Quite the experience to say the least. Our group of 10 people ate there on a Saturday night, made a reservation just one hour before arriving but they could accommodate us as the restaurant was at around 75% capacity that night. They were very quick to take our orders as we actually had to ask the waitress to give us a little bit more time to decide what to order. After receiving our very ordinary orders, we waited...and waited. Something which would become the main theme of the evening. Finally, 45minutes after ordering, our starters arrived at the table. They were nothing to complain, good food and reasonably priced. At this point we were also extremely hungry of course. For the main courses, while keeping in mind that all orders were either standard pizza or burgers, the wait was even more prolonged. After a comfortable 45minutes of yet again waiting (at this point we had been at the establishment for 1,5 hours already) I asked the waitress about our food. She apologized and told us the food will be arriving shortly, which it did, after about 10 minutes. Needless to say, we were so hungry and tired that the food was quickly eaten. The price to quality on the food is quite alright and the portions large. The spicy salami pizza was however deemed way too salty by the two persons who ordered it. After eating, the waitress yet again apologized and offered us complimentary ice cream as a nice gesture, which many of us took. I would say that the gesture was very much ruined as we had to again, (yes) wait and wait. The arrival of the ice cream dishes took another 20 minutes. Just unbelievable. After almost 3 hours spent at the restaurant, needless to say, each and every one of us was extremely disappointed in the way things are, or rather are not, coordinated at this restaurant. We will definitely not be returning. Offerinh ice cream and a 10% discount for the trouble is a nice gesture, but not worth the wait. A serious suggestion for the restaurant manager: get a grip!

Ensin aperitiivi (no olutta tietenkin, kun ollaan panimoravintolassa) pienellä, mutta iltapäivästä aurinkoisella terassilla, muita ruokailijoita saapuvaksi odottaen. Terassilla oli mukava katsella aurinkoista Helsingin keskustan ihmisvilinää. Oluen jos toisen (fätin omaa tuotantoa) olisi mieluusti terassilla nauttinut, mut tänään on treffit ruokaillen, joten sisätiloihin syömään. Alkupalaksi otettiin naposteltavaa eli tiikerirapuja ja burratajuustoa paahdetulla leivillä. Näitä olisi syönyt enemmänkin, niin oli hyvät "soossit" ja lisukkeet rapeaksi paahdetuille leiville. Tilaa oli kuitenkin jätettävä pääruoalle. Pääruokana nälkäiset teinit söivät juustohampurilaiset, perunoilla sekä äärettömän hyvää Fätin omaa? majoneesia (erittäin tuhdit ja dippi majoja kehuttiin kovin! Harmi kun jäi kuva ottamatta) Hampurilaiset lisukkeineen olivat todella täyttäviä. Aikuiset söivät entrecote pihviä ja tiikerirapu pizzaa. Nämäkin ruoat olivat kiitettävän hyviä. Myös palvelu saa kiitosta. Meiltä käytiin useaan kertaan kysymässä ja tarkistamassa onko kaikki hyvin. Ruoka tuli nopeasti ja palvelu oli sujuvaa, ystävällistä sekä nopeaa. Lauantaita ravintolassa kohtuullisesti porukkaa ja tunnelma mainio, Kiitos ja lämmin suositus keskustassa syömään haluaville.

Whilst the stuff were nice and polite, I and other friends, with respect, found the food awful. I ordered mushroom risotto and it was not authentic at all, because the risotto was utterly oily rather than creamy; the sour sauce on the mushroom, on the other hand, was not very suitable for the risotto as a whole. My friends were also dissatisfied with their pizzas. One of my friends ordered a pizza called"404, pizza not found" at which he was utterly disappointed; there were few toppings on the pizza and the it did not taste good at all. Considering the food quality, we all agree that the food was overpriced. I was very surprised that the risotto costed 24 Euro which was more expensive than other Italian restaurants in Europe. I am still a bit confused about the reason why the price of the long drink, which was not handmade but instead a manufacturing canned product, was 10 Euro. Apart from the price, we were dissatisfied with the excessive noise at the restaurant. Although I understand that the noise was not an entire fault of the restaurant, the restaurant played very loud music which simultaneously forced various people to speak more loudly. I, therefore, think that the restaurant should, if possible, consider lowering the volume of the music so that the overall environment of the restaurant can be ameliorated.

Todella huonosti käyttäytyvä tarjoilija, hän aloitti illan jo antamalla näkyä, että häntä ei voisi vähempää kiinnostaa. Ei edes hymyä väläyttänyt. Olimme varanneet 20hlölle pöydän jo monta viikkoa etukäteen ja kertoneet, että maksamme kaikki erikseen. Ravintola ei myöskään halunnut että tilaamme ruoat etukäteen. Tarjoilija tuli täysin tietämättömänä ottamaan tilauksia ja oli närkästynyt kun kuuli, että maksamme kaikki erikseen. Ruoka tuli pöytään hyvin eri aikaan ja osa olikin jo ehtinyt syödä ennen kuin viimeisetkin saivat annoksensa, tarjoilija ei edes pahoitellut. Kysyimme myöhemmin saisiko tästä jotain hyvitystä niin tarjoilija vastasi vaan että ei ja ihmetteli ääneen ystävälleni, että miksi sinä tähän puutut kun eihän sinun ruokasi edes ollut myöhässä. Viimeinen niitti tarjoilijan iltaan oli kun osa halusi maksaa ja osa halusi jälkiruokaa. Olimme kuulemma pistäneet ravintolan systeemin sekaisin ja laskun tuominen pöytiin oli mahdotonta.

lots of people said they have the best gluten free pizzas in town so we had to check it out. when we arrived, we were ready to order but after some probing we learned that the pizzas are in fact not so gluten free. all pizzas pass through the oven on a conveyor belt and they don't use any type of tinfoil or other things to separate the gluten free pizza from the regular ones. oh well. I ordered a steak of the list and while it did taste good, the portion was definitely on the smaller side considering the price. There was almost no sides apart from one mushroom and a few sticks of asparagus. another person in our party had their milk free burger sent to us with cheese and a milk based dip and we had to send the dish back twice. the food was alright after a long wait but the restaurant didn't offer to comp anything despite messing up twice. if you have celiac disease, don't eat the pizzas and if you want decent service and value for your money, skip this place.

Nice place with big selection of beer. Pizza is very good, haven't tried burgers but they look awesome. Nice desserts. No "snack" type of food for beer, unfortunately, which would be good in my opinion. Noisy bar atmosphere but in a good way They split pizza by request if one ordered for two people which might be handy

We came with group of friends to eat dinner on the week day. We end up sitting in the bar area and we had to order food from the bar and I had to get drink from another bar, because they did not have that in the bar next to us. The food was great. The service is self-service, which also make you run from bar to bar. The biggest disappointment was that I broke my beautiful dress because there were nails sticking out the wall next to which we were sitting. Avoid wearing nice clothes to this place. :((((

5 tähden olutravintola! Erinomaisia omia oluita sekä hanasta että pullosta. Tarjolla myös muiden pienpanimoiden erinomaisia tuotteita etenkin pulloissa. Ruokalista suunniteltu hienosti toimimaan oluiden kanssa ja listalta löytyy vaihtoehtoja sekä isoon että pieneen nälkään niin lihalla kuin ilman lihaa! Ainakin meidän seurueen ruoat olivat todella maukkaita! Ravintolan henkilökunta on todella hyvällä tuulella, mistä välittyy erittäin hyvä yhteishenki ja asiakkaalle jää todella lämmin fiilis! Näin poikkeusaikana myös erittäin iso plussa on se, että ravintolassa on pöydät onnistuttu laittamaan sopivan väljästi. Iso suositus käydä maistelemassa, jos etsit hyviä oluita hyvän ruoan kera!

First I have to mention, how polite and friendly the service staff was. Second, the starters (crack wings and pork bao buns) and desserts (we tried all!) were definitely the highlight of our evening. As were the cocktails and I thoroughly enjoyed My Definitely, Maybe drink. However, the main meals, whereas no major complaints, had quite small portions and unnecessarily high prices and were nothing to write home about. All in all, would go back again and try different mains. Nice atmosphere and chill music.

Hello, I am one of the first customers of this restaurant I ate pizza twice at Fat Lizard City earlier this month July. Both times I saw two different chefs pizza making pizza.(The pizza was very, very bad) Unfortunately, the tall pizza chef who always made pizza was not there both times. In my opinion, he is one of the best pizza chefs, I have eaten a lot of pizza in all countries, when he makes pizza, I suggest everyone to taste his pizzas, they are great and delicious.

Entrecote oli kyllä varsin hyvää. Pidin siitä että ruoka oli selkeää ja rehtiä. Hyviä makuja ja kylläiseksi tuli. Pitsat jäi vähän mieltä askarruttamaan, niitä on kylillä kehuttu etyä seuraavalla kerralla niitä maistamaan. Palvelu oli aktiivista, eikä ruokaa joutunut odottamaan. Juomalistalla oli monenmoista ja puolisoni mukaan monta hyvää olutta. Viihtyisä miljöö. Itse kaipaisin, että olisi alkoholittomana muutakin kuin viiniä tai peruslimppareita kun sellaisia saisi vaikka Nokian panimon moctaileja tai Mutemanin inkivääri tai puolukkajuomaa aikuiseen makuun. Maukas ja mukava kokemus.

Pöytävaraus perjantaille klo.17. Olutvalikoima oli hyvä ja maittava sekä kolmen hengen kanssa jaettu alkupala, mutta siihen se kaikki hyvä sitten jäikin. Odotettuamme pääruokaa 2 tuntia kerroimme lähtevämme, kiitos ja näkemiin ei voi suositella. Tilassa myös kova meteli ja nälkäisenä piti siirtyä toiseen ravintolaan, mistä saimme ruuat todella nopeasti ja kerkesimme konserttiin.

Portobello burgeri, todella maukas ja oli hyvin potkua, tästä terveiset keittiöön. Juomana vahva Cocoa Psycho, olut ei sovi mielestäni janoon koska vahva ja täyteläinen mutta oli muuten todella herkullinen. Jälkkärinä Key lime jotain… oli ympäriinsä yhtä makeutta, ehkä liian makea minun makuun. Päätti aterian kuitenkin mainiosti ja olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä. Ravintola siisti ja palvelu pelasi vaikka vapaita paikkoja ei paljon ollut. Tervetuloa Helsingin keskustaan, nähdään pian ✌️

Eräs harvoista paikoista jossa pääsee maistelemaan yhden kotimaisen lempipanimoni kauppavahvuisia väkevämpiä oluita on Fat Lizardin omat ravintolat. Oluen kaverina kannattaa nauttia myös ruokaa, sillä keittiö ei ole hullummasta päästä. Tällä kertaa söimme burgerit, mutta myös pizzat ja ainakin Otaniemen ravintolan lounas ja á la carte on testattu ja todettu oikein hyviksi. Korostetaan nyt vielä, että näiden oluiden takia täytyy nähdä vaiva tulla paikan päälle, mutta se kannattaa!

Ravintola puolillaan mennessämme ja lisää väkeä lappasi sisään koko ajan. Vastaanotto tapahtuu keskellä ravintolasalia, kunhan ensin ymmärtää mennä riittävän pitkälle saliin. Ripeää ja ystävällistä palvelua, joskaan ei kiireetöntä. Ruoka oli hyvää. Seurueessamme tilaukseen meni pepperonipizza, burgeri, kana ja Bo Ssäm. Annokset oli maukkaita ja runsaita. Oluita saa hanasta desinvälein 1-5 dl annoksissa. Laaja juomavalikoima muutenkin.

The overall food quality was good, though I was quite disappointed with the presentation of roasted salmon as main dish. The bread is really good, probably because this is a pizza restaurant so they make good bread too. Many options at the salad bar and they even have spicy transparent noodle salad. Good coffee and they also have candies, biscuits to enjoy together with coffee. At lunch time it was quite quiet, not many guests.

A bit noisy and busy place, but with 16 beers on the tap in very good shape. Fortunately the line goes quickly. If you wish full degustation experience, this restaurant isn't for you, because smell of food (great) is everywhere. But selection is nice, 4 home beers by Fat Lizard, rest is nice variability of styles and breweries. My favourite was Dunklerbock with smoked chipotle by Mad Hopper.

Iso suositus paksulle liskolle. Pizzat oli loistavat, täytteet laadukkaat ja hyvin suunnitellut yhdistelmät eri pizzoissa. Sen verran suuret oli, että ei jäänyt kyllä nälkä. Hyvä valikoima oluita, jokaiselle jotakin. Parin maistellun perusteella ainakin IPAt ja sourit olivat oikein hyviä. Sen verran oli listalla vielä maukkaan oloisia burgereita, että täytyy poiketa vielä toistekin. Hyvän oluen kera, ilman muuta.

Erittäin hyvää palvelua. Oliver oli todellakin asiakaspalvelun ammattilainen, suurkiitos. Ja ruoka oli hyvää. Annokset riittävän suuret ja maku kohdillaan.

Not bad but the quality of food is clearly lower than in the Herttoniemi and Otaniemi branches. Burger was tasty and cooked medium rare as requested but the fries were a let down. Other branches had very crispy potato wedges rather than McDonalds style fries.

On hieno paikka! Koirat saa tulla mukaan, hyvää ruokaa, hyvää musiikkia ja hyvää kaljaa. Ulkoterassi siisti. Ainut vaan että kalaa ei käsitelty tarpeeksi hyvin, joutui metsästämään ruotoja.
