I was first contacted by a receptionist Anna, she gave me a very professional, warm welcomed and efficient impression. She acts as a window to represent the whole team. I am feeling confident and trustworthy of this team after being called by Anna for booking and billing arrangements. She inspires me that a good, knowledgeable receptionist is the front line of excellent customer services. A good company imagine usually starts with this person before seeing the actual Physiotherapist. Anna is a fantastic good example. My treating Physiotherapist Matthew is very experienced, skillful, and efficient professional. His appointment is always punctual. He is always straight to the point and very concise. He is very attentive, good listener and have an eye for details. overall, Matthew is excellent practitioner with a down to earth attitude. I trust him as my physio and I thank my GP to refer me to such a wonderful therapist. I write this for thanking the team work and excellent services. Good job, great team.

I found Doris in Feb 2023 when I had serious issues with my arms and was struggling to move or use them at all. I also had back pain and could not sit because of a ruptured disc. I am 35 and have been diagnosed with chronic pain, Hypermobility, Marfans syndrome and fibromyalgia. Over the last six months she has worked with me using various myotherapy, acupuncture, remedial massage and other specialised techniques to improve my mobility. I can now say my back issues are completely resolved and my arms are so much better. I can drive again, do all my own chores, work comfortably and write which is something I was struggling with for the last few years. She is a brilliant healer and works on the root cause. I highly recommend Doris to anyone with chronic issues. She is not only highly trained but a wonderful person full of empathy towards her patients. When my GP first recommended a physio, I told him I didn't want just anyone, I wanted the best there is. Steve Sandor and his team are the best at what they do in terms of expertise, professionalism, and getting you back on your feet. They not only explain the cause of your problem and what can be done about it, they also explain the all important preventative measures. I'm sorry I can only give 5 stars; they deserve many more.

I had my second remedial massage with Doris today and had a great result - just like my first session. So much more movement in my neck, shoulders and back! I'm so impressed and appreciative of her skill, technique and professionalism. A comprehensive solution / support team ready to help when I was ready to press the reset button and make some changes. I've seen Doris 3 times now and wow have I seen improvement. My 92y.o. mother attended in much osteo shoulder pain expecting accupunture and gentle soothing massage. The female physio massaged with such force when mum flinched she was told not to pull away. Totally inapropriate treatment and no care attitude.No accupunture offered

This is my go-to Physio, as they provide excellent service in a friendly and caring environment. Matthew is thorough and always with extra suggestions to help aid recovery. The receptionists are lovely and nice to chat with.

Told me no need to do the ultrasound scan after one session but turned out to be the complete Achilles Tendon Rupture. How hard a Thompson Test could be? Outrageous! Avoid!!!!!!
