Raz was incredible!!! My car had broken down Thursday night, to the point where plumes of smoke were coming out from under the hood because the engine had overheated. Apparently, there was a crack in my radiator and all the coolant had spilled out. Even though the shop was closing, Raz was nice enough to take my car under his care, replace my entire radiator, and my broken headlight free of charge, all within 24 hours. I drove my car back out the Friday evening. His pricing was more than fair, with everything costing less than $500 and his service was outstanding. If you ever see this review, thank you so much Raz for giving my car another chance at life. I truly appreciate everything you did. A lot of people these days would have easily taken advantage of a young girl in a mechanic shop, but you did not.

My SUV started making a terrible noise from one of the pulleys last week, I knew it was going to be either the tensioner or the ac compressor but wasn’t sure (I used to be a tech). I did a quick Google search and saw how good the ratings were at Raz which is walking distance from my house, so I called early on a Monday and explained the situation, he told me he was really busy but to drop it off and he’d see what he could do. When I dropped it I could tell immediately Amnon was a trustworthy guy so I also told him to replace the front ball joints if he had time and that it was ok if it took him into the next day. He called me 6:00pm that same day and had everything done, and for a fair price. I’ll be back and would recommend this shop for sure.

Raz Automotive allows provides excellent service! They take care of both our cars, the work is really well done, we never have to go back which has happens with other repair shops. The cost is reasonable and I can trust that only the necessary repairs are done - never need to worry that my lack of knowledge will cost me more money like in other chain or dealer car shops. It is clean and the owner is honest and works very hard and cares about his customers - so I highly recommend Raz for auto repairs. I live in the west end and it is worth the drive!

I called on Monday to make an appointment for Thursday morning. Came in. They took my car right away, repaired what they told me they would in a reasonable timeframe. Explained the work done and part involved. Broke down prices and was Same price as what I was quoted for on the Monday. Brought my car to Raz after feeling that a previous mechanic quoted far too much for a check engine light issue. Got a quote over the phone that was much more reasonable and was happy to get the impression that they wanted to make sure they were fixing the right problem. Turned out what we thought was wrong at the previous mechanic wasn't actually the case and the cost savings was significant. Thanks Raz for taking the time and being honest.

The guys at Raz Automotive Services are awesome! My car started making scratching noises out of the blue one morning and Raz’s was the closest mechanic to me that was open. The moment I got it there, the guys were all over it and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and spent another 10 fixing it without charge. They were friendly and professional and they literally made my day. I was extremely grateful for their help. Highly recommend them!

My engine light came on & i dreaded having to take my truck to get fixed. Raz Automotive was recommended to me, so I went. I know a few things about vechiles, but not engine related. I took it to the garage & had a good experience. The mechanic, was knowledgeable & didn't try to upsell me (which is something that happens to me, being as I'm a woman :( He diagnosed my problem & made me feel comfortable doing business with him.

Got my Right Caliper done along with the inspection of my breaks and vehicle two months ago. Just went to another mechanic because my car was making a really loud noise on that side, and it was so loose it was ready to fall off. Safe to say I won’t be going back here and don’t suggest anyone else too. Could’ve been a lot worse if I didn’t get it checked out sooner.

Took my 2005 Saab for a headlight and air conditioner issue. It took them only three hours to fix both. Very impressed with their troubleshooting and speed. Omar was very fair with the pricing and I’m going to trust them with my baby going forward.
