We had reserved a rental before it was released to "the box"; our card was charged, yet we ended up not getting our rental after driving to said Rebox (after we were they informed us it was ready for pick-up). The ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because I as super excited to see the movie Despite, bad electronics and it's accountability for pre-order totals, I must say, the customer service was phenomenal (not only refunded the amount, bit also credited my account a free rental)!

My local Redbox. Isn’t broken. Dispenses movies on disc. Costs next to nothing. Was gonna pass by it anyway. Great idea for a business.
