Having done extensive research on which car rental company to contact during our vacation, we found "Valdim1" which seemed to be the best choice. We were worried as we read in the other rental companies many negative comments about extra fees and unjustified charges. The people who we communicated with at "Valdim1" were really helpful and immediately responded even if it was Christmas day. They were very kind and picked us up from the airport metro station and took us to the parking. Throughout our trip, they answered any questions we may have had about the car instantaneously. Also, they had paid all the toll fees they have in Bulgaria so we were able to make our trip to Plovdiv carefree. The insurance charge at "Valdim1" was much lower compared to their competitors. Another big plus is that you can pay the deposit with cash and receive it back once you bring back the car. (We recommend that whichever company you end up with, read the terms and conditions carefully and pay full insurance coverage for as long as you own the car so you don't have any problems at the end) The only negative trait, that we can think of, was that the daily charge given to us over the phone was higher than the one on their website, but still a very descent price.

Precisei de um carro em cima da hora e em um feriado. Prontamente, ao ligar e falar com o dono da empresa, arrumou- me um carro para levantar nos arredores do aeroporto em uma hora (serviço de transfer até o sítio incluído). Paguei com all insurance e ao entregar o carro, o depósito foi retornado em poucos dias. Tudo correu bem e o serviço foi correcto! Recomendo!! --- I needed a car at the last minute and on a holiday. Promptly, when I called and spoke with the owner of the company, he arranged for me a car to pick me up around the airport in an hour (transfer service to the site included). I paid with all insurance and when I delivered the car, the deposit was returned in a few days. Everything went well and the service was correct! I recommend!!

Worked out as hoped ! Communication with the company was very prompt and clear… the car was excellent quality and price seemed fair. We drove to Borovets and back no problems. I was a little apprehensive at first because they don’t have a stand at the airport and therefore had to meet the man from the firm in arrivals and be driven to the off site carpark where the contract and payment was made and keys handed over. The rep explained this is because the airport quadrupled the price of having a stand in the airport. Anyway; I am now writing the review because my deposit was returned to the credit card today; only a few days after returning it. I would totally use them again.

First, they attracted us with a low daily rate . When we went out to pick up the car, their guy told us that the online price is not right and almost doubled the rate. Also on their website states that traveling to Greece is an one time fee of 25€ , and they charged us 50€. When we got the car , it was dirty inside and out and with only one quarter of fuel tank. Same night transmission died, and I need to go at night thru the rain to pick up a different car from them. Also, there is a lot of arrogant attitude from this guy that we were dealing with . Worst car rental experience ever.

I chance upon the website while searching for car rentals at Sofia Airport. They do not have a booth in the airport terminal so it did not appear on my initial search. I made a booking on the website and all communications were through WhatsApp. Quick responses appreciated. Upon arrival, the car was waiting at the arrival area. Easy pick-up and payment done on the spot. The car was not as clean as I had hoped for. But price was very competitive and reasonable. Car return was done at the departure area. Very easy. We rented a car from them for 1 week. Semion was very responsive and answered all our questions. Gave us a free booster for 2nd child. Price was very reasonable, and he asked for a deposit for only 200 euro. We had a slight plan change, and asked to return a car next day at 4AM - he had no problem with that. We simply left the car in the airport parking. Overall - highly recommended. We'll definitely use him again.

I had a positive experience - the price was as advertised when I booked, and the car was upgraded to a newer one, super clean. A representative communicated with me via WhatsApp and met me at the arrivals gate, then we trove ( 2 min) to the rental office. They were efficient and professional. Upon return we drove to the airport and the rep met us to pick up the car and issue a deposit refund. All went well!

Great service. We have been comfortably picked up at airport shortly after arrival, managed the contract, payment and car delivery in a few minutes. On last day we agreed the return time near airport and we have been driven back to the terminal, with great availability from Simeon and his colleagues. Nothing more to add, previous reviews are definately true. We rent a car for 1 week - no problems, no issues - just take a car, relax and go to explore. We were with our baby, so it was super important for us to do everything on time. I can also say that we have rent a car in many countries during last years, (often it wasn't a nice experience) but this time it was just a pleasure. Thank you!

Ottimo servizio noleggio auto! Sono venuti a prenderci direttamente agli arrivi in aeroporto ed in pochi minuti abbiamo raggiunto il parcheggio con le auto da noleggiare.
