- Extremely understaffed. - Kerrie was absolutely rude, unprofessional and blamed me for something that no staff was told about. She insisted that it's my fault I didn't assume something which was not so obvious. - I'm just happy that I left the company because her attitude was completely unacceptable.

Shocking customer service. I was charged twice for an online order for Betty's Burgers and took ridiculous amount of hoop jumping to try to obtain my refund. Invalid contact emails and customer service number that never picks up! Extremely frustrating.

Contact phone number doesn't work. Don't reply to emails. Spent money on a gift card which doesn't work. Extremely frustrating that I have no way to sort out the issue and no way to get a refund either.

Retail Zoo is the owner of Salsas Fresh Mex. they sued independent businesses over the use of the phase “Taco Tuesday”. Slimy and bullying business behavior. Also owns Boost Juice and Cibo Espresso.
