I came in asking for a Pedicure and Manicure along with a set of acrylic nails. Not only did I not get a manicure, I ended up with GEL nails. I asked for the "long square" shape and I got nails that look like fans at the ends! As for the pedicure, I got some sort of hot stone pedicure, which yes, it was nice, but not what I asked/paid for. The lady who did my pedicure was nice, thankfully. But the lady who did my nails never once, asked me if I liked how my nails were looking, got product all of over my fingers and once she was done couldnt even take the 30 seconds to put the cutile oil ON MY CUTICLES. So, I guess I paid $89.60 for a hot stone pedicure and gel nails when I thought I was paying for a Manicure and Pedicure along with a set of acrylic nails.

Just because I chose not to refill (pay more) they were extreme rough with my nails. She drilled till I felt a severe burn on EACH FINGER. I didn't have enough to pay for refill. Very unprofessional. Felt like she going to rip off my nails. I'm never going back there. And I'm recommending that to everyone I know who gets their nails done. Now I get constant hang nails because of how brittle and thin my natural nails are. She drilled most of it away. I wouldn't of paid for that service. I left wanting to cry. Because of pain AND embarrassment.

Great group of ladies nice place ♡ Love my treatment ...but my esthetician cut me cut my toe. She was really rough, I found. But my nails are gorgeous!!! My only concern is that there was no social distancing / no masks, and didn't speak English to each other ...I know I was being talked about, I don't like that, because I don't know what's being said about me. But is the only place I go to! Beautiful nail art, beautiful colour selection for nails. Comfy chairs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not only are they super rude and racist their work is just not it, they put on ur nails crooked and are always in a rush. Went to get my nails done here and they just started talking in their own language and kept looking at me. Went with my sister(we’re different shades) and they asked me “is she ur sister? but you guys are different colours” and proceeded to talk to each other and looking at us

My girlfriend came here around the time they had just opened probably within the first year of business and she went for a wax and it was so hot it burnt her left big scab afterwards she went in to show them what they had done n told them how it may scar after it heals they totally disregarded her concerns didn't really care so after that she asked for refund and got one, but wasn't easy.

My friend and her mom have mentioned this place a few times and have always had good results from their visits, I tried it out and my visit was just like they’ve experienced. I always get a nude color. The other salons I’ve been too leave streaks but this one was flawless and they took the time with both manicure and pedicure. I will be returning more.

I am very happy with the services very professionally done my 1st time I'm going to At this place I will definitely going back as the last nail salon I went to horribly screwed up my nails ( wasn't a regal salon some where downtown ) Yes I like crazy colors lol

I was in the process of getting my nails done when 2 regular clients walked in and they stopped doing my nails. They made me wait until someone else was freed up- about 30mins tea before they finished mine.

I’ve gotten my nails done here many times and I’m very happy with the results. The place is clean and I haven’t really gotten any reason to be disappointed. I’d love to come back sometime for a fresh set :)

These ladies do a great job. Mani/pedi lasts a long time. I've never had issues with cracking or peeling and they go very close to the cuticle. They'll do whatever you want, just ask.

I got acrylic nails done by Lina. Good service and wonderful employees but the acrylic isn't as close to the cuticle and sides of my nails as I'd like and some of my nails are uneven.

Nope. Never going back. You neeed to pay first to get the service even though it’s bad service. The lady cut my skin no sorry but pull my hand back instead.

Been here a few times now and I've never had to wait. I always get fast and friendly service, and my mani/pedi lasts for weeks! Hidden gem!

Helen did a fantastic job! I got an LCN gel fill and the gel was perfectly even and the nails were painted perfectly to the cuticle!

Service was rushed, nails put on crooked, I went back to complain and they brushed it off. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Terrible service ! Took her 2 hours, and this is the results . Not impressed ! Who cuts someone like this by accident .

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now. The staff are very friendly and do the greatest job on my nails.

I always liked how they do my nails, didnt like how I made an appointment and still had to wait.

Honestly, not really an accurate job and shellac started peeling off after couple of days.

This is such a nice place to come to very friendly and they do a awesome job
