During my 6 years of study here as a youngster I only recalled teachers that were reeked with bias and favouritism among students in their class, while others were aimlessly strict. Bullying and harassment between students weren’t uncommon here and can in fact be vile in the blind spots of staff. When I was in year six Ms M.Ibrahim was my teacher and needless to say the classroom learning environment was disgusting. Unless you were one of the loud and obnoxious students of the class who essentially got along with the teacher by chattering your way throughout the day, you’d be treated with less leniency and more glazed stares for absolutely no or strange reasons. Because apparently me laughing or even smiling hard would lead her to remove me from the class and stand outside or she would threaten to call my parents out loud, and wilfully mention their full name as well. Asking for clarification with work was like asking her to move mountains. So honestly year six led me into a downward spiral of distraught with my learning and motivation until I high school in which teachers were definitely a lot less favourite-oriented and happily helped with enquiries. To summarise my senior primary school years here were essentially a waste of time and effort.

(Class of 2019 here) My favourite year was 2016 here in Year 3 because of Ms Bardouh, who could be a little rough, had my class for the second semester, and she always started our mornings with visiting the TimeAndDate website and selecting a student to pick a country to view its data, with frequent reviews of the Australian states/territories, capital cities, landmarks, continents, all the primary Geography stuff. Hence why I was able to memorise a lot the Geo info that was made fun too. Also had her again in Year 6 for weekly Geo lessons. Not sure if she’s still here though but thanks for the content!

You're going to have a blast at this school! Really nice and caring teachers and amazing students make this a great school. However - some facilities are outdated (but still clean), and some teachers aren't the best. If you behave well - expect a fun year! The school is adding new activities regularly.

Whilst I do not know the school well, if the teachers here are anything close to motivated to this one particular teacher that I know that works there, I would have confidence in bringing my child, Hermit, to this school.

If you have any issues, teachers will try to gaslight you instead of resolving the issue. How would they be able to call out bullying if some of them are themselves?
