2 cashiers open on a Saturday afternoon when the store is extremely busy. Loblaws, does that make sense? Self-Checkout, the employee allows everyone and anyone with overfilled carts to check out by themselves. Shopping carts that clearly have well over 200 items. Shoppers who let their 4 year old scan every item cause they think it's cool.... Folks who have never used Self-Checkout before. Ask yourself, is this the best time on an extremely busy Saturday afternoon to learn how when there are 30 people standing in line behind you with 8 items or less?? NOOOOO However, the icing on the cake and the best I've ever seen is; folks who want to price match every item in their over filled carts to another store. Self-Checkout is supposed to be quick and convenient for your shoppers. Loblaws, please take some ownership and re-evaluate a very bad situation. Train your employees on how to say NO and redirect the customer to the full service checkout. The small amount of shoppers who are re-directed and have to queue in line again is far smaller than the amount of customers who are running in for 3-4 items. Plus, shame on those shoppers for being dumb in the first place. That's not what Self-Checkout is meant for. Shoppers should keep in mind that the employee is there to assist 1 to many, NOT a 1 on 1 situation. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's walked in and right back out because of the sh!t show at the checkouts. Self-Checkout means you scan and pay yourself, without the help of an employee. Doesn't make sense that you would tie up the only single employee zoned to Self-Checkout to over ride and re-scan every item for your price matching needs??? The answer is NOOOOO. That's selfish and takes away the experience from those who need to run in and pickup something quick. Makes sense that price matching would be done through the full service checkout with an experienced employee who is dedicating the few minutes of time to check you out. If you're in a hurry or looking to pickup 2-3 items, I wouldn't recommend this location. Avoid at all costs. There's nothing quick happening inside.

I don't enjoy going in here often. The cashes are always super busy and the self checkout takes forever as you're allowed too many items. But the fact that the cashes are always so slow is a huge deterrent. They do have good selection usually. However the last two times we have been in, the chicken we bought was bad! Like rotten eggs bad. So rancid. Some of them you could see were even yellow. One had black spots when we went back to check to see if others were the same. I returned the chicken to customer service the first time, no questions asked. Then two weeks later went back to buy something different, and it was also horrible smelling. Brought it back and asked the customer service agent if it was just us and they said no. Its the whole store. Well if the owners know this is a problem, they should be pulling it all!!! Take the loss, do a deep clean and get rid of all the chicken you have right now. Its disgusting and so dangerous. Some people cannot afford to come back to return it. Not everyone is privileged to have a car or can easily grocery shop. You're going to make someone very sick. I can't believe they were still selling them and they knew it was a problem. They had a ton of receipts for returns and they were just throwing the chicken out. You're taking the loss anyway. Is it not illegal to sell chicken that you KNOW is bad? Really makes me question the owners of this location but now I will never trust buying meat from them again. So tired of bringing it home, opening the package and it smelling disgusting. Since it happened twice, I'm not giving them another chance. I will not be returning here for meat again. It would be one thing if they were genuinely sorry and it was an accident but twice in a month on different products, and you knew? And you kept selling it? Disgusting.

I had a very bad experience. I wanted to do a size exchange for the diapers as out 4 boxes we bought 1 box was the wrong size I did not have the invoice and it was more than 2 weeks. The diaper bag was still sealed. The policy they have (written on the wall) clearly states that only exchanged allowed if there is no original invoice. The guy probably was in a bad mood and had judged me with my appearance decided not to do so. I asked for the manager and he said was he on a break and it could take 40 minutes. I decided to wait as I could clearly feel I was being discriminated. Anyway, within 10 minutes a sweet old lady (employee) came and the guy arrogantly asked her to deal with me. I informed her about the situation and she told me I could only exchange ( and that’s all I wanted). As I was about to leave, the same person interrupted and told her I could not do it as it’s against the policy and that she should speak with the manager ( he mentioned the name but I don’t remember). She called the manager and the manager said if I don’t have the invoice I can’t do it. I requested to see the manager who took 15 minutes to come. He said the same thing and denied the exchange. I showed him their policy with his picture on the wall. He said it does not include the diapers exchange. I tried to correct him by showing him their policy which states which items are not returnable or exchange and it didn’t mention the diapers. He disagreed. At this point I was sure I was being discriminated because of the 1st person. We decided to keep the diapers. It was only 1 size big which will soon fit the baby but because of this incident it made my realize that the manager at this location with one of the associate have discriminated behaviour towards some people. God bless everyone!!!

I am pretty embarrassed to write this review but I have to. As a whole, it seems like the entire Loblaws chain does not care about customers in the slightest and only cares about exploiting consumers to make as much money as possible. I worked at this store in 2011 and there were over 20 cash registers, now there are 10 of them, and the space that occupied the 10+ that were removed is now replaced with more merchandise. There are barely any cashiers ever working, even at peak times where the store is very busy. There are always 4-5 cashiers working at most and this makes the lines & wait times ridiculously long, even when the store is not even that busy. This has been going on for years, which is insane considering how expensive the food is getting. During COVID, most large stores closed their second entrances; however every chain that did this re-opened their second entrances after the pandemic ended. The Loblaws chain is the only chain that did not re-open their second entrance. Superstore specifically is a massive store and it is extremely inconvenient not having two entrances. The parking lot is also massive, which would inconvenience those who do not get the chance to park near the one entrance on busy days. People are elderly; people have young children & disabilities, however this chain does not have a care in the world for the people that are quite literally lining their pockets. Day by day the prices get more & more ridiculous to top everything off. I used to love this store, it does have great selection, however it is getting painfully clear that this company would watch the world burn just to make as much money as possible. They do not care at all about other humans & it is way too obvious.

This is a huge store. There is so much stuff and yet most of the I can't find some more exotic products needed to do some recipes. For the regular groceries, it is a good store. The prices are good and parking is plentiful. Overall, for family groceries, it's the place to go. Update - I went to the Real Canadian Superstore two weeks ago and I been upset since. There was a large number of clients, and it was not pleasant. The store (food side) was a bit messy. I had to line-up to get to the cashiers. It took no less than 25 minutes to get to the casher. When it was my turn, I started to empty my basket, and when I was almost finished, the cash register crashed. They closed the lane and told me I would have to run my groceries by another cashier. They told me to use the service counter, someone was waiting for me. When I got them less that 2 minutes after, the cashier was processing another client with a ton of food. The service counter was so disorganised, it was chaos with many clients waiting for services including an individual quite upset and yelling. My groceries were run one items at the time using a hand-held scanner and using a portable (ridiculously small) scale to weight the produce items. When all done left the store and, at home, after reviewing the grocery bill, I realised I was charged twice for a product. In all, a 2-hour adventure that was truly annoying. In someway, I do not blame the employees, it was such a chaotic situation with no supervisors in the cash area to take control and help to get things moving in a more orderly fashion. Consequently, I learned that this is not a store for me and changed my review to 2 stars.

This store is steadily going downhill. It used to be a fantastic place to shop. You could get a variety of products and fresh produce. But within the past year, year and a half, quality is not what it used to be. Many times, produce shelves and even packaged food shelves are half empty. What's left is aging food, a day or two from being spoiled. A lot of the time, what's being advertised in the flyer isn't ever in stock. A quick look at the ice cream aisle and half the ice cream has frost burn. You can't pay me to buy that. And the prices climb ever higher. You get less food options, less supply, lower quality food, and higher prices. And let's talk about the checkout line. Sometimes I'll walk into the store and I'll see the self-checkout and regular lines and they'll be winding around the front and even all the way to the entrance. And this isn't noon on a Saturday. It could be Thursday at 4pm. Monday at noon. There's like 10 checkout counters and at most there will be two people manning them. Self-checkout will have two or three lanes not working. And the line is so long. So I'll just leave the store because I only need 4-5 things but I don't have the patience to wait in line for 20 minutes. However. The staff at the store are incredible. Friendly and very helpful. They're stars. They're what make this store get by. Too bad they're getting screwed by Gary Weston and his billionaire ilk. Workers are getting paid low wages and overworked while the Westons milk Canadians for every dollar while shopping at their monopoly on grocery stores.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've had! Out of respect for those shoppers who ACTUALLY only have the 8 to 12 items in their shopping carts I didn't use the express lane for the 15 to 20 items I had in mine. Didn't want to use the self check out as I'm concerned that this might potentially put someone out of work. Instead I lined up in the regular queue. There were only 2 people ahead of me so I didn't think it would be too long of a wait. WELL!!! I couldn't have been more wrong in that assumption. The woman at the front of the line who was being rung up flashed her phone for almost EVERY SINGLE ITEM being scanned. It's called PRICE MATCHING. She had a shopping basket so full it was almost to overflow. The cashier was soooo slow she was unable to finish cashing this woman out before having to get yet another agonizingly slow cashier to finish up for her. I was so relieved when this woman was all packed up and gone. Unfortunately, the woman ahead of me was doing the same PRICE MATCHING routine with the added BONUS of getting a tutorial by the cashier regarding the point system offered to her with her PC card. It took me 1/2 hour to shop and a whopping 20 minutes to pay for my groceries. Grocery stores who offer this kind of price matching system should reserve a cash out aisle specific to people who are planning on using it. Let's show those customers who simply want to pay for their purchases and get out some respect. Next time this happens, I'm leaving my shopping cart and it's contents in the cashier line and I'm leaving.

Unfortunately this grocery store is the closest to us so we often get our groceries from here. The state of the store is disgusting so we’ve now opted for picking up our orders. Not sure how they train their staff but when I clearly say “no to substitutions”, they manage to STILL CHARGE us for the items we didn’t want. This has happened no less than 4 times. The produce is vile (my husband went through our pickup order today and returned the green beans bc they were mushy in the bag, clearly something that any person packing orders should recognize) and they often have almost expired food out (returned a container of coconut yogurt last week as it expired the day after I bought it). Having someone pick and pack your orders but then having to go inside and return unusable items defeats the point of the pick up service. God forbid you need to subject yourself to their customer service area, it is constantly overflowing with product and is always a mess. We will be switching to a new grocery store as this one has gone downhill very quickly since we started shopping here a year ago. Don’t waste your time here. From the other reviews, the actual management doesn’t care to provide you with a direct number or email to solve any issues as they seem to just provide you a general phone number to provide direct feedback that they’ll do nothing about. Take this review as a word of warning.

I used to really like this store... but WOW..what happened?? . Self serve is backed up. And the self serve never works right. Today only 2 regular cashes were open and one cashier was dealing with a woman with sooo many price-match ads...tying up the lane.. I asked someone to open another cash, he said 4 people booked off. Hmmm, the dreaded " nice weather virus"..then, overbook staff on nice days....even with too many staff, you can use them to stock shelves and fridges and CLEAN the dust off the produce and sweep the floors. And the poor staff on Self Serve deserves a raise dealing with your tempermental machines. After reading the reviews, I am glad I am not the only one complaining. No Frills down the hill is run beautifully, plenty of staff, well stocked. Maybe the owners of RCSS Innes need to go and watch how a good store is run. My daughter has stopped going, same reasons...no staff, and low stock. The Vancouver Port Strike is over..and there is no Truck Convoy on the International Bridge..no excuses on that. Frankly..I get depressed after dealing with a store that USED to be wonderful. what happened to most cashes open policy? AND...have a lane dedicated to those ludicrous price-matching ad- carrying fanatics.

  • peter gomes

I have to agree with the comments that this store is going downhill fast. You can see the dairy products in the back room but no staff to stock the fridges. In fact it's tough to find staff at all. The bakery dept. staff never seem to know that certain bread items are gone, and the produce looks like leftovers some days. ....rotten mouldy grapes, lettuce that's often going bad, mandarins that always seem to have one rotten one in the bag. I was there yesterday and noted that there were only 3 cash registers with staff open and huge lineups. When I went to the self check the damn machines kept zoning out so the poor staff was going in circles to keep them running. The other thing they were doing lately is to not put out certain products where they would have to price match. You go looking for say chicken breast to pricematch and the meat dept. staff will say " oh we don't have that this week" to avoid having to price match. Its really sad to see how far down this store has gone down especially given what we read in the news about the whole Weston saga.

I was in this store from 2 pm to 3:30 pm on Monday Oct 17. The meat counters were half empty and I asked the employee if there was any spare ribs. He said no not right now. So I proceeded to ask him why the counters were half empty and he replied because of lack of staff to put products out. Then I said then it’s possible that the store may have spare ribs in the back room and he replied yes. By now I am waiting for him to offer to go and look for them but he doesn’t. So I had to ask him to go look but he replied that he probably wouldn’t find them. He did go and look but after a couple of minutes he came back out empty handed. About 5 minutes later I see him and his coworker standing there talking. I feel that if those employees are so far behind in their work and the meat counters are half empty they should have ask the management for help and fill in the meat counters as fast as possible. Makes me question … what is going on? Your store is losing lots of sales with service like this. I am very disappointed and may shop at other stores from now on.

  • Mike Carter

This used to be a great store. Went in yesterday to pick up a few things. Made it up to the cash and only a couple were open with lengthy line-ups. Another line-up nearly to the back of the store for self checkout. Waited for 20 minutes as I really needed the items but the line still wasn’t moving. One poor employee was running around like crazy trying to help all the self-checkout customers. I gave up and dumped all my items into the cart where everyone else had given up and done the same, and walked out. Never again. With the record high profits these companies are making gouging people on food, it’s time to pay staff a decent wage, and offer some benefits. Maybe then you’ll be able to hire and retain staff. Don’t bother with the customer service number and canned apology. People have been posting the same thing for a year and you haven’t improved a thing it seems.

  • Stan Cvetanov

Every time I go there I'm reminded why this store has the worst customer service in the entire Orleans. Today's treasure was a large male employee called M. He handled people's purchases with total disinterest, almost throwing their food after scanning. He was checking his cell phone half way through scanning which i've never seen anywhere in my entire life. I guess he is a VIP of some sort. There were 3 registers open in the entire store at 5PM?!! and they just managed to fit the most incompetent person in there. I spent 15 minutes shopping and probably 20 just to be able to leave. The lineups at the self-checkout weren't any better. Went to Walmart after and was in and out in probably 5 min total. The irony of it all was the smug face of the manager at the entrance. Not sure what he should be proud of considering the store hasn't improved an inch in 5+ years.

  • Lesley Pellerin

I used to like this store but the last year or so I’ve come in the lineups have been utterly ridiculous, half the cashes closed. A 15 person lineup for the self-serve. No express cash open. Hardly anybody on the floor. Some poor employee standing in the lobby trying to act like a security guard (which is illegal btw. I’m so disappointed with the way Loblaws have changed. They’re making record profits and they can’t hire enough employees to keep cashes open? I only had a couple of items to get today and when I walked in and saw the lineups I just walked out again, and I wasn’t the only one. It’s astonishing that no-frills which is under the same umbrella is such a well-managed store and the RCSS is such a disaster.

  • mellbelanger

The cash area is wild. It used to be that the cashier did a ring and release. They rang everything though and then bagged your groceries. I don't know when that changed. But I just left I asked the cashier about it vecause I was trapped two women in front of me bagging they're toppling groceries and the woman behind me c was just tossing everything back in her cart so she could bag in her car because it was easier. She kept accidentally pushing her cart into me. I think this Is an easy issue to fix. Go back to basics. It's one of the pricier stores. I expect to bag myself at no frills or food basics but metro, Sobeys, farm boy all bag for you. I think this was my final visit.

  • Leah Varghese

I do everything I can to avoid shopping here. Every single time I go in, something goes wrong. If it isn’t items in the flyer being out of stock or nowhere to be found, it’s something else. Without fail, every time I go to either the self checkout or a regular cash, it takes an unreasonable amount of time. Today was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It took me 30 minutes to move 5 carts in line and all other cash registers had long lineups as well. At 5pm, there should be more than 4 cash registers open (plus self checkout). There was a lineup back to the frozen food. I never leave reviews but my experience today solidifies this will be my last option to shop at.

This has been or "go to" Grocery+ store for many years now - probably since it opened. Sure, some folks can probably find fault but that would probably be because they aren't paying attention, or they shop on a bad day with a bad attitude. Generally speaking, the store is well organized, clean and large enough to move around comfortably without bumping into people all the time. Chances are, they have what you need when you need it. I can go there for any grocery item, pharmacy item, many household "hard goods", and a workout (Fit4Less) if I want to. I consider this store a valuable neighbourhood business and destination.

  • Erik Bodas

This is one of the best grocery stores I’ve been to, always super clean and staff is friendly. I tried their curb-side pickup service and I am very satisfied; ordering online was a breeze since their website is very functional, finding the pickup area and parking spots was also very easy. Placing the phone call upon arrival was fast and simple, was given order promptly at the specified time slots. Keep it up Superstore! Much better than Orleans Walmart online ordering/pick up service; website wasn’t functional, disorganized pickup area and a out of service number to call upon pickup.

  • Onur Kurtiç

Prior to moving to this area we've always gone to Loblaws in our area and it was great. They always had great deals and interesting products. My main issue with this Superstore is that all the same products that I used to buy at Loblaws are at least a dollar (sometimes more) higher! And I don't know how they can justify this seeing that it is the same company. Unfortunately this is the closest grocery store to us and I have to keep going to it when we have urgent grocery needs but all other times I prefer to go to Farm Boy or Sobeys that are just a bit further.

  • George M

Nice large location with huge variety of merchandise and foods. I was particularly impressed with the variety of beers they carried. The merchandise was neatly stocked and the store was clean and well organized. One disappointment was when we purchased loungers on sale, and went to return one of them, only to be told we couldn't. They said we had 14 days only and we asked for an exchanyand they would not even entertain that. This is a key service in my opinion where Costco offers an incredible return policy which makes me want to shop there more often.

  • Stephanie

I used to shop here a lot. I wish the cost of items would stop going up all the time. Price matching definitely helps. Lately I feel like you have to mentally prepare yourself when going in from missing products, some low quality items. I was there last weekend during a time that’s usually quiet, only to have to wait 30min to checkout!! Lots items missing on the shelf it was ridiculous. Not every cash was open it just made everything so stressful. I completely regretted going. I thought on weekends they promised to have every cash open.

  • K Woodland

Wish they would stop assuming you were trying to steal and treat customers with respect. Cashes always busy, now the self checkouts are supposed to be for 25 items or less. I don't want to interact with a human cashier and bagging is a hassle with them. Scale for the self checkout is super sensitive. You can't rearrange your bags without needing to have someone come over and unlock it for you. Often out of sale items especially produce.

  • Jennifer Grant

Barely any cashes open, or staff on the floor. Shrinkflation is very real here, the prices have gone up and the product size has gotten smaller. Watch out for the sales, alot of brand names are now cheaper or close to the same price as the store brand. If you're hoping to get something good price matched they probably won't have any stock. They also upped the threshold to $300 for their "free" item because $250 was too easy to hit.

  • chris witters

Agony! There was a barricade of broken carts inside the store entrance you had to fight through to get a cart, which broke half way through shopping (fully immovable). I had the worst time finding anything and their ultra long aisles were obnoxious... they likely want to keep you in the store longer. Aisle at the chasier was too small to move in and the cart return felt like it was miles away. Zero positive to report

  • Carrie McRae

Darren was very abusive. Went to buy dog food and he nearly pushed me and then yelled at me then followed me. I am a handicapped woman who just needed to get food for her dogs. And then when he followed me he was aggressive again, I felt scared. Your website advertised closing time was 7:30PM I arrived at 6:58 and have the uber receipt to prove it. I want this matter to be resolved or I will be contacting a lawyer.

  • Michael Dullemond

I have nothing but positive things to say about this store. The staff here go above and beyond to help you, and the cashiers are always friendly and efficient. A lot of times the cashier already knows the price matches making my experience a whole lot smoother! Weekends may be busy but I still appreciate their dedication to providing a pleasant customer experience. Kudos to the superstore staff.

  • Meg Whiting

Standard selection of products, nothing special. Asset protection was present, and there is only one entrance and exit (can't enter/exit through the Joe Fresh side). Having the metal rails up as you enter, and as you exit after paying makes you feel like you're walking through a prison and that you've done something wrong even though you haven't.

  • Dave T

Bad location everything is over priced and the manager screams at people on the floor in front of customers. Very unprofessional and shows someone lacks emotional maturity to lead people without screaming like a banshee at someone making at best slightly above minimum wage and for a company that gauges prices to prioritize profits.

  • Moe Baksh

Have been buying grocery at this location since it open, but they now treating everyone as criminals, bars all along the entrance. Last week the close the entrance to renter the store after using the washroom. If you have difficulty walking and have to use the pharmacy or clinic you have to walk all the way around the one entrance.

  • Terri Sutherland

I always find the staff at this store rude especially in the Joe Fresh clothing department. The store is open until 11pm and they say they close the dressing rooms at 10pm but I asked to try something on at 9:40pm and was told “no” because it’s closing in 20 minutes. Just nuts! I wonder if the Manager knows this is happening?

  • Samuel David

PC express is not as fast as its title. They should have more employees. I asked for a pick up at 11:00 am and got it at 12:00 pm, 55 minutes wait time on my side. We pay $1 to have access to have this service, I feel like they should pay me 1 hour of my time. Not going to do PC express again here.

  • JJ Gagne

I was there DEC 22....it was super busy with Christmas shoppers.... There was a lot of inventory on the shelves. Considering the square footage and volume of business...prices are fairly high and a definite strain on the consumer. Part of the Gaylen Weston empire and Canadian Deep State....

  • Michelle Reynolds

Great staff, excellent produce. Some areas are a bit pricy. Ad matching. Dairy items expiring within 5 days at reduced by 30%. Mind you, Loblaws reduces their soon to expire items by 50%.... Some aisles are narrow, or are super filled with stock. Overall, good experience. #localguide

  • Matt Slowikowski

Great selection of food at unbeatable prices. Food quality is also quite good. Even the "natually imperfect" food bags have a good quality a great value if you can deal with slightly odd shapes. A respectable selection of housewares as well. Better prices than most loblaws locations.

  • F Sohal

This is my place to shop for my all type of groceries. Stock, employee all are goodbut I am against each time a cashier have to ask for pc optimum card, it’s customer responsibility to show your points card.. they need to change the rule. Thanks!! …

  • Shelley Loan

I love this superstore, it's always so well stocked and products are available. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The store is also very clean and organized. I would recommend it and it is also one of the last stores that price match.

  • Lina Barakat

Superstore is one of my favorite grocery stores. You can price match your groceries from other competitors which can significantly reduce the price of groceries. I don't recommend shopping on weekends because the lines are always crazy and

  • JS Email

The fruits I like to buy are tangerines & oranges, & here they are good 50% of the time. Quality here is behind Farmboy but ahead of Walmart. I do wish that ailes with lotion & toothpaste etc were highlighted with clear name markers.

  • jim

This Superstore is/has been chronically understaffed since Covid. Shoppers wait in long lineups 25+ at ATM's and constantly non utilized cash registers (STAFF)shortages and turnover is constant. Large selection but try to get in/out.

  • Moe M.

Hire more cashier and educate your cashiers when some one is waiting on the line for 15 min and now his turn comes you don’t eat I’m closed. It’s cashier fault for not saying she is closed and not having a sign. What a waste of time

Purchased new glasses in July 2023 from the Optical Department. I went for the 2 pairs package which was great value & received bonus PC points. Chantal & Lorie provided me with such wonderful service & went the extra mile to

  • K M

This location in particular has great staff. The Instances in which I dealt with Customer service they’ve been very helpful, and you’re always greeted with a smile. Great price matching, good quality produce, meat and fish.

  • John Crique

It's Superstore what to expect. Standard lineups at the register and pricing a bit high so they can continue to rake over the Canadian public with ever increasing margins and food pricing while employees are paid low wages.

  • Cedric Colond

Huge variety and okay prices. They have a very large deli, bakery, home goods and pharmacy section. I love getting all my shopping done at one location. I strongly recommend this location for grocery shopping!

  • Al

Looks new and clean. Lots of staff on the floor that are very helpful. Competitive price. Bigger than average Real Canadian Superstore. The international isle takes a whole row. Self check out available.

  • Hammad Bhatti

Great store but the reason for 1 star is because there are huge lineups and only 1 or 2 cashes are open. It's insane that its always busy but they don't hire or give hours to employees and stay cheap.

  • Stephanie Delia

Great grocery store! Layout is smooth and it’s always a plus when there’s a Good Life, Joe Fresh and the home section all in one place. It’s really the go very store to go to when you’re in Orleans !

  • Juls Boul

Was happily surprised with the price of the groceries we were able to buy in comparison to other grocery stores. Saved $100, if not more. It was definitely worth the drive to get those savings.

  • Nick Vongkeo

Not a bad place to shop if you know what you’re looking for but terrible number of employees. Three checkout attendants at 5 o’clock on a Monday with line ups over a dozen people long

  • Chris Sweeney

The level of sock and busyness varied depending on what time of day you go, but that's nothing new as far as grocery stores go. Pleasant enough staff. Clean overall. Good selections.

  • Michael Calder

I always expect this place to be expensive but in my experience it is the cheapest grocery store in the area. The food is also fresher. The lines can be alarming from time to time.

Great place to shop for proce matching. Although would be great if their shelves were better stocked. A lot of empty places where product should be. Always out of sale products

  • Keith Garrison

Not at all what it used to be. Dirty and low stock. 1bin 5 staff actually use their personality while working. Store manager is a nice guy, but I believe he's burned out.

  • larry gonzalez

Awesome store. First time in. Very impressed. Found flat head nail cutter for me was hard to find. Excellent selection. Will be my go to place when in Orleans.

  • B C

Occasionally low stock otherwise not bad. Blockades everywhere make it difficult to get around so that can get annoying if you simply need to use the bathroom.

  • Mark Thornton

A little out of my way; however, a great place to shop for groceries and some everyday needs. They also "price match" which not all stores will do anymore!

  • Swungout

More lineups than needed. Terrible layout. Never a reason for it. Expensive except for the odd flyer deals. If your time is worth money, shop elsewhere.

  • Alda Santos

Going to Superstore is always a challenge but the fact that they price match is a plus, weekends are definitely not a good time to get something quick.

  • Yasser Abed

Amazing selections, great customer service. Too bad they don't have a superstore in the south end. We need one in South keys or Findlay Creek, please!

  • Albert Wilken

I love this place. It's my goto grocery store. The best part is that they price match! Can get crazy busy on the weekends, so go early on those days.

  • Brian Talbot

We do most of our shopping at this Real Canadian Superstore. It is always well stocked. The staff are very helpful when you need to find something.

  • Romeo Issa

Worst store to go to! If you’re looking to support racists go there. The assistant manager Karen Dlugosz is the worst human being you can talk to.

  • Odin Holmes

The staff here are wonderful, the gentleman at customer service (Emmanuel) has always made me smile and helped me put at all times when I go there

  • Ercan Albak

You shall find lots of food grocery and produce besides other things like drinks cookies and such in one place also other services like pharmacy.

  • Sarah Felice

Good variety and produce is good quality. I wish they would pack three groceries for you. Was told by staff that they are told not to help...

  • Sft1st

Great selection, lots of parking. Clean well stocked store. Fully staffed. Great hours for convenience. Price matching and rewards program.

  • Joe M

All was good, shelves were well stocked, no shortages of food at all. The trucker protest didn't result in empty shelves as predicted.

  • Brett Adam Capwell

It's a grocery store, and it's big. Enough said... Except, the massive building has many entrances, all but one are closed. Which

  • T K

Very poor customer service and management. Often only 3 cashes will be open at peak hours. Prices rise weekly too! Poorly managed

  • ChristinaLH Photography

Clean bright and lots of variety. Typically always find what I'm looking for and more. Good deals to be had if you look.

  • Edward Peters

Found what I needed and great staff if approached, very helpfull keep it on your list of places to go.plenty of stock.

  • Carolyn Leckey

Big store , but the meat never looks fresh. Never enough cashes opened . Should accept cash at the self checkout

  • id1972taxi

Too big very confusing long line for cash. only one exit door Advertised a product they didnt have

  • Jennifer Lushman

Other then only one entrance now as a person with walking issues, the store big stocked and clean.

  • Peggy Webb

Store is clean. Staff is friendly. I'm just not a fan of the layout of this particular location.

  • Balqis chouikhi

Very bad experience. Manager was very rude, he was yelling at a customer infront of everyone.

  • Anthony Caouette

Good grocery store but not uncommon to wait close to an hour to pay. Best to go at odd hours.

  • Harpreet Kaur

My favourite store to shop and save money. Always fresh and good for international grocery.

  • Mike Kellerman

I hate this place. Too big..to dirty and you can tell it is all about them making profit.

  • Miquael “Miq” Brunet

This is an excellent store and keeps with the excellent brands consistency and quality.

  • Ryan Sheridan

Usually good experience but 45 mins and still waiting for a pickup is ridiculous

  • Teresa Rodríguez

As per mikes comment, I agree the floors are so dirty. But the variety is great.

  • K O

Sometimes long wait times but pretty amazing store for all your one shop needs

  • Walid Matta

Good place to grocery shop. Good prices and love the price matching.

  • David Lalonde

Clean store with products on shelves. Most efficient cashier.

  • Gerhardt Blume

Excellent selection and a clean, well organized store.

  • FALIH SHADHAR (ALMOSTAJIR)

You can find everything there But the prices are high

  • TripleA
