What a horrible experience I had with this store. Read the whole story before your visit here. I had to buy an MW oven, and so I visited there. Their salesperson showed us an oven and we like the product... Now the drama story starts from here- There is a bowl set comes free with that oven and the salesperson told, its out of stock so they will delivernit asap stock comes like around a week. While billing it, the person told that it will be delivered within a month... About the oven delivery, they told, it will be deliver next day(Monday), and then I didn't go office to get it delivered properly. Next day, I started following up the delivery person from 12 PM, and he said, he will come before 5, then 6 and then he told, it will be delivered tomorrow(Tuesday). And I had to miss my office that day, I called the store, and he told that, they wil have it in store because I was not at home after 7. And I said Okay. Next day(Tuesday), I went myself to pick the oven and that day, their representative comes after that to unpack that. And the product delivered was faulty. The door lock was loose and it was making tick tick sound everytime you press any button. We told the representative that it's loose and he told, he will inform the store and the technician will come to check that. Once again we had to follow the techNical next day and he come in the evening and asked us to check with the actual product in the store shown and he will request for replacement. We again had to visit store (Wednesday) to check the oven, and there it was completely fine... So the store spokesperson told that they will replace it and it will be delivered by max Friday, and we agreed with that.. On thursday, we started following up, what is up with the replacement, and the store person told me that, they are waiting for some approvals and it will not be replaced on Friday, but on Saturday... Now if you have read all the story, you can decide yourself... It's a BIG NO from my side to visit this store...

@RelianceDigital Very Disappointed!!! We had brought the AOSmith water purifier and even after raising multiple complaints and escalating it to their support teams, we are still awaiting them to connect with us and provide the service. Worst experience with the service , would never going to come back , really feel Croma is much better with their service compared to you guys. Within extended warranty if this is the case with you, god knows how these guys respond once the product is out of warranty. You guys need to value the time and money of the customers. For issue with water which should be taken on priority these people wont respond properly even after 20 days of raising complaint. Just transferring to different teams does not work, you need to see if the work is done.

As Neeladri nagar is becoming popular this is a great addition to it. Has wide variety of electronics to choose from. All the items may not be in stock but once finalized the product can be swift ship from the wear house. They frequently run the offers on credit card etc. supportive staffs. Two wheeler parking in the side of the building.
