Housing brokers (aka delalas) don't have a good reputation in Addis. They are known for being shady, pushy, exaggerating, exploiting and overall being self-seeking. I have almost exclusively have had bad experiences with them. Maseresha was the opposite of all these things. He was very honest, even about negative things at a house, not pushy at all and overall gave a very professional service. Would highly recommend him and Real Ethio to anyone looking for a place in Addis.
