0 stars if I could I pre-ordered a Xbox one game, was charged and went to pick it up at this location which REDBOX website said they had it available and they didn't have it. I called they told me they would refund me the money, I than told them I just wanted to rent the game. I went back on the website to find which Redbox had the game available, found one , again was charged, went there and I could not get the game. I called customer service and the lady that I spoke to had no business ethics what so ever! She told me that I would get my money back and than asked me why I was so upset .... She didn't understand that I drove to two different boxes and still didn't have the game not that it effects their business but they lost a customer!
