It’s been years since I last bought on Reitman’s as it used to be one of my favourite shops. Today I passed by in this location as an item in their sale caught my attention. When i was paying, I just want to clarify the price, and the Cashier was super rude and just told me to look at the receipt. Not even a busy location, no wonder why. Will never shop at this store again and don’t waste your time buying here , there are too many better shops with good customer service to choose on.

Yesterday was my first time in this spacious, well laid out Reitmans store, but definitely not my last.  I was well treated by both store manager Katarina and assistant store manager Diana.  Not only do these two professionals know their product lines, but they exemplify quality customer service. Kudos ladies for this very positive experience.

I went to store today wearing my face shield and asked to try onaon dress. The employee public shamed me because I wasn't wearing a mask. I politely explained that I have asthma. She argue that asthma is not a disability. I won't be returning there.

Dianne is a phenomenal associate. The few times I have come to visit this location, she has been nothing short of incredible. She makes me feel comfortable and is so accommodating, patient and kind!
