rooms were good and spacious. Breakfast had variety. Staff was polite. The only thing which was a put off was the bathroom. No jet spray was there near toilet and when informed front desk in eve during check in we were told that only 2nd n 3rd floor rooms had that and that we should have informed them prior about the same then they could have changed the room. We had no clue that we had to inform hotel about the jet spray and that it was not the hotel responsibility to inform guest about the same. We were given bucket to use for the toilet. Anyways overall it was a good hotel but did not have that great experience with the room. Housekeeping was very polite and good.

Full Strategic serving so the guest can have less food and they gave small plates for dinner and welcome drink (it was the pack of real fruit served in glass we were not there to have packet drink which i can have from store near my home ) was not served we have to go and take it, no starter was served. Was very bad experience like Naam bade darshan chote. No seating were available to seat have stand n have dinner with crocry plate n bowl was kept hidden we have to ask the waiter to give us.

I visited property with my family last week to attend a wedding,and this place have all attraction point which I was looking for.what a serenic view and hospitality. Amazing... A place which suited for every occasion either for any family function, reunion party or any official meets it have everything you need to add more colour in reality.

This is all in one choice for vacation. If you are looking for eat and stay, party and stay I would recommend this. My stay for long weekends.

Firstly, being located beside the powai lake it's ambience is serene. Security checks are done on entering the premises. Services rendered were excellent and the staffs were polite mannered. It's always been amazing experience at Lakeside. The rooms are quite spacious, the food is good. The only thing I can think of as a suggestion is you should have more people at the reception counter as it creates a long queue during checkin checkout or even any other assistance. That would save a lot of time for everyone and improve guest experience. Otherwise all fantastic!
