Like all the other reviewers here, I’ve had a really positive experience with the team at Realign Physio. I came here after having gone to other physiotherapists that were never able to help me find relief with my lower back issue. Prachi worked with me to carefully assess and diagnose the root cause and start working towards recovery. She has really made a big difference in issues I've been carrying with me for years. I completely recommend this place to everyone.

I'd highly recommend the Realign Physio & Wellness Center to anyone looking to newly start or recommence their physiotherapy program. Prachi has helped me so much with my chronic pain! I leave every appointment feeling better than when I came in. She is a great listener of her patients concerns and has given me great advise and exercises that have helped me to build strength and stabilize my back and knee.

For massage therapy sessions, Mohammad Nadir Nawabi gives excellent massage treatment. I can observe and feel much improvement in my lower back pain and sciatica issue. I went to Realign physiotherapy & Wellness Center for my back pain. The physiotherapist patiently listened to me, thoroughly checked me and guided me appropriately. Recently visited this clinic for lower back pain. The Physiotherapist here listened to my medical history and my daily schedule and gave me very detailed consultation about easy exercises that can help me reduce the pain. Prachi was very kind and accommodating with my requests of changing my appointments twice!

I visited this Physiotherapy clinic for lower back pain that started post pregnancy. Prachi was extremely professional and diligent with the treatment. With a few sessions at the clinic and some simple exercises at home, my pain is now gone. I will highly recommend this clinic.

I had a massage with Mohammad Nawabi. Mohammad is very knowledgeable and is amazing. I would definitely recommend Mohammad for massage therapy. Great customer service, they work with insurance and do direct billing for you and it makes your life so much easier.

I have newly moved to Toronto. I was having pains in my foot due to a past injury. I went to Realign Physio Clinic and got excellent consultation and treatment for a few weeks and now I have no pain at all! Totally recommend this place!

This place is a great place to get a massage. The masseur is very nice and gentle. He takes the time and does his thing. The receptionist is very nice also.

Nadir's massage was everything I needed and more! :) He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why.
