My mom and I recently came here and got our nails done. We both got pedicures and I got acrylics. My mom said she had a good time there, that they treated her nicely and respectfully. Meanwhile i fell as if my technician was distracted the entire time, and he wasn’t very gently when applying the actual fake nail. He also repeatedly got me to request changes to the nail shape and length, and then informed me it cost extra, even after I had said numerous times that I only had $25. After I got the acrylic on, I got my pedicure, where that technician forgot which color I picked out multiple times. I then was taken to her my acrylics painted. She quickly spread a little bit of polish over my nails and left, I was not spoken to after that. I was left waiting their for 30+ minutes until I finally pulled aside one of the workers. He told me my nails should be good to go, but I needed to be careful with my toes (as in, don’t put your shoes on) My toe polish hasn’t chipped yet, but my fingernail polish certainly has. Parts of the polish is so thin, you can see the nail below it. There are dents in it that were there as soon as I left the salon. The acrylic is lumpy in multiple places, and the polish was poorly done, which is how I feel about their nail job.

Exceptional service and really nice professionals who want to give you a nice experience. My husband and I were visiting San Antonio and I needed a pedicure to wear sandals for your great weather. After doing some shopping at Walmart we stopped in and, the price was so great at $25.00, my hubby decided to get a pedicure too. Helen and her teammate’s touch was so gentle and they knew exactly what was needed. I loved the fact that they had good sanitation protocol and practices. The foot tub had a super sanitary plastic liner and tools were one time use. The massage chair was one of the best I’ve been on and we decided to upgrade for the full massage and pedicure experience. We ended up paying less than $86.00 and I upgraded to shellac nails. We were pleasantly surprised and will visit every time we come to town.

Im very disappointment i was iffy to go here because it was inside a walmart but i was not willing to drive around across town where i normally go. I didn’t get any nails all I got was a clean up and got my nails painted with shellac and I have no nails they’re short so I just got the basic clean up and got my nails painted next day my nails were bubbly and like if they put alot of coats . Just wanted them painted for my birthday and paid $30 when i didnt even get nails just painted . Price was ridiculous and wasn’t even a nice place . They don’t even deserve a 1 star ! Don’t go here worst ever money i spent down the drain

Customer service is okay but work quality is below average. I got a regular gel mani and even after asking him to fix it 4 times, my nails were still left looking a mess. They were extremely lumpy and uneven and my hands were covered in black polish from the soak off, which he didn’t clean. Also, the salon is super cluttered and dirty. The tools aren’t sanitized properly. This man was about to cut my cuticle with a random tool he took out of a drawer. That was my first red flag. I would avoid this place. Bare natural nails are better than trashy looking ones.

OMG I BEEN TO THIS PLACE TWICE BECAUSE I DONT KNOW ANY OTHER PLACE TO GET MY MANICURE AND PEDICURE AND MY NAILS DONE IM SITTING IN MY CAR LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE CAUSE THE MAN THEY HAVE THERE DONT DO A GOOD JOB , wish me luck in searching for a good place and good prices, here at Regal the lady’s are always arguing and of course I don’t understand them but you see their faces looks like they wanna kill each other, I don’t need the drama, and the male techs don’t know what they are doing. Help!, gotta go look for another place to get my nails done.

Amazing service as usual!! Been coming here for over 10 years now and I’m never disappointed. These are not just friends but indeed family. Awful,I was in bussines hours and the lady rejected me so this is really bad for business, so I prefer give my money and a great tip to somebody who really cares about me like a customer. I will never comeback here. Bad impression for first time. Don't waste your time when people don't want to work.

Terrible! The lady that did my pedicure made me feel terrible like it was my fault she did a bad job! She barely even cut nor shaped my toenails. Another lady had to come fix them, she already seen how upset I was. Even though she tried making them better it was still the WORST $60 ever spent!!

Very clean place. Been coming here for the past 5 years and I always get treated like the first day. Friendly and relaxing vibe. They also understand us mommy's with new babies need to look beautiful and they help me watched my baby.

I really loved this location & I'm certainly considering making this my "go-to." They are very clean, they took me in right away as a walk-in, and the staff was fantastic. Their work was great & Im glad I stumbled upon them.

I have been coming to this place for years. I was recommend by a friend to see tracy, and I'm so glad I went. She's thorough in cleaning/shaping my nails and cuticles and also efficient. Would always recommend.
