The company lost the transfer, does not give money back for almost 2 months, the same texts, only new people dealing with the case, plus bullying and blaming partner banks that serve Revolut. The company does not comply with the arrangements. It's a mockery, not customer service, no responsibility at all, Be very careful!

REVOLUT APP publishes PASSPORT is ACCEPTED to VERIFY the IDENTITY. I have already sent my passport. REVOLUT CUSTOMER SERVICE says PASSPORT is NOT ACCEPTED. I feel so confused why Revolut App is saying one thing and Revolut Customer Support is saying another. And no one takes responsibility and solve it?

Revolut restricted my account without providing any clear reason. Every time I text them they ask for “a bit more time”. Now they are asking me to wait until the 3rd or August which is 2 weeks without the access to the account. It’s huge disappointment.
