UPDATE NO 2; Thank you for your reply. I do see your point you were trying to make about the 'good customer service' I received at the beginning of our rental, however, what you have failed to address is the fact that you didn't follow through with the promises and agreements made at the beginning. Jason/Justin, I'm sorry I cant remember his name, but it was he who asked me to leave the positive review the day the booking was made. So I left a good review based on the huge upsell he did of the expected service I was to receive - BIG mistake. However, this is were I learnt not to do that again. The service received did not match the sale, hence, I was lied to constantly and I dont care for the long winded and whiney excuses. Maybe dont let Jason/Justin near a computer :) UPDATE: I have a 12 month fixed rate contract with them they just broke after 8 months. They have increased the price unfairly in contractual time. I often arrived at the unit and the doors were left open and all units were exposed, another time the door just kept going up and down the whole time I was there and no-one came to look at it, had to go and tell them. So much for secure lock up. No lights working above the units with constant requests for it to get a new bulb. Not a big request but took seven months to get a bulb? Very costly compared to other storage facilities. Just found Super Easy Storage, a quarter of the price and they come and pick the storage up! Seriously, $199 a month compared to Rent-a-Space at $819 a month, and you'll get professionalism too.

Through the stress of moving house and organising different things in order to get things done we were so fortunate to have found rent a space Bexley online. The reviews were all positive and I can say first hand how relieved I am to have found them! Once we headed in to have a look for ourselves instantly we knew this was the perfect one for us! Highly recommend rent a space. Great property in terms of cleanliness and functionality. Competitive rates and secure and safe. But the best part is the staff, I’ve been looked after by Jason who has been the biggest bloody legend. Can’t say enough about him. So professional, accomodating and extremely helpful. He’s a great problem solver and has gone above and beyond for us countless times. Rent a space are very lucky to have him onsite - what a legend! From my meltdowns, tears and frantic phone calls Jason has been a saving grace as I handle logistics for my business. Give these guys a call, I wouldn’t ever choose somewhere else. The assistance I got from Rent a Space self storage from the beginning in finding the right size unit and then to down sizing was amazing. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Even when I terminated my rental and had a slight hiccup in regards to the recording of the notice I had given, I contacted the help desk and spoke to Marina who listened to me, investigated the situation and resolved the issue, she was so helpful and amazing even ringing me back when promised, to advise how the problem had be resolved - thank you! her customer service was absolutely fantastic.

The Self Storage in Bexley is very good especially Jason Funnell which was working there we met and to us he is not just a worker but he is dedicated worker and we thought he owns the place where he service was fantastic. He has got follow up when my wife gave a call asking for quotation and he rang back even the following 2 days later and follow up. If wasn't for his prompt service we would have used Storage Plus in Kingsgrove which was more convenience for us. Keep up the good work Jason thumbs up and we definite recommend other friends who in need of storage in the future.

Stored household goods for 2 months. Definitely recommend the free truck and driver move-in service which saved high removal costs. Storage prices similar to others, and was a better deal than others with the free truck service. Easy access in hours that suited me. The staff, particularly manager Chris, and the truck driver, were friendly and helpful - nothing was too hard, and it made every query and need easy to work out. Highly recommended storage depot.

Such amazing customer service from Chris. On what was otherwise a nightmare of a day moving our 3 bedroom house, Chris made storing our items a breeze. With a simple and easy sign up process, combined with easy instructions on how to store and access our possessions, he took all the stress out of moving our stuff into storage. We were offered the option of a free truck and driver to help with the move. The driver was punctual and extremely helpful with tips on how to get the move done even though Covid prevented him from actually loading the items. Jason at the facility was also extremely helpful in assisting us to get a second unit in close proximity to our current unit to enable us to 'downsize' and declutter some of our 'stuff'.

Moving house is always stressful however the team at Bexley (Jason)helped out to lower the stress of storage. Jason was very helpful to not only give us a great deal but even better advice. His experience really shines when trying to find extra space or how to move things around. With this level of service we price will always been 2nd. Chris at Bexley is first class. He treats me perfectly. Everything is brilliantly from staff, pricing, location, security, cleanliness, promptness of replying to communication & dealing with my removalists. EVERYTHING IS CAMERA - SECURITY (they are in the office & can see everything) EVERYTHING IS AUTOMATED - doors, emails, SMS etc. Think of that & join - that’s a big plus

Jason at Rent-A-Space Bexley has been very professional and helpful with our booking of the storage unit. The facility is clean and tidy throughout. Light throughout. Goods lift is handy to entrance with easy access the various moving trolleys. Security access & camera's at entrances making the premises secure. Definitely recommend.

The moving truck arrived early after the driver checked that it was ok. The driver was helpful, efficient and explained how to use all equipment. He checked that the load was safely secured after we were finished. Got us to the facility and again was helpful. Fabulous service from an excellent driver. It all went smoothly.

Just started renting, very friendly staff, they offered the free truck service to move from Eastgardens to Bexley, their price in comparison was a no brainer (approx $90 saving compared to other s/storage co.), And I can't believe I have to 9pm to utilise (other co. was 5.30pm).

Really professional team, both on the phone (rapid call backs) and in person. Good clean facility, plenty of large trolleys, and a goods lift. AND a free truck & driver so you can bring your things in one trip (not multiple car loads - which would have taken me all day).

From the beginning all dealings with various staff have been nothing short of most pleasant. The facility is very adequate and convenient. Sometimes, some customers are a bit selfish and lazy causing inconvenience to others but you can’t hold the staff responsible.

The entire move was seamless, and they were helpful and supportive, from the initial quote from head office, to the free truck and driver, to the eventual move in. Chris and Eric from the Bexley facility both made the move even easier. Highly recommend this place.

We've had storage at Bexley for several years and have changed our unit to meet our needs (size-wise) over the years. Other than problems with moisture several years ago which led to some loss of items due to mould etc we have not really had any issues.
