Staff been great help, polite, and always eager to assist me when needed, offered a van to move my things, that was a great plus. The service was very flexible in terms of changing the storage unit as needed, they did not delay to provide me with information as needed when i asked aboit possible diffirent location. Also, the ability to access my things in a long varied hours for over 16 hours every day is an indispensable featur. Best storage facility with exceptional customer service in Sydney. Me and husband came across with rent a space when we were making our apartment ready for sale. I did bit of research and talked to different companies for storage as we wanted the space for 3-4 months depending upon the sale time. We got the best deal in the market from them . They also provided a moving truck which made the things very convenient for us. The store manager Farhaz is the most charming, energetic and friendly person who made our life convenient during that shifting period. I would definitely recommend their services.

Walked in the front doors for the first time ever and within seconds I felt like I’ve knew KARAG for years lol, customer service was awesome felt comfortable straight away. I moved to interstate and stored my things for a few months before I settled in a new place. I was provided with a good price in comparison to other storage facility, was given a free transfer truck with a driver .The experience got better with Mr Farag's help when we were storing things. Highly recommend Rent a Space in Girraween! When we arrived we were greeted by Farag who was very accomodating and ensured we had the correct space for our needs. The whole process was not a bother to him at all. He was even happy to have a yarn and tell us some Sydney history! Rent a space is definitely lucky to have such a great location manager. Farag is a wonderful guy here. Booked a bigger safe and paid the deposit. The guy spoke to me and told me that the smaller would suit my needs. He took me to have a look. I choose the smaller one. He charged the smaller one. It suits my needs. At the end, saved around $100 bucks. Even after bringing your stuff, If you wish to upgrade or downgrade, you can do it any time☺️

I was going through a traumatic experience in my life and needed to rush everything to storage. This is a great storage facility with a Range of sizes to suit all your needs, From a full Home storage to Nick-nacks and smaller item's. They offer a free removalist service as part of your deal which is generally an hour. Although I wish they offered it as 2 hours.
