I usually only take time to give great reviews and only when it's warranted I'll give a bad one. This is the 5th time I've delt with the incompetence of this Pharmacy when it comes to them having my fathers prescription filled accurately. Every time it's the same words uttered by each an every single staff "someone forgot to put in the order" "there is no more refills he has to get another prescription " "it wasn't me so I don't know what happened" never once have I heard an ounce of remorse or an apology, not even from the head pharmacists or the floaters......I personally drop off each prescription or his doctor faxes it directly to the pharmacy. So how are you going tell me he has no more prescriptions refills I know that.....I'm here for his filled prescription.... this time around they tried to say someone picked up the prescription (not possible as I'm the only one who comes for them), which lead me to telling them my personal business as to why that's impossible for someone to have come for it, and even then not an effen apology. Once again someone put the prescription away marked it as complete yet it was still with them(crooks).... I asked my father not use them anymore....

Use to work their, doctor office closes when ever they feel like it when hours are posted Very dusty and dirty store front They aim to hire womem over men The pharmacy sometimes their was over 12 people counting pills The cooler wall hasnt been cleaned Smells of mold from moister off of milk containers I should know i cleaned them when i worked their Maniager will not give the time of day to people trying to apply or if your a guy dont bother Wouldnt even get out of the office to talk to me Has one of the clerks pritty much tell me off Wish it was still safeway at least their pharmacy and manigment are worth your time Not empressed with the new manigement and not impressed with the lack of clenlyness Its a store front, pharmacy, and doctor office And its dirty Their is no explanaton why its dirty Its part of the job to clean and merchandise Obviously not fullfilling their work duties

I live close to the 17 ave SE location and have been going to the store several time per week for years. The other day i went to the store to buy a bus pass about 20-30 minutes before closing. First i was told i couldn't have one because they werre all put away, then i was told i couldn't pay cash because the tills were already emptied. This is a horrible way to do business! Any business should be ready to serve customers in all ways during their posted hours, especially retail. I always went to this store for prescriptions, lotteries and other odds and ends for quick dinners and such, but i will never go to this store again. LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS, and learn what customer service means!

By appointments only? Not here! 1300hrs was my appointment time for a simple drivers medical. They kept pulling people ahead of me even though their appointment times were after mine. They screwed up the paper work I need three times and had to wait even longer, for $140.00 this should be seamless. The receptionists were polite but disorganized. If my family doctor didn't pass away unexpectedly I wouldn't have the need for this place. Will use another doctors office in the future. 2.35 hours for a simple straight forward appointment. Angry is a polite word to use with this location.

Worse place to visit when u ask to bring your granddaughter to the washroom they say u can't because they don't have a public washroom. Wow a 3 year old has to walk another 5 mins to use the washroom. Very inhumane and then asked the clinic and they said they have a washroom that can be used and no one would let us use the restroom. I hope all the great karma comes back to all of you. I know times are hard but when customers come in your store to shop you should at least have some signs posted no washroom inside don't bother to shop long we won't help you.

Ler me start of by saying that the staff were kind and curteous, but that alone cant make up for the horrific wait times. Went for a walk in at 12:30 and was told it would be an hour give or take to deal with the 4 people ahead of me, okay seems reasonable enough. So I come back at 1:30 only to wait until 3:00pm to finally get into a room. It takes them 2 and a half hours to see 4 patients? Something needs to be done about how much of your patients time you are wasting. I would recommend going anywhere but here for a walk in.

Candace was such a joy! I was having a regular boring day running errands but talking with her really made my day. She was super friendly but also equal parts professional. She stuck out to me so much that when I left I had to tell her so! She's amazing at what she does and deserves to be recognized for it. I'll be coming back just because of my great interaction. Thanks Candace! The lady at the pharmacy with black hair is also always super friendly and helpful! Great job at staffing, management!!!

Mostly use the pharmacy. Service is exceptional and friendly. In terms of the store... prices are competitive but they're sale prices are quite good. It was my first time going into a rexall and maybe my last. While I was checking out the cosmetics and hair stuff 3 employees took turns watching me like a hawk but not a single one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. The whole experience was anxiety inducing and part of the reason I do more and more shopping online now. I know it's a bad area but maybe you should treat everyone like a customer and stop treating paying customers like shoplifters.

The one older Male Pharmacist is very rude/unfriendly and condescending. Walks away when you talk to him and has zero interest in helping you with any questions. The store front is dirty and dusty- The walk in clinic closes when ever they feel like it. Rude Reception Ladies at Clinic. I now take my business elsewhere!! Only gave 1 star and only because you have to select something, otherwise I give 0 stars!!

My husband and I love coming here, there are always lots of sales, and clearance items are amazingly priced, I can sometimes get things for 75% off. Everytime I come in, the staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the store is SO CLEAN and ORGANIZED. Good job team Rexall!

Ladies in the Pharmacy including the Pharmacist were very accommodating and got my much needed nasal spray to me covered which was an Amazing Surprise to me because I was willing to pay for it out of pocket! Yup went Way Above Great Service! Thanks

Nurse Eva is very nice! She explained very detail about my injection, how to do it and step by step..and also the receptionist lady always smile and be polite to all the patients. I feel warm welcome and nicely treated in this clinic.

Definitely not the place to go for a quick driver's medical. After an hour and 45 min wait, (was told a half hr.) The doctor wanted to send me for a handful of tests. Do not recommend. Stay away drivers

Years ago they used to be across the street. That staff was phenomenal and set the bar high. Nothing really to complain about now though. I just miss how it was.

Systane ED ( Ultra Hydration 10ml) has a double price (16.99 $) of all other places around 9$, even no price matching.. was a waste of time to go there
