We had a really good experience with Gurmit and Rahul whilst finding tenants for our house. Rahul went above and beyond to find us a great family our rental home in record time (2 Days from listing to leased). His infectious energy and tenacity to follow the process is second to none. The other key trait which we really appreciated was his eagerness to do an equally fair deal for the tenants - by ensuring that we are proactively making sure to do all that's required before handing over the house. With his open communication and responsible approach, we feel that we have found a safe haven for our home. We definitely recommend Reliance to both tenants and landlords.

Rahul Mandhan was a professional agent. Ever since he had moved from rental the replacement Bansari Raval, and Nicola was not upto the standard . No proper communication. No offical inspection was completed or report provided, lot of excuses was given COViD rules etc, now the rules are over. Not even the end of the tenacy inspection and exit report was provided over 20 days passed No property inspection prior to the new move in i have demanded to provide the receipt of professional cleaning completion never respond to any emails, Yet the fees and charges taken on timely manner. Never recommend them as there are many other great agents around.

Our current property manager Rahul Mandhan is very efficient, hard working & has great communication. Rahul went above and beyond to find us a great family our rental home in record time. We had issues during Covid times and despite of the restrictions he was maintaining regular contact with Tenants to make sure our loss of Rent can be minimised. Rahul makes all efforts to attend calls and is very efficient with Time management skills. He has good knowledge of the Rule and Regulations. In a nutshell he is an Agent that CARES!!

Swati Rana is vary dodgy Egent she told me if i give this it’s mine I accepted she was calling every 5 minutes to sign the contract and she wasted 3 days of my time made me sign in the night I prepared everything even found the school in nearby the property after 3 days when I asked her to send the signed contract she said the owner want to sell it to his cosine by the law she shouldn’t tell the offer to other customers she did Should of get $1000 by the she didn’t She is not reliable at all
