We used ride2fly for our taxi to Birmingham airport with this being our first time using them I was nervous but they answered all my messages via WhatsApp and even called me to put my mind at rest on the day before I got details of my driver, minibus make and the drivers number. Junior turned up and was very helpful on time and stayed in touch too. Junior was our driver on the way back too and supplied the same service even messaged as I landed asking me to inform him when coming through luggage collection he is a credit to the company. I will be recommending them to the family.

RIDE2FLY just drove me and my parents home from East Midlands Airport and our driver Mr Abbasi was a complete gentleman helping my dad and being extremely kind. The service this company provides has been impeccable from my initial enquiry to all the communications preceding both transfers. Mr Abbasi was even able to pick us up 45 minutes early due to efficient baggage at EMA! Mr Junior drove us on our outbound transfer and was also an absolute star. Top class service and staff. Probably the best Airport transfer service I have used. A very professional company and the communication is excellent and prompt. My outbound and inbound Airport pickups was prompt and punctual with a friendly driver. Text message received before collection and vehicle was spacious and clean. Fantastic service and excellent communication via email, WhatsApp, SMS messaging, and tracking apps. The driver arrived on time, was courteous and drove a smooth and safe drive to our destination. The company was very helpful as the airline advised arriving early at the airport less than 24 hours before scheduled departure. Ride to fly were professional and courteous from the start. I needed an airport run for multiple passengers on January 1 so a few taxi companies just said no or were charging extortionate prices. Ride2Fly were helpful, set up the journey and payment quickly and easily and sent a courtesy confirmation the day before. I did not end up using Ridetofly as ended up getting dropped off to the Airport by a family member BUT I must say that I will definitely be using them in the Future. Their Customer Service and Communication was absolutely OUTSTANDING. Awesome, reliable and fantastic service even though our flight was an hour late to arrive and it took us about an hour and a half to collect our baggage etc. The van was immaculately clean, and the drive was perfect, smooth and comfortable. My flight back was delayed and passport control was delayed. The driver waited over an hour, and texted me a contact number. When I got out, I called him, and he appeared at the pick-up point within 5m. He was polite too - I was tired from travel and he loaded my bags. It’s a reliable regular cab at a decent price.
