I did my nails in the nail-salon located inside Walmart at its entrance, at Marlborough location, in the last week of Sep 2021. I asked for acrylic nails ($40) which was the first one listed on their 'price listing board' at the store entrance. The lady said "I will do powder nails ($50) for you. It is very good." I said I want acrylic nails only and I was about to leave. Then the ladies started saying things in broken English (you will have to be a fortune teller to understand what they are saying). Finally, because I didn't have time to go to another location, I agreed with them for "powder nail" job which ended up as a pathetic one. I regret going there. If u have option, then choose another location for these reasons. a) the ladies have either poor English OR act like that, so that they can get away with what they want, not what you want! When you ask questions, they start talking in their language, not answer your questions! b) Poor job. Your nails will look like you did it yourself- not professional. It is uneven. c) The nails are cut with uneven length. When you try to tell them that they are uneven length, the lady will tell you, she will cut adjust the length later. But she never did that! She went ahead and finished the job. By the time you realize that it is over, it is at a stage where cutting it would make it look even more ugly! d) The artificial nail attachment that they start with as a base are selected unevenly and not fitting your nail size. When you try to tell them you need a wider one, they are not ready to change it. Instead they will continue in broken English why it won't matter at the end. Finally, when the job is done, the thin nail that is used as base will make it look very artificial and unprofessional. You will see a gap at both ends of your nails. e) Uneven surface. After they put powder on my nails, she did not file the surface smoothly on some nails. It is now looking like, I tried to put some old-expired nail polish which had already started hardening! f) Nails are not fully covered. You will see unevenness near the skin, as if a 6-year old tried to put nail polish on you! g) Finally after doing a service like the above, they ask for tip ^ ^. The total I spend including $2.5 of tax, was $55.5.

I went here to go get my nails done, with my mum; I got a manicure and she got a pedicure. My experience with the manicure wasn't great. My nails were not filed straight.. when drying them under the uv lights, my hands burned so bad that I had to remove them right away.. and I asked for designs on 2 nails (1 finger on each hand) and got very shakey, uneven designs. My mums experience wasn't much better; she said it was the most painful pedicure she ever had. She bled from every toe, from where the lady pulled out the ingrown toenails and also cut her heel with one of the tools she used. I rated this business 2 stars, because the service wasn't up to par, but we left with results that weren't embarrassing to show off. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Extremely rude staff if I could I’d give them zero stars. No professionalism at all nails are done so so and if you go back with a complaint or try to get them to fix it they charge you more or start yelling and screaming at you saying you ruined them on purpose. They messed a simple thing like shellac they didn’t even let the coats dry properly and the employee left to attend another customer in between. Extremely rude and rascist manager they talk about you in their language threatened to call the cops when I asked for them to fix it. Would never recommend in a million years the nails didn’t last a week and I was told they will last three weeks. Don’t recommend at all stay away.

This was the worst customer service experience EVER. I had an appointment for 11am and I was a little early because I had to take the handibus. I was sitting and sitting and sitting there until they finally asked what color I wanted. I said the same as last time. They gave me a basket to go through to pick the color of pink I wanted. I asked how much longer I would have to wait because my ride was coming wt 12. 1145 I finally lost it and rolled my wheelchair outside to wait for my ride. There are too many other salons in this area I don't need to be disrespected as a previous client. Will not be going back. You just said goodbye to a client and $100 every 2 weeks

I wish I could give negative stars! I don’t get my nails done ever and wanted to spoil myself this week! I was pressured into getting shellac, and after I did, my nails peeled off within a day!! Not even 24 hours after the manicure the polish started coming off from the whole nail! Despite returning to them, the only offered solution was a redo on the spot but not a refund. My nails were also damaged and chipped from her manicure. I don’t want a redo I want a refund for the time and money I wasted. I only ever get my nails done during certain times due to religion and I’m so upset! A regrettable experience overall I will never come back here.

I am only giving this a one star because there is no option to give zero. Customers beware! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I went in because I saw a sign for a $25 pedicure. When I got inside the place was very dirty and the tools looked like they hadn't been cleaned. The workers were not speaking English and they were rude to me. When it came time to pay they said that the promotion ended even though the sign was still up. They ended up charging me $42. BUT that's not the worst part. I ended up getting TWO PLANTERS WARTS under my foot and had to go to the doctor to get them removed. DO NOT GO HERE!!

If there is an option I would of given 0 stars. They do not sanitize their work stations. There is also not a visible licensing sign which is required to have in every business. The acrylic nails that they did on my friend turned out really bumpy and they did not let her pick her own colour what she wanted to do. For me my nails are slightly bumpy and one of them looks really crooked. They also did not fully fill my nails. They also was trying to upswell services saying the mine and my friends eye brows looks really bad. I would not recommend this location or any Regal Nail salons to anybody.

I went yesterday got mani and pedi...I bring in my own polish it was brand new they used their own top coat. Well there top coat caused bubbles on my nails so now I have to redue them and they are un even. While I was there it started getting busy so all the lady's were rushing so they dont loose customers...maybe they should concentrate on the customers in their chairs first or hire more girls. Also it's kinda rude u all talking to each other in ur foreign language...try talking to the clients in ur chairs. So rude

The worst place I’ve ever been to. I’ve gotten my nails done numerous times and this had to be the worst place I’ve ever gone to. They truely don’t know what they are doing if I could give them zero stars I would. Spent over 3 hours in that tiny place and they made my new set a joke and when I called them out on it they where laughing. I demanded to get them off and leave cuz honestly I’m not about to pay 50 dollars for some really wack and uneven nail job, save ur coins girls and go somewhere else trust me.

From my personal experience I would highly advise you to find another place to do your nails! When I went in I showed them a very distinct picture that I wanted done for my nails. (shaped French tips with gems) I didn't request any else for them! It was going good until she started shaping my nails. She when in with the Efile and she did it for so long on index finger that it started to burn she even when on my skin! And she shapes them very poorly. I recommend finding another place to do your nails

Horrendous service. Stay away !!!!! Horrible horrible horrible employees who talk crap about you. The nails don’t last a day and if the acrylics are crooked they blame your fingers. I saw some customer get yelled at and held hostage because she wanted to get her nails fixed and they were asking her to pay again. It was so horrible the customer wanted to leave but they wouldn’t let them and were trying to call the cops even though the girl hadn’t gotten her nails redone they wanted her to pay.

Don’t recommend the owner and employees were talking on their phone to some family members while attending customers. A weirdly aggressive environment seemed like employees and managers can’t communicate well. Their manicures are laughable they dunk your hand in a random container for 30 seconds then they file barely clip the cuticles or hangnails and then roughly paint and top coat and in the end just put a hot towel on top. I know it’s cheap but you could do a better job at home.

Never use this store!! It's overpriced and the staff insult you in their language and laugh. The tech asked me about my husband and said to the other techs that I must be lying about having a husband because I was too fat and what man would happy a fatso like me. I smiled and waited until she was done with my service. I then asked for the owner. I told the owner what she said to her co-workers and demanded they be disciplined.

I went there today to get a pedicure it was a birthday gift from my son's girlfriend we had an awesome experience...staff was very friendly and professional...I was worried after reading some of the other reviews but we were more than pleased with our experience. Therefore I would like to thank the staff at Regal Nails at Marlborough Mall for their friendliness and professionalism.

Absolutely terrible place to go took my mom to go get a pedicures First pedicure I have ever had done that was only 17 minutes long and left with bleeding toes and some missing skin. Definitely would not recommend anyone going there services terrible and rude. If I could take away the one star I would it would be a zero all the way.TIME TO CALL THE HEALTH BOARD

I had my toe nails done at another location and they were closed so I called here to ask what to do they said they'd call me back but didn't. I called again because I was leaving on vacation the next day, they could not help me I asked for a manager or owner they said no. I get this is basically the cheapest place you can go but get some customer service.

I had the worst experience here. The lady who did my acrylic set was an older lady with glasses and she did such a horrible job. My nails were uneven and extremely thick, the shellac polish was horrible and bumpy. I went to get them fixed elsewhere and the people said they have never seen nails so bad before. I would never recommend to anyone.

For the price I paid for my nails they turned out great I've had that same results for nails that cost almost twice as much. I don't suggest bringing children but I brought my son and they were supportive of the fact that I needed to take break to give him a snack/play

This is the worst nail salon ever. The employees don’t let you to choose the nail colour and they talk in their language non stop and loud also my nail extensions stayed only for 3 weeks usually stays 2 months at other salon. I will never go back to this salon

I normally use this franchise often but this location was awful. The ladies are super nice but my nails were done so poorly jagged uneven didnt even last a week before they started to lift. Did great on my eyebrows but unfortunately that's about it

Will not ever go here again they talk on there language. Up sale prices are different when you pay Sign said 40 fir a fill was charged 60 and nails broke off in 5 days and I have went to other places and my nails last over a month so 0 stars

I do not recommend this place at all. It is not sanitary, and they did more damage to my fingers. I had 8 bleeding fingers as they were cutting my nails and the skin around my nails. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Very rude staff who insult you in their own language. When they make a mistake they will not fix it for free and won’t give any refunds. My advice is to stay away if you don’t want to experience this.

Terrible service. Had an appointment for 6pm and was waiting with my feet in the water until 6:40pm. Completely rushed my pedicure and made my toes bleed.

Went into get my eye brows waxed. I left there with burns all around my eyes from the wax being so hot, they still made me pay. Stay away from this place.

Horrible pedicure done. The pedicure was finished in 15 minutes(literally) out of which the pedicurist was on phone for most of the time.
