This Reformation treats its customers like cattle. I went to the Greene street Reformation and was forced to wait outside in line with 20+ other people in the heat. During our ~40 minute wait an employee occasionally let 1-2 more people into their almost empty store. The employee admitted the store was not at capacity and that the manager was preventing her from letting more people in our admitting them to a waitlist of any kind. This seemed to be intentional to keep a line out front as if this was a nightclub trying to show how popular it is. Once we were let into the store we were told there would be an additional 40 minute wait to get a dressing room. Nobody is warned about this ahead of time so you’re forced to wait to then be allowed the privilege of waiting for a dressing room. I’ve never dealt with a more inefficient process or more condescending staff in my life. Everyone we spoke to in line was livid. I’m planning to let everyone I know know what an awful experience I had here and will not be shopping at reformation in the future. Go to this store if you’d like to be kept outside on line like a prop and then surprised by another longer line inside.

Worst shopping experience I didn’t even get to have. I waited in line for 35 minutes in 90 degree weather with no shade, whilst the store wasn’t even remotely full. As people left the store they still wouldn’t let people in right away. Once it was finally our turn to go into the store we were informed that there was a 40 minute wait period for the dressing rooms, information that could have been given to us way sooner in the process rather than at the end of our wait. The associate who delivered this information was unnecessarily short. I would not recommend shopping here if this is the standard of service they provide. I’m thoroughly disappointed with my experience here especially since this used to be one of my absolute favorite brands to shop from

Soho store: good selection but horrific experience. Waited 20 minutes outside when store was only half full. Then waited an additional hour for the dressing room, at which point they told me half the things I had put into my “online dressing room” an hour prior were not carried in the location. Hands down the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I would recommend people go to the UES store or shop online only. Extremely inefficient use of space - they had me sit in my dressing room for 10 minutes after I was done trying things on (so they could come check me out from there) when someone else could’ve been using the dressing room. I love the brand but will never ever come back to this location again.

I wanted to come here and drop off Jean shorts I bought to fix the fraying as I seemed to be losing 0.5 inches of my shorts every time I wash them. The store manager told me that’s not a service they offer especially given that the style of the Jean shorts was supposed to be frayed. She told me “we can’t alter the style of these through our hemming services. They’re supposed to be frayed.” She was wrong. I went home and went through the Reformation online portal to send in my Jean shorts for the fraying repair and it came back to me beautifully. The online customer service people that interfaced with me about the service were very helpful.

Her name is Latoya!!! Everyone remembers! The store manager either doesn’t respect people or she’s racist!! I waited for 30mins to wait for a fitting room setup. When I asked, she said “Your clothes were ready in closet.”but nobody called me! She didn’t say sorry, and told me I only had 15 mins for 5 clothes in total, very arrogantly saying now I’m calling you! When I expressed I wanna return 2 clothes and try another one, she said you’re all done for today! I said, “this is bad service.” She said, “you want to clear your room? I don’t want to provide bad service.” Remember! By then, I’m still waiting for the rest of the dresses coming.

I recently went shopping in this location, and I have to say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m completely disgusted by the way the employees treat customers, especially during this time. As I was shopping around and making my selection for my purchase, an employee came over and told me I wasn’t allowed to touch anything, slightly confused I apologized. However, the employee then decided it was appropriate to make a joke and ridicule my mistake with a fellow employee with other customers in the store. I thought this was disgusting horrible behavior. I’m no longer comfortable shopping at this location.

Received such wonderful help and attention at the Reformation on Howard. The Reformation team was super knowledgeable about their inventory, helped select items for me to try, gave me advice on fit, helped me zip my clothes when I couldn’t reach, steamed items I wanted to buy, and wished me well on my upcoming trip that I was shopping for - thank you Fiona, Ashley, Carolina, and those lovely others whose name I didn’t get but I know you also helped me so much. You made my shopping experience such a happy one (and I’m not someone who usually enjoys it, so thank you!)

This store must think of me as a second class citizens because I waited in line forever just to get in. The experience inside is even worst though. Staff told me it would be an hour to get into their empty fitting room. Either these people make to much money from commission or they have no motivation to care that 1 hour waits are ridiculous. I just left the dress and bought some where else. Also if you're a size 0-4 they mostly only have the ugly dresses there that feel low quality. Please save yourself the trip you will only feel you wasted your time.

I’m in two minds about this store. On one hand, the employees are super friendly and helpful. But what is up with the the customers? Waited today for 45 min, first to get into the store and then for the fitting rooms. Had to leave and never made it into the fitting rooms. Ladies, why are you squatting in fitting rooms for 30 min? Even though I never tried on anything myself, everyone that I saw trying things on looked amazing in their dresses. So I guess, cute clothes but make sure you have time to spare.

i had the best experience at this reformation! i was helped by kylie and she did everything possible to help me find the perfect dress! i was a little intimidated coming into the store as everything i have gotten from ref has been online so far, but she made me feel very welcome! she is very personable and kind and if i wasn’t leaving in a few days i would come back! we chatted for a bit and turns out we have the same pair of earrings! thank u kylie for helping me have a great birthday<3

The fitting room situation is the worst concept. It creates very long waits, and then as a result people leave before their rooms are ready, which further exacerbates the issue and wastes both employee and customer’s time. Having people running around the stock room to place the product in a double sided wardrobe isn’t exactly breaking technology; I don’t fault the store associates but it’s definitely a failed attempt at being “innovative” on the part of Reformation.

Waited 45 minutes just to get a room, left without trying anything out. Initially they said there’s gonna be a 20 minute wait and after that every time we asked, the response was “just 1 more minute, they’re setting up the room and getting your clothes from downstairs”. This happened for another half an hour before we finally left without ever getting the a room assigned to us. Terrible management and such a waste of time. Never coming here again.

Smaller store and dressing rooms compared to other locations. Brought in my Ref item for the recycling program but they didn’t take it because “the system is down”. Staff should’ve processed it manually and enter into the system afterwards. Instead they told me to come back another day, and couldn’t even suggest a day. At least be apologetic about it. Went all the way there with my item and left really angry from the experience and attitude.

Was unaware of return policy since I've never been to a reformation store. They refused to refund my money and weren't nice at all about it. Manager was rude. They acted like it's an obvious policy. It's only written on a plaque on the counter in like size 8 font which I didn't even see because the dress I was buying was on top of it. Still fighting with them just to get my money back for a dress I bought 2 days prior. Total BS.

I love this brand. The style of their designs is right up my alley. I'd describe it as feminine with hints of vintage. All the things I got from here, I wear regularly and it has stayed in good condition. The aesthetic of this store is nice and in line with their brand. Not the greatest selection, but very friendly staff. If you're looking for something specific, I'd order online. If you're looking to browse, come here!

I love this location! I popped in on Saturday for a birthday dress to wear that very evening, and when I didn’t see anything on the floor that I wanted, the sweetest sales associate, Hailey, went our of her way to pull a ton of things from the back that were exactly what I was hoping for!!! She worked so hard to help me and was so sweet to boot! Definitely will go back based on my birthday experience!!

Visited this store after a horrible experience at the Bond St location. The employees here are absolutely amazing and very kind. The only thing that is a tad overwhelming is getting asked every minute to start a fitting room, but I get that it’s part of their “thing”. This store is spacious, has great selections, and has awesome fitting rooms. Would highly recommend as my experience here was awesome!!

A lot of waiting. Another annoying thing is that all items in the store are ‘props’ and you can’t carry an item for more than 20 seconds before someone comes up to ask if you need a fitting room started. Super time consuming and inefficient process all around. Just wasted an hour here and left with nothing. I could’ve realized this much sooner had I not been met with so many obstacles

I purchased online and received a sweater with multiple HOLES. They were not intended because there were definitely no holes shown in the pictures online. I went to their Howard store to ask for a refund and was told that since they are a sustainable brand and use recycled material, holes like this are reasonably expectable and refused my refund. I was issued a gift card instead.

I literally cannot fathom a more poorly run store. Even when it’s empty, you have to wait forever for them to get your size. The employees are slow and don’t seem to have a good grasp on the technology. I went during my lunch and asked to try one shirt. I waited more than 15 minutes only to be told they didn’t have my size. Awful store trying to be different and failing.

I love this store! I had one of the best shopping experiences! Zarina was super helpful with styling me, made me feel very welcome even though the store was very busy. I felt so good in what I ended up buying. I will definitely be coming here again! Much appreciated! :) I must also say that the store looks very nice and they have a great playlist.

Worst experience ever! This chip (let’s be honest) garment does pretend to be Chanel boutique, I was in the line and asked the manager to let us get in because the store was almost empty and we were melting outside, but she laughed me in face and said that we have to wait or come back any other not so hot day. So I left. Horrible attitude.

Love this store - they always carry all of the new collection along with a cute consignment/vintage section. Been shopping at Reformation for a few years now...love love love. Sales Associate Owen was extraordinarily helpful with not only getting me sizes but styling some outfits for me. Everyone was super nice, and it was easy in and out!

Very disorganized - they’ve created artificial scarcity by forcing people to wait in line outside and no one is minding the door or paying attention to how many people exit or people who sneak in. I’m not sure if they just like to have a line, but it makes the shopping experience unnecessarily obnoxious.

bought a dress for $218 just to have it shrink half the size after following care instructions. when calling location, manger was extremely rude and offered no aid, refund, or store credit. bad quality and extremely poor customer service. would not recommend store to anyone.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Be prepared to grab and many clothing items to try on all at once because their lines for the changing rooms are very long. Once in the changing room their staff would be happy to get different sizes / anything else that you may need.

Shoes fell apart after one wear. The designs look good but the quality of the clothes is soooo bad and everything is shamelessly overpriced. Hopefully more people will speak out and this will push the company to do better.

My gym is right around the corner so sometimes I will stop by to browse. Most of the styles and cuts are amazingly flattering for petit frames. Definitely worth taking a look if you're around the neighborhood.
