Their website has published contact numbers and an email ID. All the contact details are WRONG including the email ID. The contact details @ JustDial are also WRONG. I tried calling the Somajiguda store and no one answers the phone ever. The only store that answered the phone and responded properly was the one at Himayat Nagar. It is a SHAME that a brand like Reliance has such low operational standards.

Good store available premium brands of shoes ,Chappal for men ,women and children. Lit of foot accessories are also available here. The rates are reasonable and the staff are responding very quickly to the customers. The rates are reasonable and the quality is very good .you can also get premium brand luggage items here.

Great service, they make sure every customer group gets one attend and they are very helpful, they don't show any sign of discomfort or anger while helping us. Doesn't have many collections though, footwear is limited, but still above average place to get a quality footwear

Good collection of footware. However, with good customer service. I made shopping there for at least 5 times in 2015 (I was staying in that area in 2015) with family and friends, and everytime I find some new stocks.

Very less brands and designs available. Popular brand Puma, i could found only one design sandal. Needs to improve a lot

The timings say 10PM. But the place was closed by 9PM, even when the customers were inside. Strange.
