This is the worst, most unprofessional real estate agency that we ever see. We bought a new house recently via this agency and our agent is Amy Nair, who was very good in “just talking” only. You may feel that she is such a supportive agent and every time she agreed us that she convey all our suggestions and concerns properly to the seller. But it never happened. I still don’t understand why a message from a buyer cannot be conveyed to the seller? Are they really busy or don’t mind. Hence, at the time of settlement there were so many confusions and frustrations. The biggest mistake we done were that we confirmed the convincer suggested by her and later we realised that, they both backing up each of them. Buying a house is everyone’s dream and as a first home buyers, this was the worst experience for us. Earlier, we were told that they would send us link for feedback so we waited 1 week for that because we really wanted to write a review. It never happened. Hence, we have sent a detailed email to real estate Tarneit’s email id and headquarters email id after 1 week. We have not received a reply email till this moment, it’s been 2 weeks now. This is the first experience for us and it was really unprofessional to see how an agency deal with the complaints and feedbacks. They only value customer till we signed the contract. If we could give a zero star, definitely we give. We never recommend them to anyone in future. As a buyer we won’t get a choice to choose our real-estate agent but be careful on their promise and never choose the conveyancer they mentioned. This real estate agency never value the buyer but they forget that today’s buyer will be tomorrow’s seller.

Ajay: A gentleman and a friend From the time I met Ajay he has been nothing but helpful, kind and authentic. Once my mother and I had selected the property we were interested in purchasing, Ajay walked us through the entire process explaining how things worked at each step of the way. He helped negotiate a fair price between myself and the seller whilst also assisting us, by connecting us to his network of conveyancers which in turn helped my mother and I to save money. Ajay is not a the stereotypical real-estate agent working on commission. He is a 'professional' in the true sense of the word, that takes the time to carefully identify the needs of his clients, aligning the interests of both the seller and buyer, to give each an outcome they feel happy with. After completing the deal, the taste that lingers is sweet. I have continued to stay in touch with Ajay, as this is someone you need, and want, to always have in your corner. Harry: A great help! I primarily had dealt with Ajay at Reliance, Harry's partner. I spent more face time with Ajay and Harry was dealing more with the sellers of the property. Harry was a great help in forming a clear channel of communication between myself and the sellers of the property. When questions arose about the property, I would speak my first point of contact Ajay. Harry would then speak to the sellers on my behalf collecting the information I required. Throughout the deal, Ajay and Harry worked excellently together providing my with timely, accurate and detailed responses in regards to the queries I needed assistance with.

From our first meeting with Abhi & Kamlesh, we knew they were the best people to sell our home. Their professionalism, personable characters and market knowledge, in particular with the Season's Estate where our home was situated, was unparalleled. Communication throughout the sale process was fantastic. Abhi & Kamlesh would come to our home for a sit down meeting the following week after each open inspection, where they would update us as to the level of interest shown by each and every group that inspected our home. We received two signed offers soon after our home was listed, albeit at the lower end of our price range. Abhi & Kamlesh persisted with open inspections and their continued hard work paid off for us, when we received a much higher signed conditional offer. Under advice from Abhi & Kamlesh, we continued with the open inspections, which presented us with another interested buyer whom ended up purchasing our home unconditionally. Abhi & Kamlesh demonstrated their professionalism and true worth throughout this final stage of the sale of our home. Even with the market turning and another comparable property in the area selling for much less than advertised, Abhi & Kamlesh were still able to achieve a fantastic sale price for our home. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Abhi & Kamlesh to any other prospective vendors.

Do not let RELIANCE manage your property!!! — Reliance - Werribee, Point Cook, Tarniet Reliance have mismanaged our property for the last three years. We have had to follow them up throughout the whole tenancy agreement about, late rent, damaged property and allowing numerous people live in my property however only have two people on the lease. It seemed it was either their little business or had friends in the property allowing them to make a fortune on sub leasing my property. After each inspection there was damage to my property, this was never followed up by the property manager to fix the damage but told us it was best we fixed it and then take it to VCAT to get your money back!!! But were happy to take weekly management fees to manage NOTHING!!! If you want your property managed properly, I would highly recommend you DON'T use RELIANCE as your property will come back to you trashed and then you will need to go to VCAT and pay additional fees to try and get the bond back to pay for some of the damaged caused at your first rental inspection as they never follow the tenants up for progress work!!! You're truly wasting your money if you want them to manage your property properly. DISAPPOINTED!!!

When i ask him about this he said you didn’t put any special condition in contract about the building size of property and I didn’t get my deposit back. FIRST HOME BUYERS please check thoroughly all the paperwork of property otherwise you gonna end up tooin losing your deposit and don’t trust anyone unless you see the paperwork.

Davinder gill is- Worst real estate agent we talked so far. We visited the property at at Tesla Road today morning. He talked in a very rude way and doesn't have any customer service skills. Having these type of people in your company will diminish your reputation. Even the house was good but we never want to talk to him again. You should provide some training for him on how to deal and talk with customers.

If you care about your property, please do not lease with Reliance Tarneit. As a landlord wanting to ensure my tenants safety, issues do not seem to phase Reliance who take months to fix - and for no good reason, leaving all parties vulnerable. The cherry on top being months after I decided to move management, I found out the correct safety checks (that I paid for) were never completed. Wonderful!

One of the worst private inspections ever. Couldn't get through the agent for over 3 days. Had to connect through the office to receive a call back. Mentions a time for inspection. Arrives 30 mins later. Wasn't available for any questions or walkthroughs. Disappointing. No complaints about the business but the agent who represented them today was unprofessional at best.
