After weighing up the pros and cons, we have decided to engage a local Real Estate Agent to manage the sale of our property. Professional and knowledgeable agent with an upfront approach. Had a great experience with Mathew from start to end. When initially engaging, he was completely upfront and didn't try to sell me with over the top marketing approaches or tell me that i could get the world for my property. I am not someone who would usually write a review, but the experience I have had with Elaine from Ray White has been nothing but exceptional and I think that a review is necessary. I have rented around this area for 10 years and have always been a long term tenant. I have never really received much care from real estates but my view has drastically changed now. I feel very looked after and the communication is always incredible. The cost of living and life stressors are very high for most people at the moment and customer service like I have received can really make a difference in people's lives.

Personal touch making a dificult process more efficient. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mathew when he was selling my investment property. Right from the first meeting, he was an approachable person who explained the process in simple terms for someone who had never been through this before. Untrustworthy liars. Promised us that it would be no sale no fee, made no effort at all to sell the property, then when we finally decided to change real estate agencies, May Wang and John Catanziriti (Director of Ray White Preston) claimed that they had told us there would be fees even if they didn’t sell the property for us. John was extremely rude to myself and my wife and is the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with. DO NOT trust these liars, don’t let them waste your time and energy. Changing to a new real estate agency has been the best decision we have made.

Nothing Less Than Exceptional. Ian and his team have been friendly and professional right from our first meeting. Top real state agent in the area. This is the 3rd property that Ian Dempsey has sold for us through Ray White. We have always found Ian to be extremely professional and knowledgeable of the real state in the area and at the same very friendly and approachable. He makes the whole selling process as stress free as possible, while achieving the best price possible. We would highly recommend Ian Dempsey and Ray White.

One star is too generous for Ray White Preston. I would avoid these guys like the plague. Specifically, May Wang and John Catanzariti. They will make false promises and straight up lie (for example in relation to fees) as they did with us. Avoid headaches with these guys and go straight to Jellis Craig. They found us a buyer within two weeks and were honest and open about the fees involved from the beginning.

Elaine who is one of the property managers at Ray White Preston is an absolute GUN. I have dealt with a few property managers over the years but Elaine has been the BEST by far. She looks after her Landlord as though it was her own property. Professional is an understatement. Would recommend her to any prospective Landlord if you want someone to manage your property. Can't praise her enough.

When viewing a property the realtors did not allow my entry unless I gave them my contact information. I told them I wasn't interested in purchasing as I was just a curious neighbour. They told me they wouldn't contact me but still required my contact information. Since then I have received phonecalls and text messages for the property and other properties, continually being spammed by them.
