I took my car here because I could hear a rattling sound and he said bring me your car even though they were supposed to be closed, just in case there was something serious wrong. It turned out to be something small and he fixed it on the spot and didnt ask for anything. I offered and he declined. Made my month knowing there are still good people like him in oz. Will be taking my car to him for services and any other things in the future :)

The guys at Reliable are fantastic. We've been taking our cars to them for many years. Apart from the routine servicing and repairs they have gone way beyond what you would normally expect from your car service center. Their work is A1 and at a reasonably cost. I like that I get to talk to the actual mechanic that is working on my car not just the service receptionist at a dealership. Very highly recommended.

Terrific service. Had to get a rear window mechanism repaired on my Mondeo. They slotted me in at extremely short notice and got the part ordered and job done within 24 hours. Everyone in the business seemed focused on getting things done and looking after their customer. I will use them again and based on my experience I'd recommend them to others particularly if it is a service/repair for a Ford.

Told peter over the phone the code coming up. Told me problem over phone and when I took it in, he fixed it in an hr. I'd previously been to 3 mechanics. Two had no idea, whilst the third told me it was a big job to replace the timing chain when all that was needed was a sensor. Will be going back from now on for all my car needs. Highly recommended
