I'm going to keep it short and simple. The agency has the most unprofessional and RACIST staff. I was purchasing a new car and was trying to get assistance with combining 2 car onto my policy and the lady(refused to give her name) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Old school Italians people that work there that still think all people of color are uneducated and unsuccessful

Do not conduct any business with this company. You'll do better going with the regular big name insurance companies. They play games and just take money like most insurance companies do. On top of that everybody there think they're part of the mob or Wu Tang like most Staten Islanders do. Take your precious business elsewhere for sound piece of mind. You've been warned!!
