Do NOT have your services here! AWFUL service!! Talk about adding insult to injury! Very very rude staff! We were there for a funeral recently, the services were from 4-8. There was a rosary that went a bit longer than expected, the family then welcomed everyone into the kitchen for food. Minutes before 8 everyone in the kitchen was basically kicked out and told to leave by the staff of the funeral home, basically removing the plates from peoples hands and throwing them away. When someone approached the coffee table they were yelled at by the lady kicking everyone out of the kitchen. I have never had such bad service, they were so unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not have your services here unless you are prepared to be kicked out and yelled at.

From the 1st day that I dealt with Amy and Mary They made my heart breaking experience go smoothly Any explained the process There was no sales person approach They both made it more personable than a cold business deal. The funeral director Dave was also very personable and understanding about viewing my mother’s body Even though my mom was going to be cremated they took the time out to make her look presentable and she died looking so peacefully Thank you so much to all of you at Ridge Funeral Home on Archer I will always be thankful to you for making this so less painful I will definitely recommend this place I can see why so many people have their loved ones Waked there Thank you and God bless Jessica Osuna

There are not enough words to describe how thankful my mother, siblings, and I are for how lovingly Ridge Funeral Home took care of my father and my family during this immensely difficult time for us. The service provided was truly outstanding, everything was absolutely perfect, very professionally done, and every detail thought of and taken care of. All of the staff members are amazing and very kind-hearted people. Anna, the funeral director we worked with, is a truly special person with a gift from God in being able to plan and organize such a beautiful wake and funeral services. I would give Ridge Funeral Home a score of 100 out of 10 and I highly recommend them.

Our family had never dealt with funeral arrangements before. The Staff was so compassionate and kind as they walked us through the many decisions that needed to be made, making the whole process so much easier during such a difficult time. Their attention to detail was wonderful, from a clean and beautiful Funeral Home to the beautiful flower arrangements and catering. The makeup artist made my sweet Mother look absolutely AMAZING, looking more like she was peacefully sleeping.... our sleeping beauty. Don't judge all Dignity funeral homes the same. I see a lot of 1-star reviews on this location with little or no substance to them. The truth of the matter is that the people at this location were very compassionate and didn't treat my family as just another customer. The funeral director led us through the process and there was no pressure to direct us to certain packages or whatever. We drove the conversation, we made the decisions. She gave us options, explained the process and everything was perfect. You can go as simple or as expressive as you want. We did the former but everything was beautiful.

My wife and I would have been at a loss had it not been for Ridge Funeral Home and their services in our time of need. They were there to offer their genuine support during such a difficult time. Their funeral director, Mr. Dave Kobak, went out of his way to ensure our family was able to provide a memorable farewell for our loved one. We had every confidence in him and he went over and above to honor our wishes in our time of grievance. We would highly recommend Ridge Funeral Home to anyone searching for quality and caring services with compassion.

Very professional, kind, and attentive to the family. The funeral home was very clean, and the kitchen area was great. Didn't think we needed it but it was a good for those that needed a break. The catering options were great, would definitely recommend. There were plenty of TVs available to play sideshow of pictures for everyone to see. Esmeralda and Jojo are GREAT! Just enough follow up with family, concerning death certificates and ashes and any other needs. Would recommend this funeral home to any friend or family during a time of loss.

Under the most difficult times Ridge Funeral Home made the arrangements with us painless. I wanted to Thank all involved starting with Ed T. , David and John also Jo and Patti who was very helpful on the day of the visitation she made all the family members and friends feel very welcomed during the time of restrictions from the COVID-19. It was a terrible time for our family . ...But this is the second time we have used ridge and are extremely pleased with there services .....Tom explained everything step by step and was there and met all of ouour needs. .. At Ridge, the overall experience was a beautiful one. Losing my husband at 26 years old is the hardest thing dealt. The staff treated the time with delicacy and smoothness from the start to the end. Esmeralda gave such a peaceful aura and JoJo was a blessing to work with. I will cherish the experience I had and I mean that from the heart.
