phillip over five years ago on the recommendation of a friend. Everything has run very smoothly and I am more than happy with the service provided. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new property manger. Rental income is deposited promptly and all the bills are paid in a timely manner. There have been a few minor hiccups with tenants over the years and these have been dealt with in an efficient professional manner.

Rental manager Alexs was not professional, showed attitude on inspection and via email, didn’t get back to you unless you followed up with emails and calls. Not a great experience trying to rent from here.
