Volvo S40 - The guys at Revolution Motors are great! They do not mess around with the customer. They are very up front about what work is required and what can wait. I had a brake inspection done and it turned out I needed new rear pads and rotors. They did the work in a day and made it very easy by shuttling me to work in the morning and picking me up after work to bring me to my vehicle. The work they did was great! They used high quality parts and provided great customer service. No more squealing brakes! Upon getting my keys back and getting to my car, I noticed that they had even washed the outside and cleaned my drivers side floor mat!! It was filthy after a winter of slush and gravel and was a great surprise to come back to a clean car. The facility they have is clean and comfortable, I had no problem trusting them with my car. I will definitely be back at Revolution Motors for any work I require in the future! Thanks guys!

Was going to use this company because they are the closest and I didn`t want to damage my transmission. I have a PO325 code and had them quote me. She gave me a 200% price increase. First of all, wanting to charge me a minimum of $200 for a $70 knock sensor. Then another $200 on top for labor on a job that literally involves a socket and some extensions with 30 min on the clock. Either their receptionist is extremely out of touch with car knowledge or this place is a straight up scam. Either way I called around and did some research. The job was so simple I did it myself. I'm not highly mechanically inclined and its an 03 accord, DIYers say this is intermediate, for this car hard no. Do yourself a favor and get a shop that provides honesty and clarity. This screamed run for me, will never consider business here after that experience! Ladies of the car world, I know you hear this loud and clear!!

I used these guys once, for a DPF/DEF delete on my truck. That went smoothly and well enough, no issues. My reason for only 4 stars is this: It would be nice if they changed their policy about being willing to talk about your issue and give you a ballpark price on the phone. I recently had an issue where I was pretty sure I knew the problem already. I called in to ask for a ballpark price, with the understanding that I know I may be incorrect, and I wouldn't hold them to any numbers, and there may be more involved than I think etc.etc.etc Unfortunately they weren't willing to tell me anything on the phone. Obviously when you add up the tow bill there, the tow bill back home, and the diagnostic fee, you're $400-500 deep with them before you're even sure you want to go ahead with anything. In cases like this it would be nice for them to at least give you something over the phone.

They take the time to know you on a personal level, and always greet you at the door with a smile and they remember your name. After every repair, I always feel safe in my car because I know that they took care of me. They also help you out sometimes last minute when its an emergency! I recommend them to everyone. PLUS! they now have work orders sent directly to your phone so you know the EXACT cost, and they even send you pictures so when they talk to you about car stuff, you know what they are talking about :) I wish I could rate them higher then a 5 *****

The guys at Revolution Motors are great. After our consultation on what needed to be fixed, I left my car with them. They were kind enough to lend me a vehicle to get around in while they were working on my car which was very nice. It turns out my car needs some special care from the dealership, so I'll have to follow up there. Even though time was spent disassembling and re-assembling my vehicle, I wasn't charged, as the work was not completed. I would definitely recommend RM to others. The guys running the place are honest and straight up, they've got a great comfortable space, and it looks like they've got a good foundation in place for a successful business. I will be going back there in the future.

I have been taking my vehicles to Revolution Motors for around 6 years. The service technicians in the back are outstanding, friendly and share their knowledge and really know their trade. One a recent occasion I took my vehicle in for a few things. 1. Oil Change. 2. A noise coming from the rear fan (Rear A/C) evaporator coil 3. Wheel alignment. In the past they had always sent though pre-authorization prior to work being performed. They even did this time, however proceeded with the work even though I did not authorize it and had me pay full price at the time the vehicle was picked up. The front counter customer service is not the best. BEWARE. Trevor

Met Joel and his team last week for a DPF delete, tune and some new tires. They got me in the same day called and had my truck done mid day the following day. As I am a business owner myself and take great pride in customer service. Great place and great people working there. They are easy to communicate with, very friendly and knowledgeable. My Subaru needed a huge job to be done on its engine plus many smaller repairs. Everything was done professionally, fast and for reasonable price. They also provide replacement car for big repairs which is very convenient and appreciated. Sharing with friends, family & co-workers do NOT give this business the opportunity to maintain you vehicle!!! When you remove tires to replace brakes and don't replace all the rim caps you should assume the owner is responsible to have ALL caps returned even if they are now unavailable for re purchase so this is NOT a customer problem it is a mechanic shop problem!! I took my 2014 vehicle to the dealer after it had broken down and they told me they'd have to replace the whole engine and it would cost $12,000 - $16,000. I had the car towed to Revolution Motors and they were able to repair it for $2,000. They were friendly, knowledgeable and fair. My Subaru died on Christmas and this was the only shop working at 8am on Boxing day. good communication and they did not take long to complete the work. Changed timing belt as it was out of time, water pump, idler pulleys, as well as a cracked radiator and new spark plugs. pricing seemed pair/ on par with other shops.
