These places offer you a discount only after you provide positive reviews on Google. I have been a loyal customer since 2018, and I am surprised by how this business has changed. On the mirror, it says 25% discount, but when I paid, they informed me they changed it to 10%. However, the next day when I returned to redo the perm, it still said 25% on the mirror. I was surprised that their "mucuta" treatment is just a 2-minute "conditioner application" when they wash your hair. 1. My curl disappeared four hours after the perm. 2. When I went back for a second perm, the result looked completely different from my provided sample photos, and my hair was cut shorter. The hairdresser seems to lack the ability to provide advice. As a customer, I didn't know how to perm or whether to cut anything; I expected the hairdresser to make suggestions. For example, he asked me if he should cut my hair or not – how did I know? I just want the result in the picture; how did I know if I need to cut it or not? 3. I booked a men's perm for $150 but got charged $170. My hair length is ear/ chin length, even shorter than some of male’s length I feel very offended to be rested as a female. My hair now looks extremely ugly, and I feel very uncomfortable going to work or any places. I hope to get a refund.

Usually I never leave bad reviews but after receiving better hair colour experience recently, I felt the need to warn people about this salon. I went here a few months ago to get my hair dyed ash grey (first time dying my hair) and the next day it faded to a weird green colour which you can see in the photo. I went back and they were very nice and fixed the hair, it still didn't turn out that great but I accepted it. After washing once, the hair colour completely faded and I went back to my brown natural colour - which should not happen. I wash my hair with cool water and all the right products. The stylist did not bleach my hair enough, especially considering my hair is such a dark colour, this was their mistake. I went back again and they blamed me for washing it wrong and using products that I shouldn't be. Very unprofessional stylists in my opinion. I told them how nervous I was to dye my hair the first time and this is how it turned out. After getting my hair dyed a second time from a qualified stylist at a different salon, I know that my hair can look great and last a long time given that it is done correctly. I was gaslighted into thinking hair dye doesn't last longer than two weeks by these guys, absolutely ridiculous. Avoid.

Always love coming here as a regular every 6 months to do my c-curl perm. Khai is always gets the result that I want and explains through everything (e.g. I will apply this colour but combined with your hair colour, the result will be this colour; if we make the curls more dramatic now they will relax over time to make the c-curl). Coming here always makes me feel safe in trying new things because I can trust their professional advice. Came today for a chestnut colour perm and so happy with the results
