Attendant spilled gas down the side of my vehicle and tryed to ignore it. When I asked him about what we could do to fix the issue, he stated that he could "splash it off" with a window squeegee; nothing else he could do. As there was no supervisor on duty, the cashier was helpful in suggesting that she issue me a carwash to was the gas off and offered an appology. She did everything she could to make it right. This would have been a 4 star review due to the great recovery by the cashier, until I went to go get in my vehicle and was approached by the attendant who immediately attempted to imply that it was my fault that he spilled fuel down the side of my car. According to him, there is splashback on 50% of the vehicles he fills. Management: I hope you read this and provide feedback to your staff. Owning a mistake and offering to fix it goes a long way vs. Blaming a customer for spilling gas at a full service station. Update: Feb 1 2017 - attendant spilled fuel again and admitted it when asked by coworker. Cashier informed me that there was nothing she could do as she was repremanded last time by her manager, Dave, for how she handled the situation. Reduced review from 2 to 1 star. I sincerely hope blaming the customer for something like this is not the way staff are trained.

Stopped in today, mid afternoon for a coffee, started pouring my coffee, it was probably the same batch from the morning, nasty smell, thick as tar? Left the cup on the counter went to pay for other item. While paying for that the manager berated me for not throwing out my cup??? I apologized and I mentioned the condition of the coffee she stated some people like that, then berated me again, fortunately my look of disgust for her put an end to it,,, unfortunately she started barking at the employee in an equally unprofessional manner, in front of customers as she had done with me. I’ve been a regular for years, as of now I and sooo many others will be taking our business elsewhere, this is no slight on the working staff at all, they have always been fantastic!!! Management,,,, might want to rethink your approach!

Periodically use this station for gas and car wash. Self serve pump #4 has failed to dispense receipts for months, probably longer. This pump and possible others have this issue and reporting it to the cashier, they always seems surprised? Car wash is a hit and miss with it working. As far as I can remember it's always questionable whether this car wash will be working or not. If I don't want a whole lot of extra inconvenience with having to go in to get receipts and find a working car wash I would avoid using this Co-oP. Doesn't appear to be any desire to address these issues. little more than just a random event.

I was trying to purchase an item that was being scanned incorrectly at the till and when I mentioned the scanning code of practice the staff acted as if they knew nothing. Once I showed them and informed them of what it is they informed me I could not receive the item at the discounted rate stated by the SCOP. I insisted they talk to a manager and even they refused to honor the SCOP. I will no longer be shopping/stopping at this particular coop as they refuse to honor practices and deny what is owed.

Not a favourite service station. I had a run in with a blonde b…..ch on a power trip. I needed a rewash and she took my receipt which I need for business taxes and would not give it back to me. She was too dam lazy to go to the office to make a photo copy for herself. I only returned yesterday for a quick car wash. This was over a year ago.

Happy member, appreciate the full serve has been kept in place and that the air is no charge. That said I'm always disappointed in the prices at concession, I would probably by far more if the prices were fair, that said the pricing is typical of most convenience stores, maybe there should be a member discount?

Had a Gas Attendant by the name of Kent. Very helpful and polite.. From washing the windows to wishing me a safe and Healthy evening.. will be MORE then happy to mention it to all my friends that travel that way,, Remember to TIP them well as they are FREEZING their butts off this time of the year...

The car wash does NOT wash your vehicle. I had a full film of dirt on my vehicle after getting home and it was only a little dirty before the wash.. No steam coming the wash when the doors open in cool weather means they're taking shortcuts and using cold water but charging you full price.

Older white dude with glasses tried to rip me off. Tried to over charge me, I caught him and he tried to convince me that I was wrong, but I proved him wrong in the end. Be mindful of this when going here and don't be afraid to speak up when if you feel the price is incorrect.

Good place for a treat. They have a table outside, so you can sit down whilst you drink your Slurpee, of which they have many great flavours. The car wash is ok, but I’ll be honest, Shell’s car wash, just down Pembina is a little better. Sorry. Still a great place though.

Early morning or late night. Otherwise it's crazy busy. Super friendly guys working the pumps outside. Stop asking if I want my already clean windshield squeegee'd. It's negative 40 with the wind, go huddle by the pump before you turn into a popsicle!

I will explain my 2 star rating in a full message here, the people that work at the pumps for the full serve are very happy and very good attitude all the time rain or snow, my issue is I spend $250 on fuel and go inside and buy some food

If I could give a lower rating - I would. Would not recommend working here. Poor management at this gas bar. I know someone who worked there and from his experience the manager does not treat his employees fairly. Manager of this gas bar

Just came from this location. We were refused fuel because we had a new vehicle transfer sticker rather than a plate. Even though I was going inside to pay. Also, the attendant was EXTREMELY rude. I have been a co-op member for over 25

Moved here from a small town and all of my hand signed slushie cards are apparently worthless here. Tried to use it and was immediately dismissed despite mere months ago when I asked if it was okay I was told they are the same thing.

Brought my car here to wash. Had the worse experience washing it. Never bring your car here. It is not fair to take advantage of monopoly in the area. Check pictures i have added. I have taken these picture minutes after wash

Pump staff extremely friendly and easy to deal with, however inside, people are not always served in order. Normally there's a line up (3-4)to cash. In winter it is difficult to get a receipt from the pumps

Everyone there is very kind every time I go. There can be quite a large line up and a few times I felt there should be 2 on the til instead of one. Personally favourite place to go get gas.

There’s some confusion between the Co-ops about getting membership points for non-fuel items. This station doesn’t take them, but other stations do.

Usually its a busy place. I always go there to wash my vehicle. Reasonable car wash prices for a touch less. Being a happy customer for over 7 years

Very clean, good carwash, lots of room to park a Big RV. Decent amount of pumps. Can purchase locally made products such Honey and Jams.

The car wash is disappointing & you can never get the paper out of the gas pump so you have to go inside for the receipt.

Favorite gas refill place in St Norbert. Usually pay at pump but has full service, convenience store and auto car wash.

Staff here are helpful and friendly compared to another Co-op gas bar not far from this one.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The store and the pump areas were well looked after.

Hours show 6am-11pm 7 days a week. Got there Sunday night at 10:30 pm and they are closed.
