Awesome. Saundra was amazing. She talked to me about how floating had improved her life and was so invested in my experience being positive. She was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and generally awesome. The space is beautiful and so so clean and sanitary. I was nervous to try it but Saundra made it so easy and comfortable. The float was amazing. First time so it took me a while to settle down but it was magical once I did. Also she prices affordably to try to give more people access to mental health tools which is so lovely and generous. I can’t WAIT to go back!

This was my second float- the first here at Relax and Restore, which FAR exceeded my past experience. The Spa is classy, and cleaner than a hospital. I like it being in the downstairs of a beautiful home, where it feels totally private and safe. Female Owner gives excellent explanation of the process and takes care of all your needs. I can’t wait to go back!

I really enjoyed my float session. The owner is so nice and informative. The atmosphere is also soooo relaxing and clean. It truly helped with stiffness in my body. Definitely will be back! Thanks Saundra.

I had a great floating experience here. It was very calming and relaxing I was able to nap shortly. The ambiance was great. 10/10. Would return to float again.
