VERY RUDE STAFF AT THE COUNTER !Today in the afternoon around 2 PM me and my friend went for the shopping in the store but had the most pathetic customer experience. The black hair lady on the billing counter was very rude to us . We were standing in the queue waiting for our turn. I told my friend that she could go to the black hair lady for the billing as the counter was free. To that the lady on the counter told us in SUPER RUDE TONE that the customer before us went to grab some clothes and that she was still billing for them. I would never go to that store again .

Recently attended Limeridge Reitmans. There was a discrepancy between what floor salesperson told me, the sign attached to rod where the garment was hanging and the price at the register. The clerk at the register agreed to honour the lower price, no arguments. It’s good to see a company who empowers their employees to make immediate decisions. Good on Reitmans.

I just had the BEST shopping experience ever!! Had a personal style consult/shop-a-thon with Elizabeth and had a fantastic time! She listened to me, gave me great advice, and was super knowledgeable about everything Reitmans has to offer. Thank you again Elizabeth for a fun afternoon!

Love their pull on stretch pants have quit a few pair in different styles...ankle length,capris and straight leg. They was up beautiful and are very comfortable to wear all day at work.
