I went to buy an laptop at prahalad nagar, Ahmedabad store they made all loan process and at the end they shared that sorry due to log out from machine they have to make process again for laptop exchange and at 2nd time their system refuses to do the thing, now my 17000 rupees exchange bonus is stuck I waited for more than 3 hours to do the process and at then the they asked me to come on next day, next day their SM talked very rudely with me by calling me on their personal cabin! That's not expected at all now my laptop is stuck loan process is completed so how should I proceed further? Being specific this all process and rude behavior was also done by their sales person Kamlesh kumawat, now they asked me to again come on Tuesday which is very long and lengthy process and that's fine but talking rude like this is not at all expected. I want to fine a case against this store and SM.

Bought a washing machine. Gave all the guarantees that it will be installed the next day. 3 weeks later I am still waiting. Went to the shop on Sunday. Promised an engineer will come in 24 hours. No one till Tuesday afternoon. Call the store to chase. They promised they an engineer will arrive between 6pm and 7pm. No One turned up. Called again to chase. Not someone will come on Wednesday but that would be for demo only. Now they mention that I have to do my own plumbing connection. They will come for a demo. As if I don' know how to use a washing machine The service is totally useless and lies and customer service are zero. Lots of promise nothing delivered. False promises and no work done. Completely disappointed.

I am giving ZERO Star Rating to Reliance and Godrej. Very poor Service. Reliance Digital Store at Prahladnagar has been sale faulty products and give wrong commitment. the service of the Reliance Digital is very poor. I buy refrigerator from there on 20th Jun- 20 the products name is Godrej Double door refrigerator. since first day I face problem in my refrigerator. So many complain I was register via Call, Email, and ResQ app. but till I didn't get any solution from there. their technicians haven't any knowledge about product and their behaviour are very rood. Got this laptop from reliance. I loved their service and rate. Compare to all stores croma, vijay sales, sales india. They given me more 5% off on car payment. It was really good. But the thing which I doesnt like was the insurance and 2nd year additional warranty. They dont know which company insurance they are selling and they are selling service of Reliance and not of the respected laptop company. And if you want to take only insurance they will say no. Felt cheated at that point. Something like this not expected from Relaince.

This store is newly open in satellite area and as all the reliance shops have discounts this open also has good amount of discounts and the staff is also responsive and co-operative, biggest problem here is that they don't have" Wifi to activate your laptop they need to use Hotspot" that not good for a reliance store, they have wide range of products but not in all products like they don't have range in apple products, they have good range in Tv mostly have all the companies and all the range for LCD to Oled to Nano cell Displays

Poor customer support, sales executives provide misleading information and the higher authority cannot do anything about that. Need improvement in delivery services. They only focus on new customers even 1 or 2 days old customers don't matter to them. Once you purchase anything from them and if you have any query regarding the product well you will need LUCK to get the answers and support from them. I highly recommend to think and cross check everything with them before initiating any purchase from them.

We have purchased Oppo mobile. Good experience overall. But special thanks to Oppo promoter Darshan Vaghela. He has helped us in lot 9f way as a good human being. Like transfer data, opening new various account, old phone was hacked so helped lot. Thanks again. Such employee are back born on sales. Also purchase Jio Prepaid new number. I hope I can provide a zero-star review for this store. During my visit to gather information for our college project, the manager informed us that he was unable to assist us due to his lack of education [अनपढ़]. This type of treatment is unacceptable, and I believe it is indicative of how all customers are treated at this store. Therefore, I strongly advise against purchasing products from this Store.

Please do not shop in this store. They are selling used products. I bought an steam iron & the steam is not working next day when I go to the store and inform about it the rude manager replied no one is here come back later when I asked about their contact no. Worst after sales service. Never by any product from Reliance. Purchased AC in march 21 and out of service after 1.5 years. Technician came after 3 days and demanded Rs.500 after visiting and said we are not carrying parts and even gas was also not with them. Other team will come do needful. What a service???

I bought a tv. Deliery and installation of product not within 48 hours after purchasing. Store Manager told lies after so many follow ups and technician told lies if ask for installation on time. Store manager and technician are cheater. Don't buy product from this store as customer service is very pathetic.

Currently, it's under renovation. The store was without its name and I think it is because of the renovation work. Rest, collection of appliances was great and range of budget mobile phone was very less. Overall good outlet.
