unethical and unprofessional - we had a worst experience with this agency. we are looking for flats in kondapur and shown interest in red bricks ad posted by agency. Before visiting the site tele caller told us some price but after visiting site and went to the rebridz office they changed the prices and tried us to convince to book the flat with changed price. As we are not convinced with prices they suggested other property in kokapet we had site visit couple of times and revisited the rebridz office for price negotiations. There isn’t much price variation from what they quoted initially. We thought of buying the flat and revisited their office with booking cheque. we are asked to wait in meeting room and two new faces came down said there is price change as the builders are quoting more now. We are shell shocked and utterly disappointed with management and their inability to value a good customer. Summary of the discussion was they asked us to hold the cheque and will contact builder again. In case if builder agree they might consider taking it. Suggestion People in office speak nicely but show the intent to customers by incorporating the core value “commitment”
