Exceptional service, professional staff. I required my contract to be altered and transferred to another site. Nicole and her team were very knowlegeable regarding the unit size required and took the time to show me several options. I completed and signed the contract on site. The following day I discovered that there was availability at a facility closer to where I was moving and I asked the Padstow staff if I could transfer the contract to this new location. They advised that they dont usually do this however because the move was scheduled for a prospective date, they advised that they would accomodate it. The service I experienced from all the staff at Padstow was exceptional. They were professional yet friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this storage facility. Best people, best service.

I can’t thank Nicole the store manager enough for her assistance. She is so charismatic, engaging and very welcoming. Nothing was too much. I asked 1001 silly questions as I am new to self storage and was so unsure if I was making the right decision. She answered them all with a smile and a pep in her step. Made me feel so at ease. Best decision to go with Rent a Space Padstow and Nicole. She is a customer service super star. You need to use her to be the example on customer service should be. On the day I attended site she was training and I am excited to see her train the new staff and them have the same drive for customer service and satisfaction as she does.

Easy to organise, and very friendly helpful staff. Moving in van and driver available, but we opted for the free trailer usage option as we didn’t have that much to move. Online booking allows you to select specific size from several variations for the size category opted for, making it easy to visualise what will fit in your unit, or to choose a size that will fit your largest piece for example. Access from 6am to 9pm every day, with individually alarmed units. No regrets choosing Rent A Space, and would certainly use again.

I came in this week to have a look at storage options, and was really impressed with the range of storage options, the level of security and the friendly professionalism of the young man running the place, Josh. He was happy to take me on a tour of the site, and show me several options of storage space sizes, and was able to answer all my queries without hesitation. He also explained all of the terms and conditions in a clear & simple manner, and made me feel that my possessions will be in safe hands for the coming months.

Untrustworthy and very very rude felt discriminated against, they sold my storage space when my account was on hold which they didn't tell me or notify me of the sale until after I settled the account these people have no respect and when you try and talk to them they treat you like a criminal, they are willing to take your money but not tell u information about the account very very very rude and poor customer service, I have lodged a fair trading complaint and will also get My lawyer on to this.

I had the pleasure of being served by Bree and Bec. They were extremely helpful and professional and friendly right from the moment I stepped through the door and from exiting. The service, storage space and details provided was excellent. I was able to understand the process, rules and regulations of hiring a storage unit. There were discounts and i was provided free locks for my storage. Would highly recommend! Thanks once again Bree and Bec. Looking forward to seeing you both again!
