Attention to detail and highly professional We listed with Sam Wilson at RT Edgar in Williamstown after running a campaign with another Real Estate Agent in the area. Unfortunately our first campaign begun just as the market was starting to decline and we had no luck selling after rejecting a bid at auction. Once the auction was done the previous agent failed to get us any serious interest or sell the property in the following 5 months, even though we did everything asked, and kept display furniture in the house at great expense, while watching all other properties in the area sell. After much frustration with the previous agent we switched to RT Edgar and worked with Sam Wilson. Her approach, eye to detail, level of professionalism was immediately obvious and in such contrast to the previous agents. We made some updates to the house, which frankly I'm surprised the previous agent didn't suggest, which elevated the property immensely. The presentation went up, and freshened up the house and brought in positive interest. The efforts and hard work from Sam and her team paid off and we sold before Auction. And I have to restate, that the attention to detail and level of professionalism, never wavered, and was far above anything we had experienced previously. When you deal with Sam and her team you are also dealing with real people, and while they are sales-people, you never felt like you were dealing with scripted robots who were telling you what you wanted to hear, or who ever pressured you. Sam was upfront, honest and delivered above and beyond. I can't recommend Sam and her team highly enough, in an industry which doesn't always have the best reputation. Don't waste your valuable time and money dealing with other agents in the area! I wouldn't hesitate engaging Sam to sell your property. Highly recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Reece Person and Lewis Perso, through both purchasing and selling. We had bought another property in the same area, and had an excellent experience with Reece and Lewis. Clear communication, realistic advice and superb local knowledge allowed us to purchase our new property within our budget. We couldn’t have been happier. However, we were conflicted as to whether to sell or retain our existing property as a rental. Turned out the vendors of the property we had just purchased sought to stay for a few additional weeks under a rental agreement while they completed their renovations. Perfect! As this gave us time to think, and we eventually agreed to run an off market campaign to sell our original property. We quickly secured a buyer at the top end of our selling range. Unfortunately this buyer fell through, so we decided to run a full sales campaign. Within 4 days our property was sold, and at a higher price than the buyer with whom the off market sale feel through. I want to commend Reece and Lewis at the highest level. They work well together and ensure you’re in the loop at all stages. Lewis is clearly very capable, and you can see Reece’s genuine interest in sharing his vast experience to develop Lewis into an excellent agent. Aside from being excellent real estate agents, they are professional, and great relationship developers which, at the end of the day, is what being an agent is all about. Worthy of note is that when seeking valuations on our property, another local Williamstown agent clearly low-balled the valuation, in the hope of little effort and a quick sale. Had we appointed him to sell our property, we would have ended up with $100k less in the final sale. Enough said!

We met Sam Wilson back in 2014 when we were buying our first home. Deciding on using Sam as the agent was an easy task. She was the most informed and well prepared, her communication and project management abilities added to her great will on helping us get the best offer on the property. Highly effective agent - We dealt with Sam Wilson on a pre-auction bid on our Williamstown property. Renae Schmalow is absolutely legendary as a property manager! I received the rental on time all the time since I have been with RT Edgar. However, there seems to be high turnover on staff who look after my property. I am still waiting for my tenants reply in regards of the renewal of the lease which was due a week ago. I am not sure if the tenants reply the agent late or the agent hasn't been following up the lease promptly, which the document has been signed by me almost three months ago.

Even though we did not end up buying through RT Edgar Williamstown they were so professional to deal with.
