Genuinely disappointed. My fiancé has been so excited that Reformation finally opened up a shop in portland. Coming from an amazing experience at the LA store, we were excited to finally go see it. We walked in, excited about a 50% off sale, only to be confused what was exactly on sale. So we did what any other customer would do. We went and found two associates who were talking in the corner of the store. We walked over, asked about the sale, and that’s when I noticed one of them give us a strange look. We asked about the sale and instead of showing us some items, they touched a screen, and pointed and said “you can find sale items here”. I think we just wanted a little more help regarding what they had to offer in store, and instead of us individually picking out items and annoying them with “is this on sale?” questions, we wanted to get a general sense of what was displayed..But instead of putting in even an ounce of effort, they pointed to the screen and said look here for sale items. One of the associates looked her up and down, and it was relatively obvious that something about us, she didn’t approve of. Imagine walking into a store, looking to spend 100-200 dollars, only to be judged and glared at and not even helped! You would think that, especially in todays digital world, than an in store experience would be more important to not only the brand, but the staff who run the ONLY location in portland. Anyone who comes from a retail background would understand the stresses that come from the job, but how we were treated was absolutely disgusting. I wish I knew the manager. I wish I got that associates name, but I guess that’s what happens when you aren’t greeted upon entering. To the two brunette associates, do better. Just because you work for reformation, doesn’t give you the right to act a certain way. This is one of those experiences that not only changed our mind about where we wanted to shop but will also, now, be in our mind every time we go to this location, shop online or even think about Reformation. I wish I would have said something then and there. Who wants to return to a brand or store when you get treated like this. Not us…

I was so excited to have a reformation store open up in pdx I went in the first time, this am, got there at 10:45 (store opens at 11am) me and my friend were pointing to items in the store all excited, when a sales associate pops out from behind and starts to use her hand gestures that they are not open and they open at 11am. I gave her a thumbs up as in “we know” we’re just window shopping in the meantime. We then headed to Starbucks, and came back at 11am and the same girl who gestured to us previously, unlocked the door and as we entered, looked us up and down in the nastiest way, not once did she great us or say hello - she instead stood there glaring at us and looking at us up and down. If looks could kill we would be dead. As someone who has worked in the service industry specifically retail for years, I have I never felt so uncomfortable in a store. I will not be returning or spending any money with Reformation.

I was so excited that reformation was opening in Portland, but was really disappointed by my experience there. When I entered the store last Wednesday around noon, the associate only looked up from her phone long enough to stare at me and then walked behind the counter to continue texting. Normally, Shopping doesn’t require that much assistance but the majority of the inventory in this store is in the back, you have to navigate everything on a touchscreen on the wall, which I had no idea until I circled the store three times. The only time the sales associate spoke is when another employee showed up for their shift, they started talking about their outfits and where they purchased their shoes. Neither one spoke to me once. Terrible customer service, will not return.

I finally got a chance to check out this new shop in the heart of beautiful Portland. Reformation is a girls best friend with high end and brilliantly curated designs/styles. Everyone I encountered was so sweet, kind and super helpful. I can’t imagine a more customer service oriented store!! (I used to work in retail as a personal shopper/merchandiser, so my expectations are pretty high!) The cherry on top of this expertly crafted sundae, was how tech forward it all is. It made my inner nerd-girl very, very happy. This definitely won’t be my last visit to Reformation Portland. They say sharing is caring, so next time I’m bringing a few friends to experience the magic with me.

Save your money. I’ve bought enough from this brand to tell you that the clothing is POOR QUALITY. Cheap material. No matter how well you take care of it. The cheap material will deteriorate. “Sustainable” :another word for cheaply made clothing with used and poor quality materials. I cannot stress enough how bad this clothes is. It’s a shame how much I’ve spent on this s**t. Embarrassed to say. But just warning you all. For those who say it’s high end… they probably have never shopped at a truly high end store… ‍♀️ Pros: fits well, looks cute Cons:cheap, one time use, fast fashion.

First experience in the store - had purchased from them online before. Was excited to into an actual store. Super helpful and friendly without being pushy. I don't know what the poor reviews were talking about - seems they have handled any issues they couldn't have been more helpful. Love the recycled content of materials, the clothes I have from Reformation are all super flattering and comfortable. I will definitely be back - can't stop thinking about a long skirt there.....and the sweaters!!!

Was greeted immediately when I walked in; when I couldn’t find the dress I wanted the store associate asked me which it was then offered me a few dresses to try on that would fit similarly to get the sizing down. Meanwhile she checked the company inventory and found a store in La Jolla that had the dress and size I wanted in stock so she emailed them for me. My experience in this store was very positive overall.

Clothes are beautiful of course but they certainly only cater to a certain body type at this storefront and it’s not anything larger than a size M. Literally the racks were only meant for petite women. Better to shop online for all your options :/

Most amazing experience with the tablet in the fitting rooms, getting you what you want to try in a blink of an eye. Very helpful staff and love the lights in the fitting rooms! Best fitting experience ever! Also a sustainable brand!

Gray was perfection. Super friendly from the start and extremely knowledgeable of sizing and anything else I needed. There was a very nice other employee that was following up as I picked things to try in as well!

I had my Reformation jeans hemmed here. The girl that helped me was very nice. I got my jeans back after about two weeks.
