I have purchased both the Tax Lien and Property Preservation courses and I must say...I have NEVER taken a course where I felt like I can start my own REAL business with all the tools I needed directly after finishing it (really before then)! The course is so comprehensive and she is so straightforward. She takes you directly to the info you need without going around in circles to get you to point A, B, C, etc. I have never felt as confident after taken a course of this nature as I have been after taking Danielle's Prop Pres course. I am well on my way to making a better future for me and my family due to Danielle and her willingness to share valuable info with others in order to help them better themselves. It’s just the Scorpio in me! I received my first contract 3/20/20 as a grass cut vendor. Now as the season is over we were able to transfer over to Property preservation We now work for 2 National companies & just submitted 3 of our biggest bids to date: demolition, repair bid for an entire home & clean out of a hoarder house. I'm currently taking the property preservation course and it is by far the most detailed course I've ever taken. I have taken many classes before and lost interest half way through. This class gives you exactly what you need without the constant up sale. She includes a study guide and a quick start guide filled with steps to get your business off the ground. She includes examples of everything and occasionally goes live to answer questions which I love, it's like having access to your mentor for free. The course also offers 30 days of unlimited email support. Danielle you have changed my life and made starting a lucrative business doable, thanks for sharing what you know and being accessible . I purchased Danielle's Property Preservation program. It is clear and to the point with little to no fluff. Her program doesn't provide every single thing one would need (.i.e. where to set up a business entity and don't setup a sole proprietorship due to taxation and liability) BUT it's good that one has to do their own research...that's how one learns. I would have given it 5 stars had some of the content like Insurance and Vendor process .pdf paperwork work weren't outdated. I think it's important to note that she provides great ground work to get the ball rolling but you have to do your due diligence for current and relevant information. All-in-all it was worth the purchase.

I heard of Danielle through Dr. Boyce Watkins who I follow on Facebook. I told my wife we should look into Danielle’s classes because I found what she had to say was very powerful and in line with my own beliefs of entrepreneurial-ship.
