If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This local gym has truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I stepped foot into this gym, I felt an overwhelming sense of community and belonging. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with coaches and fellow members alike always wearing a smile and ready to offer a friendly greeting. It's evident that this place is more than just a gym; it's a tight-knit community that embraces and supports everyone who walks through its doors. One of the most impressive aspects of this gym is the sense of camaraderie that exists amongst its members. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, you'll be welcomed with open arms. There's no judgment here; instead, there's a shared passion for health and wellness, and sometimes healthy competition (Go Red Team!), that brings us all together. The gym's offerings are second to none, and the coaches are not only experts in their fields but also incredibly approachable and encouraging. Heading towards 60, I didn’t like where my body was taking me. Through a recommendation I reach out to Sean Carroll at Rebuild Health & Fitness. Here’s the sexy part, I lost 21 kgs in 7 months. Fantastic! Sean taught me no foods are off limits. My journey with Sean really started once the weight was lost. Creating simple exercise sessions I could do at home, a couple of dumb bells to start with. Then I progressed to a gym membership. Completely out of my comfort zone, I pushed through my insecurities. Persistence, with Sean encouraging me all the way. Consistency didn’t just happen. I had to keep pushing. Sometimes I was going really well, then I’d drop off. What is important, I never gave up. Sean never stop encouraging me. He showed empathy and solutions and never judgement. Every session completed was moving forward. What I learnt was how I viewed food, the control it had over me, the fear. Sean taught me how to gain control. You can choose your hard. It’s hard to get off the couch with no end to it getting easier. Or you can choose to work hard, feel fantastic and get your body strong. As Sean would say to me. Choose your hard! Sean guided me through the Rebuild Health & Fitness online app. Living 1738 Kim’s away from the Rebuild Health & Fitness gym meant I had to find a local gym to meet my personal needs. Now I do 3 booked classes a week. Making my body stronger has also made me mentally stronger. The scales no longer control how I feel about myself, being strong, going to the gym is where my priorities lie. My journey with Sean Carroll and Rebuild Health & Fitness was 2.5 years. I will be forever grateful to Sean. Going to the gym is a normal part now of my everyday life.

I joined Rebuild Health and Fitness about 18 months ago after 3 years of training in a regular group fitness gym where I was training double sessions, 6 days a week with limited results. I was looking for a new challenge and was interested in trying CrossFit however I was previously put off due to negative comments that is didn’t cater for beginners. I looked at the Rebuild website and it appeared different to other CrossFit gyms offering a holistic approach to health and fitness with a range of onsite services including Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Nutritional coaching, and massage. I decided to explore this further and reached out to James at Rebuild and was invited in for a discussion to see if I was the right fit for the gym…This seemed unusual as other gyms I had previously been to were quite happy to sign you up regardless. I could tell from the moment I sat down that this was a place that cared about its members. There were no marketing ploys to sign me up and get me in the door, this was a consultation to make sure it was a good fit all round. The message was clear that their focus was on education and long term heath solutions offering a better life balance for people of all ages and fitness levels, regardless of experience. 18 months into my Rebuild journey and I am pleased to say there is no need for double sessions anymore! I have more time back in my life, I am learning new skills while feeling fitter, healthier, and stronger than I ever was! And I’m doing it with awesome people!

I stumbled across Rebuild Health & Fitness back in 2015 while out on a walk with my kids so I took a photo and called the number. It’s now 2023, and 52yrs of age and still love this place. The coaches are amazing – very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and (sometimes even funny). The gym community is the best- it’s what makes it more than just exercise it’s them having your back during those workouts with the encouragement, fist bumps regardless of your athletic ability. The programming is excellent, classes are run on time, well structured and organised. Every day is different – it’s endurance, it’s weightlifting, it’s gymnastics. Within these last 8yrs I have tried many other gyms at different times, but nothing could match up to what Rebuild Health & Fitness had to give me, it makes me accountable, gives me goals, makes me push myself especially on those day I’d rather not. It is a place that develops my physical and mental state that cannot help but carry over into my personal and work life. The best part of my journey is I am healthy, strong, and happy. And I am thankful for this gym for giving such a life tool.

I joined Rebuild because I was looking for CrossFit gym that was closer so I could be more consistent. Whilst I've definitely found that at Rebuild, I've also found so much more. The coaching team are knowledgeable, supportive and give you just the amount of rev up when you need to push a bit more. And the people are welcoming, encouraging and with zero ego. There is a real respect for everyone and the various stages of the journey that they're on. I know that I joined the gym with an ankle injury and the team has accommodated me and helped me rehab the whole way. Many members I've talked to have said the same. From my experience, this gym is great no matter what base your starting from and no matter the size of your goal. Also - I've learned and paid more attention to my nutrition then I ever have before, turns out - I'm probably eating less than I was supposed to! THE MORE YOU LEARN! Thanks Rebuild team! If you're on the fence - and unsure if you can do it - don't be - give them a go!

I was so hesitant to join this gym - having not worked out in a gym for a long time, I was worried I wasn't fit enough, ready enough or going to fit in. I was completely wrong! I am not 6 months in and absolutely love it. Firstly - no mirrors = bonus; secondly the coaches are amazing - kind, helpful and happy to help anyone no matter your fitness level ( I have never lifted weights like they do before and they were so helpful); thirdly, everyone there is really normal - just normal nice people - no egos, no intimidation - just really great people that you can chat to. I look forward to going to the gym the days I can, and work to the best of my ability (some workouts are hard! but also very rewarding). I am happy, my body is happy, and I can see and feel a difference already. If you are thinking about joining, no matter your fitness level, just do it - you really won't regret it

Louis has helped me immensely over 3 sessions. He took time to understand my history and previous failed experiences with physios and created a unique program for me so we weren't repeating the mistakes of the past. Through testing, stretching and retesting Louis has given me simple movements that I can use anywhere and anytime. I now have preventative exercise I can use as part of my exercise routines and also reactive stretches for when I get pain from sitting at my desk the wrong way. Louis approach that, just because my body isn't 100% textbook doesn't necessarily mean that is what's causing pain. Instead of trying to fix the scoliosis to stop the pain, we strengthen and stretch the muscles has done me wonders. Louis is very knowledgeable and personable, I will definitely be returning if any future pains or concerns arise. Thanks for helping me feel less pain Louis.

Rebuild is amazing. I've been training at gyms for more years than I care to remember and these guys have nailed it. And not just with their sunny personalities. They've built a community, they have excellent programming, they are passionate, they care about you committing and achieving your results, they offer Crossfit, Olympic lifting, Nutrition help, Yoga, and the people that attend have become my 'other' family. Covid has absolutely demonstrated the commitment of these guys to us, their members. They've lent out thousands of dollars of equipment, they’ve created intelligent, anyone can do this programming – so no excuses, they communicate, they care. There are so many gyms closer to where I live but I choose to commute at 4:30am every morning (non covid times) to a gym that is awesome and genuinely cares about its members.

I am three months in to my Rebuild experience and am thoroughly enjoying my return to health and fitness. Whilst I had not participated in Cross Fit previously and felt a little intimidated prior to my first class, I can categorically say that my fear and trepidation was completely unfounded. My experience has been nothing but enjoyable and positive. Each of the coaches are friendly, supportive, approachable and patient. All movements are scalable, allowing for individual's needs and ability levels, which ensures you are never out of your depth or overwhelmed. Coming into the gym, I was met with many friendly faces and at no point have I felt out of place. It really is a community of like minded people. I would encourage anyone and everyone to try the experience - I'd be surprised if you didn't love it!!

I joined Rebuild as an out of condition 48 year old on blood pressure medication. Less than 18 months later my body shape has changed dramatically, my strength and aerobic capacity improves every week, the blood pressure medication is gone and I’m the best condition I’ve been in for years. Rebuild has been a game changer for me, the owners and coaches are amazing, in particular I have been working one on one with Ahrie Jerred to improve my technique, mobility and strength. Ahrie’s empathetic approach, high levels of knowledge and practical experience has without question fast tracked my progress. I’ve never experienced an atmosphere like Rebuild where everyone is like family and so encouraging of each other. With the help of the team I am indeed Rebuilding myself!

Choosing to join Rebuild was the best decision I have made for myself both physically and mentally. I haven’t felt more supported in my fitness journey than what I have over the last 2 years. Their care and knowledge is second to none including women’s health. All the coaches at Rebuild have supported me in my nutrition, general fitness and most recently training whilst pregnant and postpartum recovery. The support (even as far as a phone call to check in if they haven’t seen me that week) to the community that has been created is evident that this gym in more than just a place to train. The coaches care for your overall health and have created a space for each individual to feel comfortable regardless of their level of fitness. Highly Recommend!!

I joined Rebuild 5 months ago and its been amazing. I feel great, old injuries are not a problem anymore and I’m stronger than ever! I love the variety of the group workouts and the community I train with. Not having lifted weights in a gym for a long time, I was expecting the experience to be daunting - it was not. The community are very friendly and welcoming. All the Trainers are awesome and have patiently broken down the movements to help me learn how to lift safely. The Personal Training sessions with @Ahrie Jerred have been a game changer. Ahrie is a great listener and has creatively developed solutions to my old injuries - allowing me to rebuild both my perspective on exercise and my strength, particular in my shoulder.

I have been a member at Rebuild for just a few months and have loved absolutely every minute of it! The community and the coaches are so incredibly supportive and the programming is exceptional. The vibe on testing and competition days is second to none and being cheered on by your fellow members/team mates has allowed me to achieve things I never thought possible. Afrer umming and ahhing and looking at the rebuild website 3 times a day . I finally reached out and spoke with James on the phone, he recommended I do the 6 week Newstarter challenge to get me back in the game . I can't commend James enough for sending me down the right path . He spent the time to see what I had done previously in my training and where I was at with with and injuries and eating habits . I'm 6 months in and have not looked back . I also can't speak highly enough of the coaches at rebuild, they are very knowledgeable , friendly and they are very helpful . This gym has changed my life. Literally! Before i started at rebuild i was so severely under weight and so unhappy with my life, my mental health was so bad that I could barely function a standard day. My brother in law kept pushing me to just try the gym out and see where it goes and I am so glad i did. The coaches are the best and are so damn good at adapting to everyone they teach. Especially having Ahrie and Kaitlyn who compete in weightlifting events really enhances the knowledge you gain from them. My progess: November 2021 - 6ft4 at 57.5kgs and my BMI was 15 Could barely lift a barbell June 2023 - I am now 81.2kg with a BMI of 22.5 115kg deadlift and 80kg back squat And i've made so many new friends

Rebuild is the home of a world-class coaching team who really care. They bring all their individual expertise together to deliver the best program… some might call them the dream-team ❤️. I can not commend the Rebuild coaches & training enough on getting me out of my comfort zone. I was already training at another gym & loved my fitness classes, but just wasn’t seeing progress. I came in knowing I wasn’t going to be smashing out pull ups & a bit scared of cross fit. I learned all exercises can be scaled to your ability so it caters for all ages & fitness levels. You are encouraged to track your workouts in a super easy app & you can’t help but see your progress just by showing up& doing the work. Rebuild works out all the rest for you!! I just joined Rebuild and I am always a bit skeptical of the sale-sign-up-pitch. I have been a member of around 20 gyms up to now, from various places around the world and I can honestly say I have never been in a gym and felt so welcomed. At least a quarter of the class (full class) came up to me and introduced themselves before we started and by the end of the class everyone had pretty much said hi. People sell their gyms as "family friendly" and "no egos" but you can't force that. Rebuilds members and coaches are 100% inclusive, friendly and welcoming. Not sale-pitch-friendly. So if you're into a friendly environment then this place is it.

I thought about joining Rebuild months before I actually did. I always thought I was too unfit to join a gym like Rebuild, I thought I’d be laughed at or made to feel like I didn’t belong, that I needed to be thinner or fitter. When I finally plucked up the courage to join, it was like walking into a class filled with old friends. Everyone was super welcoming and supportive. The coaches are always there to help you, to push you, to make you a better you. I now attend 5-6 days a week and it’s the best part of my day. Rebuild is part of who I am now. Started at Rebuild after breaking my ankle and fracturing my leg. The coaches have been incredibly supportive and ensured all exercises are modified to get the best out of each session for me. My physio is affiliated with the gym, so having him there to oversee my recovery has also been very beneficial. Every person who attends is just so welcoming and supportive too. It’s truly a great place to go where you feel like you’re known and not just another number at a typical gym. I highly recommend Rebuild, whether you are a beginner with an injury, like me, or an advanced weight lifter! It is individualised to every person’s journey.

I had been following an online training plan for a couple of years, mainly out of my garage, moved over to Wynnum from Perth in Jan 21, found it hard to keep motivated, then in July 22, found Rebuild, from the first conversation with Sean, knew this was the place for me to build towards a total hip replacement in 12 months time. The coaches are top notch, they will modify/scale all or any of the workouts to suit and the community spirit is second to none. How time flys, it’s now 5 weeks to my hip replacement, feel fitter than I’ve ever been and ready to face the operation and the rehab process with vigour. Thanks Rebuild.

Rebuild Health and Fitness is more than just a gym. There is a genuine sense of community and care. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive and the other members are so encouraging and quick with the banter. When I joined almost 2 years ago I was nervous about starting something new. I've been working with James from rebuild for over 12 months now and have rebuilt my entire life with his help and guidance. As a PT, I’ve tried all sorts of training throughout the years and the sessions at Rebuild are without a doubt the most enjoyable and rewarding workouts I’ve ever done! The mixture of strength, conditioning and technique paired with the awesome coaches makes for an incredible experience. As a former triathlete, gym manager and PT, I take a big interest in the quality and style of coaching advice, as well as the effort placed in developing a friendly training community. These guys are nailing it on all fronts. Like many people over 40 years old, I have injuries to manage and bad habits to undo. This is by far my favorite place to be! So grateful for all the coaches especially James who has given me so much knowledge, and adding in extra layers of confidence that I am capable of it all! I joined Rebuild late in 2021 having dropped the ball for a while on my health and fitness. I've done quite a lot of weightlifting work over the years with PT's, but I still find the one-on-one support from the coaches each session at Rebuild to be invaluable in helping me to tweak and improve my movements to get better results. I love rolling up and not having to think about planning my own sessions, and tracking progression in the app is so easy! The coaches are all super knowledgeable and it's a welcoming atmosphere no matter what your fitness level.

I’ve been a gym goer for quite a while in my 24years and I’ve got to say that Rebuild has been like no other. It’s a power house with access to exceptional classes, open gym, physio, remedial massage and nutrition (what a combo!). Having done pilates for over 10 years, I was pretty comfortable with my fitness routine. I started attended my first CrossFit class overseas and was dying to join a CrossFit gym when i got back. My dad found Rebuild Health & Fitness as it was close by our house. The trainers and members are so wonderful and its a great community. Rebuild isn't just a gym. They will teach you all about nutrition, technique and how to take care of your body. I don't plan on leaving this gym anytime soon because i am blown away with the amount of effort the trainers put in to each and every one of their members. Absolutely love it!!

I started at Rebuild a little over 6 months ago. Before that I was just donating money to Jets. I love the group training atmosphere. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive of not just me but my son who has additional needs. It’s great to have a safe place where I don’t need to worry about my son being rejected. It’s great to be part of a community. If I start to slack off the coaches always send a nice little, “we haven’t seen you” message to kick me back into gear. The Rebuild team are so supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. Before Rebuild I was in a cycle of crash dieting and excessive cardio followed by exhaustion and overeating which meant my weight was up and down and I didn't feel in control. I now have knowledge on what foods fuel my body so that I feel satisfied and can maintain a healthy weight and instead of cardio I lift weights so that I feel strong and proud of myself. Out of all the Gyms of ever been to, Rebuild is by far the best!!! Starting at a new gym is never easy especially after you've had a one year break. I cannot recommend Rebuild Fitness highly enough I was only able to walk for 10mins without being in pain. Thanks to the Rebuild coaches and physio I have now made some fantastic progress and able to do some movements and lift weights which is what I love doing. Great gym!! I came to Rebuild carrying a few existing injuries, the coaches helped to modify movements when needed to help with my recovery but still give me a solid workout. Highly recommend this place for people of all fitness levels. The members are really welcoming and the coaches know their stuff. The programming is super varied, so as well as getting fit you’re always learning new skills/techniques which keeps it interesting and fun.

Joining rebuild was the best fitness decision my husband and I have made. During the CoVid lockdowns, when it seemed every other gym shut down, The guys at Rebuild loaned out all their equipment to us, and transitioned to live coaching the classes via zoom. People say Crossfit is dangerous but with the quality coaching these guys give I'd argue as a newbie its more dangerous to go and try do your own thing in a gym.
