Sworn at, threatened, and told my business is not needed. WOW!!! thats all I can say.... Cannot follow simple instruction, would not quote me in writing ( called one minute got told $1,090, called again to ask for it in writing and got told $1,200 and that if I kept asking the price would go up) absolute mockery of customer service. Apparently the licensed distributor would NOT care that clientelle are spoken to like that because they are "Good Friends". ACTION DEFINITELY REQUIRED - Steer clear of ALL services

Wow! This place is a hidden gem when it comes to getting your car fixed in Sydney!!! I took my car there to get fixed as I got a fantastic quote from Tony. Within 2 weeks it was all fixed and I tell you my car is like new again, all detailed (professionally). This is a father and son business so they take pride in their work as I can see. It's never nice when someone drives into the back of your precious Audi and dealing with insurance companies. However, the only shining light was the professionalism of Tony, the owner of Richmond Prestige Smash Repairs. Prestige did a fantastic job of my Hyundai i30 . I needed my spoiler over my back window resprayed also new moulds placed on my exterior windows. Prestige went above and beyond with my car they did an excellent job .Also professionally detailed the exterior and interior at no extra cost. Took BMW 135i in for a a front bar and bonnet Respray and it came out excellent! The car now looks brand new and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Excellent to deal with after a not at fault crash. Tony arranged everything with the insurance company, and had a good system for a replacement car while repairs were being made. Fantastic communication throughout (and after) the work. Absolutely recommend.

At the end of the day, Tony and his staff were helpful and got the job done well and had my car back to me in perfect condition. Only took two weeks to get parts and fix the car. I would recommend them to anyone if you want good honest service.

Great service. I only needed a small job done, they were happy to take it on, got it finished exactly when they said they would and fitted the repaired part back on to my car whilst I waited. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company
