Prices goes higher, while the quality goes lower : I ordered a small classic poutine from Le Pot au Feu last Thursday, at 4PM. With the delivery that took about 50 minutes (even if I live not far away from the restaurant), with the extra to have the sauce in a separate container, with the tip and with the poutine itself (which is not cheap by the way), my meal cost me over 17$. Plus, I don’t know if it was because I put my order outside rush-hours, but my fries were clearly overcooked and dry, as if they have been reheated or left in the oven for a long time. As if that was not enough, they were cold when they arrived. But what makes me really mad is that this is the third time this situation occurs to me. I ordered a lot of meals from that restaurant in the past few years, and I was very satisfied with what I bought. But the prices are going higher and higher with the time, as the quality goes lower and lower. I don’t know what goes wrong with the management, but the owner of that restaurant needs to make a move quickly. Clients are not fools! This was obviously the last time I ordered something from that restaurant!

Leaving this review for a friend that went this weekend : Amazing food must say. Got terrible service for not speaking french. Like really terrible. The guy was screaming at me the whole time as i was very calm. Gave a decent tip and was apologetic the whole time for not being able to communicate in his language. Left with the food. Got in car ; pizza was not sliced and they had put the poutine in a bag... no ustenciles. Had to stop on the highway to try to cut that thing up in pieces. Eating the poutine with my finger. As said food was good. And they are open late which is awesome for a guy travelling late like me. Just a really horrible experience. If you speak french i guess the experience is totally different.

I ordered yesterday, after waiting 40 minutes I received the wrong pizza. An error happens. I take a bite from it, I was too hungry. I call to be told that if I continue to eat it I accept it as my order. Tell me they're going to come and bring me another one. I have to give the wrong pizza back to the delivery guy to get my order... in short, after 1h15-1h20 following my initial call and having specified that my pizza was well cooked, I received a pizza for $60. Soft, wet, too greasy, too salty, way too expensive and tasteless. In short, I don't recommend it.

Hey, salut toi! Oui, toi qui lis les critiques du restaurant! J'étais à ta place auparavant. Je me suis fié à la critique moyenne de 4 étoiles. Grosse erreur. Ne te fies pas au 4 étoiles, la pizza hawaïenne était chère, son fromage mottoneux et gras, la garniture avait glissé sur le côté et en plus ils mettent des cerises dessus sans le mentionner sur le menu! La pizza n'était pas coupée non plus et l'attente a été longue. Je n'avais pas l'impression de manger de la pizza, mais bien ses ingrédients mal apprêtés. Je n'y retournerai plus jamais. 35$ pour ceci, voir la photo.

Avez-vous déjà rêvé d'avoir une pizza si large que vous auriez de la misère à la manger à 8 personnes, avec une impressionnante épaisseur de garnitures et qui est plus que délicieuse ? C'est au Pot Au Feu qu'il est possible de réaliser ce rêve. À 2 minutes de l'Université de Sherbrooke, s'y rendre est facile. Les prix sont généralement élevés mais avec les pizzas qui y sont offertes, vous en aurez pour votre argent. Pour ma part, la meilleure pizza à Sherbrooke. Attention, prévoyez commander d'avance car y arrive souvent qu'il y ait une imposante file d'attente.

Sérieux c’est la pire pizza que j’ai mangé ma femme a commandé la. Ça nous a coûter 60$ la pizza est mouillé le fromage on en parle pas, de plus on m’a mis et charger un extra peperoni que je n’aie pas demandé. La pizza n’est même pas coupée .Une famille de 4 et on a même pas fini la moitié d’une moyenne, ça vous donne une idée. Bref plus jamais ils viennent de perdre un client ça c’est sure. Évidemment, tous les goûts sont dans la nature...mais cette pizza est vraiment excellente!!! On n'a pas affaire ici à une pizza transparente (lire mince)!! C'est une petite pizzéria et le service est très bien. L'ambiance est typique de la "pizzéria du coin"! Parfait pour un repas informel entre amis.

My and my boyfriend's favourite restaurant in Sherbrooke, hands down! Great service and amazing food. Their poutine is my all-time favourite and I am sad to be missing it now that I've moved away. Pizza has a ton of pepperoni and lots of cheese. They don't skimp on portion size here! While on the more expensive side for students, food is well worth the price in my opinion.

La dernière fois que j'ai commander par téléphone et que je suis aller chercher ma commande la commande n'a pas été fait donc j'ai du attendre qu'il refasse ma commande. Malgré se désagrément la pizza était excellente. Pour ce qui est des coupons rabais, essayer de faire le suivi. C'est très irritant de se faire appeler pour savoir si on a utilisé un certificat cadeau dans notre commande.

J'ai reçu une Poutine 1 heure et 22 minutes apres l'avoir commandé. les frites avaient tout bu la sauce. C'est comme si elle avait attendu sous le "réchaud" très longtemps, attendant une route parfaite pour le livreur. J'ai appelé et parlé au gérant pour lui expliquer la situation, et il ne s'est jamais excusé, il n'a pas essayer de régler le probleme. (en plus, il y a un os de poulet dans ma poutine.

La pizza est très bonne et très fromageuse. La poutine est un 7/10, elle n'est pas wow, mais elle n'est pas dégueu. Par contre, les prix sont vraiment exagérés. Je peux comprendre que la pizza est bonne, mais de là à mettre de tels prix, désolé mais ça reste une pate à pizza avec de la sauce et du fromage. Je reviendrai probablement pour la pizza, mais seulement 1 à 2 fois par an, pas plus.

I just love the food over there. The pizza is nice and juicy. Love it, love it, love it. Even the guess are very friendly. Very nice small restaurant. One of my favorite is the pizza "Au Bout De Tout" avec sliced bacon et fries.

Très difficile d'accès, aucun parking pour pouvoir s'y installer, ça nous a tout pris pour essayer de trouver où se parquer... Bien que nous soyons a la fin des périodes sanitaire, le restaurant encore fermé pour les clients(sauf pour commande a emporter) pas facile pour les touristes... On a du repartir bredouille...

Je fais toujours venir une pizza spéciale Frank avec bacon en tranche, elle est très bonne . Le service de livraison est très bon et la pizza bien chaude avec une croûte un croustillante à l'extérieur et tendre à l'intérieur, bref, c'est ma Pref.

La poutine y est excellente, mais un peu cher. Selon moi, la meilleure pizza à Sherbrooke. Le service de livraison est également rapide. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de place assise l'intérieur, mais les heures d'ouverture sont bien bien adaptés pour les étudiants qui veillent tard.

C'est la dernière fois que je commande leurs poutines. A chaque fois c'est de moins en moins mangeable (frites brûlées, goût de vieille huile, pepperoni à un goût bizarre). Beaucoup de garniture mais la qualité manque. 50 ans d'existence et voilà le résultat. Dommage. …

I am very disappointed with their vegetarian pizza. Too many black and green olives, too many onions, very poor in vegetables, not cooked enough, the crust is soft and it's very expensive $25 for an average. In short, this is the first and last time I order and eat there.

The pizza is very good but the service is terrible!!! The delivery took too long and the delivery men smoked in the car with our order! This is totally not acceptable!!!!! And the rest of the service is very poor!!! Advice if you want a good pizza, go get it yourself!

Service was terrible but what I care about is the food. Floppiest pizza on this side of the Saint Laurent. The pie, sauce and the cheese were all different entities floating around. Easily top 3-4 worst pizzas I've ever had. Oh, and it's ridiculously overpriced.

Good food! Seemed like some peoples wait times were a little long but keep in mind restaurants in general lost a lot of skilled workers over the pandemic. Takeout doesn’t mean fast food and people were clearly hustling in the kitchen.

Snappy staff in a very narrow wait-room. The mushroom pizza was 20$, an inch thick blob of cheese dancing on a thin layer of uncooked tomato sauce. There was exactly a single handful of mushrooms at the center of the blob.

The people there don't ignore you like they are over there thing. It look dumb but they offered me a glass of water while I was waiting for a take out and it was like 40 celsius out there. I was thirsty.
