Fortunately for me, my lease will be ending at the end of this month. It is to my knowledge that this company owns more than just one property. I resided in their Bridgeport location for a full 12 months and it has been the worst experience as a renter. They take their time responding to calls and emails. If you do happen to reach someone, they have an attitude. My unit was supposed to have curtains put up prior to my move in date - didn't receive them until after two weeks. Filters need to be changed that took an entire week. They do NOT care about your ant problems and will tell you to go to Home Depot and purchase ant spray. I HAVE ALL OF MY EMAILS SAVED. I was once locked out of my apartment while it was snowing and rather than someone being able to come and let me in, the maintenance manager stated she didn't have a spare/master key and yelled at me that I needed to call a lock smith. You will miss days of work because they refuse to send people to plow when all of Chicago is fully aware of a weeks worth of snow. You will also slip and fall. JACK AND DANIELA are the only two people who have been of use since I have lived here and are the only two people who answered my calls and were kind. I highly advise anyone to avoid this company. Unless you prefer unprofessional people, you are better off elsewhere.

TP management has absolutely been the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They are unorganized and lack sense of urgency for all situations. I should have known they were going to be a horror to work with after my lending company had difficulty requesting simple documents from them such as proof of insurance. I personally requested proof of insurance which took 3 phone calls and over 6 emails and at least 6 weeks before receiving a copy for myself. I have been unable to replace my mailbox lock making my mail vulnerable to other tenants. I have sent multiple emails regarding this. And only after getting in touch with my HOA president was there a resolution. Additionally, my buzzer has not worked since moving in almost 2 months ago. I received an email 4 weeks ago saying someone would repair it. Just now, 4 weeks later, I'm getting an email from them asking for my phone number to set up a service tech to come out. This is just one example of their lack of urgency. They do not read or respond to emails. Tea, the manager, is difficult to reach. If you are looking for a management company, please do not go with TP Management. They are very unreliable. Do not go into contract with them!

STAY AWAY!!!! The lady that works at the office is useless & arrogant. This is one of the worst property management companies to exist. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their workers are sketchy and don’t understand English, on of the property managers is sketchy, hides his face from my ring camera when knocking or ringing the bell for random things like the gas company came out to check the gas lines . They let crackheads, and sketchy people ruin the apartment complexes. They DO NOT MAINTAIN THEIR PROPERTIES, THEY HAVE MICE/RODENT INFESTATIONS AT THEIR PROPERTIES, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RENTER’S. I can’t wait until they get taken to court, sued & have their renter’s license & business license taken away. There was a stabbing a few months ago at one of their properties, there’s always people screaming, banging on walls, loose cats. The owners are complete pathetic idiots that only care about making money and don’t care about anything or anyone. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent from them.

Do not do business with them! They lie and give you the run around and never fulfill the maintenance requests. My living room ceiling was damaged and chipping due to all the snow and rain in February of 2021 take a guess when it was finally repaired March of 2023. There was a carbon monoxide leak last year and if it was not for the fact I could smell something weird who knows what could have happened. There was no carbon monoxide detectors installed in any of the apartments and they finally gave them out 2 months after the fact....only because the fire department had to come out and evacuate the entire building (almost 15+ apartments). The cleanliness is despicable they do the bare minimum when it comes to cleaning the hallways but that outside landscape area is A+ which leads people to think the inside is as well trust me it's not!!! I have so many other stories but long story short DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Don’t rent with them I lived here 2 years and the last year was hell the air conditioning would freeze they would never come to fix it they turn off the heat to late or to early so your way too hot or way too cold I had to heat my house up with my oven for 3 weeks and it smelled like gas definitely moldy in there the carpets stink the walls are thin I had a terrible neighbor the last year I was there he used to jump on the Floor up top when I watched a movie they are just terrible property management everything is outdated they won’t do any upgrades and it’s just not worth it plus no parking I lived on a busy street and you get in where you fit in basically when living there neighbors are mosey and never mind ther business like omg I liked it for the first year but new management made it worse and worse so respectfully if you need anything as far as maintenance or any help or upgrades don’t live here thanks.

Worst owners ever they don’t help at all, they don’t have good maintence workers no cameras to prove everything you say. They try and turn everything into a what if situation. Workers came to remodeling threw all garbage out the window from third floor to garbage can outside left everything laying around parking lot that didn’t make it in garbage dropped nails all over and I’ve gotten three flat tires since then have bags of nails I picked up from parking lot and the women on the phone just hung up says how does she know someone isn’t putting nails out there. So disgusting and unprofessional

Very unprofessional when u call. They never return their calls when they say they are. I can’t even get into my building for a hour now because the lady at the office claims she had been looking for my keys for a hour now smh just unprofessional I can not wait to be able to move. They don’t have a after hours emergency maintenance I got locked out one night and called no answer ! I had to go a friends house for the night. Apartment hallways are never cleaned. Old carpet in the halls .. just a lot could be done better to be honest. But they will call and call for rent payments.

I can't wait til my LEASE IS UP. Only been here 9 months the first few months was ok cause it was turning into summer but now it's winter and they half stepping with the heat. They have radiators witch was leaking had to be replaced but my family had to be cold for DAYS until they finally came out. Once it was fix the heat wasn't coming on. But when they came out he told me it can't be below "68 degrees in the house. That's still cold over here by the lake at the end the manager company basically told me to buy a heater rent is to over priced for that DON'T NOT RENT FROM THEM

My rent went up and They do not take care of their property AT ALLL!!!!!!!!!! I have had a bathroom issue since I moved in April of 2022 they never fix anything I ask they come inside your unit when you are unaware, it took them 4 days to bring me a new refrigerator so all my food I had bought went to waste I ask for a refund on my food they told me they cannot do anything about it there’s always a new management team DO NOT RENT WITH THEM !!!!!!!!!!!

The building is rat infested everyday there is three mice in my apartment they installed new mailboxes over a week ago I still don’t a key I can’t check my mail the maintenance man will not answer his phone I’m scared of mice my fridge is leaking the took forever to hook up the stove maintenance man never cleaning the fridge this is a horrible experience and they think I’m paying 900$ a month roaches every where and gnats in the bathroom

Within a short time after we switched from another management company, they were able to increase our NOI significantly by implementing simple things. They are easy to work with and very responsive. No regard for the amount of noise in the building with doing construction above residents heads. Workers leave trash in the building. Construction has been going on for almost 6 months. Maintenance requests are not fulfilled in a timely manner. My buzzer hasn’t worked in months, requests ignored. Almost everyone I’ve spoken to has a very dismissive or aggressive tone. Not a resident friendly or caring environment at all.

Professional, responsive with nice staff and great owners. This management was just what we needed after so many years of being managed by local big management companies that got us to the point of no funds, much needed repairs and improvements on our property. Real helped us optimize our collection, build reserves and guided us through many projects over the last year. Great company -keep doing what you do!

Tina J I'm right there with you. I'd go one farther, if I could wipe them off the face of the earth I would. I called first thing in the morning and left a message and did not receive a call back. Called this afternoon and the person that was suppose to call me back had left. The person that answers the phone is a hot mess!!!!! Very Nasty and highly unprofessional.

Still waiting for a new lease for my new roommate. It's been almost a year. They never call back when they say they will. Managers are never there. Very unprofessional. Documents sent in over 6 months ago. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The fuse in our unit goes out from time to time and they take hours .. even days to come turn them back on. You can call but they answer when they feel like it. Very unprofessional

It's a nice place to live. The people are friendly, the grounds are well maintained and if an issue arises inside the apartment it is attended to quickly.
