I chose this company for our roadtrip around Italy. The reviews were very mixed so I was a bit unsure about the reservation. We arrived at the Rentalplus in Rome with plenty of time for our agreed collection. I originally chose a small 5 door hatchback like a Vauxhall Corsa, Skoda Kamiq but was pleasantly surprised when they had a larger vehicle Nissan Qashqai available (for the same price!). Not only was it immaculate, it also had a full tank of fuel which made our trip alot easier. I could not fault the service. The car overall was comfortable and perfect for our 1,500km trip despite visiting Lake Como with its narrow, twisting roads. We arrived at Venice and was given a lift to the airport after checking out. I scored 4/5 as the only downfall was that it had no screenwash?? Seems to be a common theme with all the sites so I am unsure if this is standard. Thank you for making this experience easier.

The worst service we have ever gotten! Better to pay a little more for a normal rental company then save a few euros for this disaster of a company. The company says they have a pick up service form the airport and all you have to do is call, BUT THEY DONT ANSWER. We and another couple at the airport waited for over an hour and eventually took a cab. On top of that, we had an early flight and had to drop off the car at 7:30, the rental was closed and asked to drop off at a different parking lot. At 8:30 our card was charged with an additional 45 euros for an additional driver which we were told during pick up would be on them due to the time that we had waited in the airport for them to answer. When we called to ask to get the charge waved they hung up on us!

We had an overall good experience renting a car here. We rented a car for a week for our trip to Slovenia and Croatia. They picked us up at the airport, we didn’t have to wait too long. Once at the office it took a little while for them to give us the car, it seemed a little bit disorganised. The drop off was way faster and one of the employees took us back to the Venice airport. I recommend this rental agency since there are no hidden fees or other charges like the big rental companies. It’s one of the only ones that they allow you to drive to Slovenia and Croatia without an extra fee and they didn’t insist for us to get the full coverage since we got the one through discoverycars.

Nous avons loué une voiture pour environ 3 semaines auprès de rental plus à Venise. L’expérience a été parfaite si début à la fin! Les gens sont sympathiques, gentils, patients (pour ceux comme moi qui lisent le contrat!), disponibles (vous pouvez facilement les joindre par téléphone ou courriel pour toute question) et surtout honnête! Le retour du véhicule est facile et rapide et dépôt de sécurité a été libéré sur place avant notre départ. tous les documents sont transmis par courriel et on repart la tête tranquille. Nous avons loué des véhicules dans plusieurs pays et c’est notre meilleure expérience! (note: nous avons réservé via discover car puisque les prix étais meilleurs)

This was my best car rental experience! The staff at Rental Plus were helpful and kind from the point of booking all the way until drop-off. We had so much fun in our car — it was reliable, had up-to-date technology/safety features, and very good gas mileage. The prices here are reasonable. Just make sure you request that the staff pick you up, as the location is not walkable. Luckily, they are more than willing. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We will be renting here again for all future visits.

We rented a car here for our roadtrip to the Dolomites. Rental process was really smooth, the staff were friendly and spoke great English. We got an automatic diesel Ford Kuga that was punchy and a pleasure to drive. They did ask me for an international driving permit, which I came prepared with. This was the most reasonably priced automatic car rental I could find in this region. Would highly recommend it. We took a cab as we were coming from Mestre, but they do provide an airport shuttle service.

La riconsegna è stata super veloce e il trasporto in aeroporto ancor di più, e in meno di 48 ore mi avevano già ridato la "cauzione". La consiglio al 100%

Super easy experience with pick up/drop off. Pick you up right outside terminal. There was a slight issue upon arrival, as the car that was supposed to be ours was not returned yet and wouldn’t be for several hours. However, they utilized resources and found us an alternate. They also gave us a discount as the car was a different class than initially booked. Would rent from them again!

Great discount rental company. When you land call them up and they come pick you up at the airport (this can be a little tricky if you've never been to Venice before so make sure your phone works to make a call just in case). We had a very new jeep in good working order and served us well for a 2 week road trip. Dropoff was easy and they dropped me at the airport.

The service was excellent, they picked us up at the airport, they gave us advise on places to visit and how to move around, when we came back to return the car they drop us off at the hotel at no extra charge. The car (Ford Kuga) was in good working condition, not a single problem. Highly recommend, friendly and very helpful staff, great service.

Los chicos muy majos, pero la empresa no les proporciona el material necesario, tenían que formalizar los contratos con un móvil con la pantalla rota.

Alquilamos en esta empresa a través de Discoverycars por su precio. Muy mala experiencia al llegar al aeropuerto porque aunque llamamos varias veces estuvimos esperando una hora y cuarto a que vinieran. Cada vez que llamábamos nos decían que ya venían pero era mentira. La experiencia posterior con el coche fue buena y al dejarlo también.

Problematic service. For the first time I faced rental problems. Berkt money for booking, in the office the agent does not understand the rights of other countries, does not know what a digital license is, is absolutely configured, etc. The money for the cancellation was not returned to me due to the agent's fault... thieves

Awful. Over $100 to drive us to the airport. Would have been a $25 taxi ride. Didn’t even know it was a charge until they ran my card later that day. Loser tried to charge me “damage” to a tire rim that was literally a scratch maybe a half inch long on the f—-king tire rim!!! Garbage company I tell all my clients to not use.

We had a very good experience. The service was very nice. They encouraged us to take pictures of the car to document the state of the car. They even drove us to the nearby busstop with our luggage without extra charge after the return of the car. You can't buy bus tickets on the bus though, so you need to get the actv app.

These guys are fantastic. They collected us promptly and we were off in our car within 20 minutes. No hard sell just a friendly, helpful service. They speak excellent English. Drop off equally as easy. A lovely lady dropped us at the airport. Would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Muy buena experiencia. Hay que llamar cuando llegas y pasan a recogerte en el coche que has alquilado. A nosotros nos dieron uno mucho mejor que el que habíamos reservado. No buscan engañar ni insisten con seguros y demás. Ah, y puedes viajar con el coche fuera de Italia (dentro de la UE) sin ninguna pega!

Station/Meetingpoint ist nicht ersichtlich ausgeschildert. Lange Wartezeit am Flughafen bis man abgeholt. Sehr unfreundliches Personal, da wir nicht an seinem gewünschten Meetingpoint warteten. Bei der Abwicklung der Papiere wurden wir wie Kinder behandelt. Nächstes mal definitiv ein anderes Unternehmen.

I arrived at the centre and there is noone at the centre and it is locked and there were other people who wanted to submit the cars and the company seems to be short of people here. This is unacceptable where one person is responsible to drop and pick up people and also give cars.

A very nice place close to the airport. You can ask them for a lift, Michele will drive you to and from the carpark wherever you want in Venice. The car was very nice, we got a higher standard than what we paid for. Overall would use their services again if I ever need them.

Nobody picked us up from the airport as confirmed, and it was impossible to get through on the phone. After one hour of waiting we had to take the buss and pay 20 Euros, just to get to Rentalplus’ office. A bad, stressfull experience after a long flight, DO NOT recommended!

It's a bit out of the way from the airport but the price was worth it. Got picked up in our hire car, driven to the office to complete the paperwork then on our way. If I'm ever back in the North of Italy I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Ens van deixar “tirats” a Eslovenia. El cotxe (nou amb només 400km) va deixar de funcionar al tercer dia (de 8 llogats). La solució va ser cancelar el lloguer i que ens espavilessim. Aixó sí ens han cobrat el 100% !!!
