Worst service! These monsters will force you to buy RESQ services with the electronic products you buy. Then when the problem arise, they tell you to visit the service center, instead of asking them to pick up product from your place, to have faster service. Then the service center guys will refuse taking your product because they want to have a complain registered first on the customer support line. Then, the customer support line would refuse to register the complaint saying you have to visit the service center. Then after confronting the service center guys they throw back saying you gotta visit the place you bought your product from. "We cant help it & Sorry for the inconvenience". Pathetic people, pathetic service! Would tell you buy it from a story near by instead of buying products from these monsters!

Visited Reliance Digital on 25 September 2021 at Orion mall to buy IFB front load washing machine , the venue is very spacious, n staff help you out to show the products n explain it in brief n suggest to select according to your needs. Quite impressive outlet, had never seen such a big show room with every electronic items on display , its a must visit place to buy any electronic goods little discount n also cash back is available on icici bank credit card purchase, prompt n quick delivery, n free installation with demo all done without delay. Happy to be the Reliance digital customer .

I bought a product for a friend 1 day back from reliance digital from a different outlet.. when I wanted to return it because my friend she bought the same thing from Croma, so I wanted to return the product, the product was fully packet not even the box was open when I went to return it in the orion mall outlet they refused to take it and asked me to return it in the outlet from where I purchased it from. How does it make sense as I bought it from reliance digital only, there shouldn’t be an issue as it falls under the same umbrella... ridiculous return policy.

One of the worst place.. do not shop for any home appliances, electronic gadgets.. very rude attitude & indecent staff.. they cheat a lot in name of the extended warranty bonus points & discounts.. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL STOREFROM ORION MALL/ OR ANY OTHER RELIANCE STORES..

Worst experience why doesn't reliance digital employees stop misguiding customers to fulfil their targets and force sell sku warranty extra for no reason. best to be avoided for worst offers better to shop in tata Croma.

They have absolutely no clue on what they are selling. I still bought the product as I have immediate requirement. Stock levels are bad in their showroom
